This thesis target the out of class device in the institution and, to be more exact, call for the pupilâs learning, school or psychosocial learning. It gives an account of the organization out of class and knowing spacio-temporal encroaching for young in the out of class time and in the informal moment. The theoretical framework leans on learning explorationâs concept, in its process-sized and it product-sized.The modeling proposed enable to categorize and characterize the out of class time and the school time in the formalâs distance. The empiric work had been done in farmingâs institution and in a public middle school, with 4Ăšme and 3Ăšmeâs pupils, who are changed their learningâs ways. A join method, quantitative and qualitative research, was done. It enables to take the feeling of the educational player and the teachers who operate out of class and, whatâs more important, the learner. This survey use quiz, interviews, observations, pictures and schedule. It shows us significant results in the differential contribution of the out of class learning device, as much as the school results than the psychosocial hit. In challenging the separation of âin classâ and âout of classâ by âin schoolâ and âout of schoolâ, it hypothesizes an educational curriculum which ask about the part of school in the society and the part of each player, especially younger, in the new education call the global education.
In a country -France- where the field of theater has been culturally structured for decades, Applied Theater is a notion that often appears as an ancillary, in the face of an institutionalized, even mirified, art. On the one hand, there would be the Theater, pure, noble, authentic and on the other, there would be its ups and downs: company theater, theater for personal development, theater for pathologies, etc. If they have the same source, their consanguinity does not stop frightening. How can some artists who create far from any external coercion belong to the same theater family as some actors or directors who "obey" a commission, in a specific context, with an audience that is often workshop participants... are they therefore prisoners, in a certain way, of an instrumented art? To this ethical problem, this book tries to respond, through concrete examples, for a greater intercultural understanding France/ Colombia.Bogot
COVID-19 symptoms at hospital admission vary with age and sex: results from the ISARIC prospective multinational observational study
Background:
The ISARIC prospective multinational observational study is the largest cohort of hospitalized patients with COVID-19. We present relationships of age, sex, and nationality to presenting symptoms.
Methods:
International, prospective observational study of 60â109 hospitalized symptomatic patients with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 recruited from 43 countries between 30 January and 3 August 2020. Logistic regression was performed to evaluate relationships of age and sex to published COVID-19 case definitions and the most commonly reported symptoms.
Results:
âTypicalâ symptoms of fever (69%), cough (68%) and shortness of breath (66%) were the most commonly reported. 92% of patients experienced at least one of these. Prevalence of typical symptoms was greatest in 30- to 60-year-olds (respectively 80, 79, 69%; at least one 95%). They were reported less frequently in children (â€â18 years: 69, 48, 23; 85%), older adults (â„â70 years: 61, 62, 65; 90%), and women (66, 66, 64; 90%; vs. men 71, 70, 67; 93%, each Pâ<â0.001). The most common atypical presentations under 60 years of age were nausea and vomiting and abdominal pain, and over 60 years was confusion. Regression models showed significant differences in symptoms with sex, age and country.
Interpretation:
This international collaboration has allowed us to report reliable symptom data from the largest cohort of patients admitted to hospital with COVID-19. Adults over 60 and children admitted to hospital with COVID-19 are less likely to present with typical symptoms. Nausea and vomiting are common atypical presentations under 30 years. Confusion is a frequent atypical presentation of COVID-19 in adults over 60 years. Women are less likely to experience typical symptoms than men

Our presentation aims to describe and understand the place of innovation in the collaborative practices of actors working in the framework of educational policies, more specifically in the case of the Territorial Educational Project (PEDT) within a "shared educational territory" (Marcel & AĂŻt-Ali, 2017). Our research is based on a series of interviews with actors involved in the PEDT (about fifty) and on observations conducted in four municipalities in the French metropolis. We have conducted an analysis of the practices perceived as innovative by the people involved in the PEDT. Based on the sociology of translation (Akrich, Callon and Latour, 2006), we attempt to understand the different strategies of the groups of actors of the "educational galaxy" by reexamining the space of "common interest" (Kahn, 2010). Through their different practices, we seek to understand the mechanisms of collaboration (if any), from the problematization to the interessement phase which focuses on sealing alliances (Callon, 1986). This approach shows "the importance of actions that allow actors from very different backgrounds to coordinate and cooperate, aiming either to defend their interests or to define a project expressing common interests" (Callon, 1999, p. 121). Thus, the design process is a collective process, a co-construction requiring compromise.
