    HUBUNGAN FAMILY SUPPORTIVE SUPERVISORY BEHAVIORS DAN TRUST IN SUPERVISOR DENGAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: Studi Korelasional Pada Karyawan BUMN dan BUMS

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Family Supportive Supervisory Behaviors dan Trust In Supervisor dengan Employee Engagement pada karyawan BUMN dan BUMS. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini karena banyaknya permasalahan yang terjadi sebagai akibat dari konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga. Supervisor yang dipercaya harus mampu menerapkan kebijakan dan memberikan dukungan terhadap isu-isu di luar pekerjaan salah satunya isu keluarga menunjukkan dampak yang positif dan membawa manfaat bagi outcomes individu secara keseluruhan termasuk didalamnya engagement karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuatitatif yang berfokus pada penelitian korelasional dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sampling purposive. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 238 karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan BUMN dan BUMS. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah korelasi Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil antara karyawan BUMN dan BUMS. Hasil uji korelasi FSSB dengan Employee Engagement pada karyawan BUMS menunjukkan korelasi yang rendah antara keduanya (rs=0,376), sedangkan pada karyawan BUMN tidak terdapat korelasi antara keduanya (rs=0,063). Hasil uji korelasi Trust In Supervisor dengan Employee Engagement pada karyawan BUMN menunjukkan korelasi rendah (rs=0,230), sedangkan pada karyawan BUMS menunjukkan korelasi yang cukup tinggi (rs=0,465) pada kedua variabel. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan korelasi yang tinggi antara FSSB dengan Trust baik pada karyawan BUMN (rs=0,698) maupun karyawan BUMS (rs=0,822). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Employee Engagement dapat ditingkatkan melalui dukungan dari pemimpin dan kepercayaan karyawan terhadap pemimpinnya, sedangkan Family Supportive Supervisory Behaviors akan tercipta ketika karyawan memiliki kepercayaan pada pemimpinnya. ----------- This research aims to find out the relationship between Family Supportive Supervisory Behaviors & Trust in Supervisor and Employee Engagement among BUMN and BUMS workers. The researcher is interested in doing this research because there are many problems that happen as the impact of the conflict between the worker’s jobs and their families. The trusted supervisor has to be able to make a right policy to give support for the issues such as family issue and show a positive impact also bring advantages for individual outcomes including workers engagement. The methodology which is used in this research is quantitative method which focuses on a corellation research and uses questionnaire to collect the data. The sample is taken with sampling purposive. The sample for this research is 238 BUMN and BUMS workers. The technique which is used to analyze the data for this research is correlation Spearman’s Rho. The research shows different result between BUMN and BUMS workers. The result of FSSB correlation with Employee Engagement of BUMS workers shows low correlation (rs=0,376), meanwhile there is no correlation between the two among BUMN workers (rs=0,063). The result of correlation Trust In Supervisor with Employee Engagement among BUMN workers shows low correlation (rs=0,230), on the other hand, among BUMS workers there is high correlation (rs=0,465) between the two variables. This research also shows the high correlation between the FSSB and Trust In Supervisor among BUMN workers (rs=0,698) as well as BUMS workers (rs=0,822).. Thus, it can be concluded that Employee Engagement can be increased through the support from the leaders and the trust of the workers towards their leaders. Meanwhile, Family Supportive Supervisory Behaviors will be created when the workers put their trust in their leaders

    PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF DENGAN PENGENALAN SAINS MELALUI METODE GUIDED DISCOVERY PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B1 TK TUNAS MELATI SIDOARUM GODEAN

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dengan pengenalan sains melalui metode guided discovery pada anak kelompok B1 Taman Kanak-kanak Tunas Melati Sidoarum Godean Sleman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah model action research spiral yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Setiap siklusnya dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B1 TK Tunas Melati Sidoarum Godean, sejumlah 33 anak yang terdiri dari 20 siswa laki-laki dan 13 siswa perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes lisan, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Peningkatan kemampuan kognitif dikatakan berhasil apabila skor rata-rata kemampuan kognitif anak mencapai ≥ 7,50 dari jumlah anak secara keseluruhan pada masing-masing jenjang kemampuan kognitif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kognitif anak kelompok B1 TK Tunas Melati Sidoarum Godean. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari data yang diperoleh, yaitu pada jenjang mengingat yang menggunakan instrumen tes lisan di siklus I peningkatan sebesar 0,67 dari kondisi awal 4,42 meningkat menjadi 5,09 dan pada siklus II peningkatan sebesar 3,14 dari kondisi awal 4,42 meningkat menjadi 7,56. Begitu pula kemampuan kognitif pada jenjang memahami yang menggunakan instrumen dokumentasi berupa LKA di siklus I mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,64 dari kondisi awal 4,88 meningkat menjadi 6,52 dan pada siklus II peningkatan sebesar 3,06 dari kondisi awal 4,88 menjadi 7,94. Langkah pembelajaran pengenalan sains melalui metode guided discovery, yaitu diawali dengan guru memberikan persoalan kepada anak kemudian anak memprediksi persoalan yang telah diberikan yang dilanjutkan dengan anak melakukan percobaan/penemuan terbimbing atas persoalan yang diberikan guru, setelah itu anak menyampaikan hasil percobaan/penemuan yang telah dilakukan kemudian anak bersama guru berdiskusi mengenai hal-hal yang belum dipahami dari percobaan yang telah dilakukan dan diakhiri dengan menyimpulkan percobaan/penemuan yang telah dilakukan oleh anak Dengan demikian, kemampuan kognitif anak dapat meningkat sesuai yang diharapkan.     This study was aimed to get the qualified silkworm (Bombyx mory L.) stock by crossing between Chinese dan Japanese races. The materials used in this study were the best fourth lines of Chinese and Japanese silkworm races at Forestry Research and Development Agency, Bogor. Experimental design used in this study was Completely Randomized Design. The results showed that observed parameters were significantly affected by crossed combination.     ANALISIS LAJU INFLASI DI KOTA SEMARANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS CLUSTERING

    Perkembangan ekonomi yang diusahakan selalu terkendali supaya tidak berdampak buruk dan memicu laju inflasi. Kenaikan harga yang dikatakan sebagai inflasi tidak terjadi hanya satu atau dua barang saja, melainkan mencakup kenaikan yang meluas serta menyeluruh pada kenaikan barang lainnya. Penerapan metode clustering dengan menggunakan algoritma k-means bertujuan untuk menentukan pengelompokan terkait dengan tingkat rendahnya tingkat inflasi yang terjadi di Kota Semarang. Selain itu, sebagai dasar pengambilan kebijakan terkait inflasi yang terjadi. Dengan menggunakan clustering k-meansdilakukan pengelompokan menjadi 3 kategori cluster yaitu rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat inflasi rendah terjadi selama 8 bulan pada Januari, Februari, Maret, April, Mei, Oktober, November, dan Desember. Tingkat inflasi sedang terjadi selama 2 bulan pada Juni, Juli. Dan tingkat inflasi tinggi terjadi selama 2 bulan pada Agustus dan September. Tingkat inflasi tinggi yang terjadi di Kota Semarang diakibatkan karena terjadinya kenaikan harga komoditas bahan pokok cabai merah, cabai rawit, bawang merah, dan telur ayam. Komoditas harga bahan pokok tersebut merasakan dampak dampak dari kenaikan tarif BBM dan tarif e-tol yang terjadi dalam batasan waktu beberapa waktu lalu. Kata Kunci: Clustering, Data Mining, Inflasi, K-Mean

    Optimization of Electric Scooter Rebalancing Tour through Mathematical programming

One of SDG11’s key objectives is to ensure safe, affordable, accessible, and sustainable transport systems for all. In response to this imperative, the concept of electric scooter (e-scooter) sharing has gained remarkable popularity. This innovative model allows users to access e-scooters on demand, providing a personalized last-mile solution that complements public transportation and has the potential to reduce private car ownership and greenhouse gas emissions. As e-scooters take on an increasingly pivotal role in urban mobility, the efficient management of their distri- bution and charging presents a critical challenge. One of the key problems in this sharing system is to ensure that e-scooter is not over-saturated and under-utilized. This thesis embarks on a comprehensive exploration of the com- plexities surrounding this challenge and proposes solutions to enhance the integration of e-scooter sharing into everyday urban life. The core idea revolves around conducting a night tour operation that allow operator to drop full-charge e-scooter, but also swap the battery of the low charged unit to re-balance the e-scooter distribution. Within this thesis, two mathematical programming formulations are presented in order to plan ahead the route and suggested actions at each station during the night tour. The first model, adapted from previous literature work on bike sharing systems rebalancing, provides a benchmark and introduces readers to the night rebalancing tour problem. The second model represents an original improved version, allowing night tour operators to swap only the battery rather than the whole e-scooter unit during operations. Both models confront the challenge of managing exponential growth in constraints and size of the solution space as the number of stations increases. In response, tailor-made branch-and-cut algorithms are developed to efficiently solve this problem. This scalable framework offers the potential to manage extensive e-scooter fleets and station networks within the city, enabling companies to enhance their operations, foster citizen trust, and establish e-scooter sharing systems as a dependable choice for daily last-mile transportation.     Mealy bud pest attacks mulberry leaves especially the young ones. The impact of this attack will decrease leaf supply for silkworm rearing. The experiment was to observe effectiveness of four kind of bud insecticides. Using Randomized Complete Block Design at five replications, the experiment was conducted at Bojonglopang, Sukabumi, West Java, from January 1992 to January 1993.     Architectural digitization has been carried out substantially, at the design stage and also at the implementation. Not only related to the design of the building’s facade but also to the interior of the building. The goal indeed is to simplify and accelerate the architect’s work. In fact, the current digitalization drawings, specifically in the realm of interior fabrication, require several additional steps becomes a product.This research uses literature study method with descriptive evaluative analysis to describe as broadly as possible issues related to the effectiveness of digitalization drawings in interior fabrication in philosophical studies based on ontology, epistemology and axiology. The study was carried out using empirical and theoretical phenomena as well as examining the ideas behind the effectiveness of digitizing drawing (in interior fabrication) to its application.The final result shows that the research concept on the effectiveness of digitizing drawings in interior fabrication is empirical, rationalist, and measurable research as a logical science and is a part of science.

    The purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation, forms of implementation and problems encountered in implementing diversity management in relation to human resource management (HRM) practices at SWCU. This qualitative research conducted through case studies. Key  persons in this study were four university leaders and one staff member. Data obtained through in-depth interview process and then analyzed in three descriptive techniques. The results showed that the practice of implementing HR management diversity management was carried out well based on performance, fair and there was no discrimination. The implementation problems encountered at SWCU are divided into two parts, namely practice inside and outside the HRM. Practical problems in HRM occur at the training and promotion stages; and, problems that occur outside the HRM practice such as communication problems and different perspectives
