KEAMANAN MAKANAN HASIL LAUT DI WISATA KULINER PANTAI DEPOK BANTUL
Depok Beach tourist area is one of the tourist area on the south coast of Java, precisely in Bantul, Yogyakarta. Depok Beach became known in 1998, then in 2004 began to emergeeating houses. Economic communities previously supported entirely from the agricultural sector slowly began to shift to the maritime sector. Lots of people in the surrounding area, especially in the village of Depok Beach Parangtritis open restaurant business. Marine products that will be taken is the result of the local fishermen at sea and later purchased at the fish auction place (TPI), whereas if the famine, the fish obtained from TPI but a shipment of Semarang and Cilacap. The problems that arise in a bad season this is not obtained in a state fish fresh fish and should be preserved first. So need special skills to enter to choose seafood that is good, true preservation and processing of food security is also ensured that consumers are not harmed and that consume them. Activities in this program are given training to choose seafood that is good and free of formaldehyde, seafood processing training are safe and hygienic, and the tsunami disaster response training. The result is increased understanding of the food handlers seafood processing and granting certificates of sanitary hygiene of food handlers of Bantul District Health Office and trained emergency response in case of disaster.

Proses Pengepresan Busana Wanita Di Kelurahan Klamalu Distrik Mariat Kabupaten Sorong
Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya pengepresan terhadap hasil busana yang di inginkan serta memberi pengetahuan tentang peralatan yang digunakan dalam pengepresan, teknik-teknik yang harus diperhatikan serta tahap-tahap pengepresan yang baik dan benar. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari pelatihan ini yaitu masyarakat menjadi mengerti bagian-bagian tertentu yang masuk dalam proses pengepresan seperti 1. Kampuh, 2.lipit, 3.lapisan dalam(inferancing), 4.komponen-komponen busana. Teknik- teknik pengepresan yang perlu diperhatikan, Peralatan yang digunakan untuk menunjang proses pengepresan, serta tahap-tahap pengepresan yang benar. Karena sebaik apapun teknik menjahit yang dilakukan jika teknik pengepresan tidak di lakukan dengan baik maka busana yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai bentuk yang diinginkan
USING INSTAGRAM ON ARABIC LEARNING IN THE POST-PANDEMIC ERA: STUDENTS’ VOICES
The aim of this study was to investigate whether the use of Instagram on Arabic learning in the post-pandemic era can be one of the solutions for communicative online teaching and learning. Previous studies showed that the student found difficulties because of the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructures to use online platforms. However, the other student could use and operate it easily. This article discusses students’ perspectives on learning using Instagram, especially in improving Arabic language skills. The most supportive facility and infrastructure in conducting online learning is the presence of technology. In online learning, the learning management system that has already been widely used in online distance learning. However, today, social media such as Instagram can be used as a learning tool. The result of this study showed that Instagram was one of the solutions for communicative online teaching and learning in the pandemic and post-pandemic era according to the student perspective. Using descriptive analysis in describing the findings, the qualitative was chosen as the method in this study
Investigation of the association of novel genetic factors on von Willebrand factor (VWF) plasma levels
Background: von Willebrand factor (VWF) is a large multimeric plasma glycoprotein. It plays an important role in haemostasis by promoting platelet adhesion and aggregation at sites of blood vessel damage and by binding to and prolonging the half-life of coagulation factor VIII (FVIII). VWF is synthesised in endothelial cells where it undergoes post-translational modifications including glycosylation and multimerisation. VWF levels vary considerably in the normal population and several factors have been associated with this variation including ABO blood group and age. However, known factors only account for ~65% of variation in level. Previous studies suggest that other genetic loci, including VWF, FUT3 and CLEC4M also influence VWF level. Aims: To identify genetic factors that influence VWF plasma level in the normal population and to investigate the mechanisms by which these genetic factors influence VWF level. Methods: DNA samples and phenotypic data (including VWF levels, age, gender and ABO blood group) were available for ~1100 healthy individuals (HC). Analysis was conducted on VWF, FUT3, FUT5, FUT6 and CLEC4M. In silico analysis was used to identify variants predicted to affect expression or activity. Variants of interest were then genotyped in HC and their association with VWF level was investigated. In vitro studies were used to investigate the effect of these variants on VWF protein and mRNA expression, exon splice enhancer (ESE) motifs, splicing and mRNA half-life. Results: Investigation of 111 single nucleotide variants (SNV) in VWF identified 11 with significant association with VWF plasma level, of which c.2385T>C and c.2365A>G had been reported in previous studies. In vitro analysis showed that both were associated with increased protein, mRNA level and mRNA half-life. Investigation of variants in FUT3, FUT5 and FUT6 showed that only FUT3 c.202T>C was significantly associated with VWF plasma level. Investigation of CLEC4M confirmed the association of a 23 amino acid variable number of tandem repeats (VNTR) with VWF plasma level. Conclusion: Variants within and outside VWF are found to be significantly associated with VWF plasma level through interfering with protein or mRNA levels. These factors were shown to have an additive effect and can be considered as risk factors for bleeding or cardiovascular disease

PENGARUH PROMOSI MEDIA SOSIAL DAN WORD OF MOUTH (WOM) TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN (STUDI DI TOKO BUKU LA TANSA GONTOR)
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media promotion (online) and Word of Mouth (WOM) on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore. This research is a quantitative research with data sources obtained from primary data in the form of the results of respondents' answers to La Tansa Gontor Bookstore consumers, and secondary data in the form of written information from the web and social media. Questionnaire data was collected using random sampling technique, with an infinite number of populations. The sample used is 300 respondents. The results showed: 1) Social media promotion (online) had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore, this was because the social media admin of La Tansa Gontor Bookstore provided good and interesting and responsive information so that it could influence consumers. to make consumer purchasing decisions. 2) Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because consumers are satisfied with the service and product quality offered.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi media sosial (online) dan Word of Mouth (WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantutatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari data primer berupa hasil jawaban responden konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, dan data sekunder yang berupa informasi tertulis dari web dan media sosial. Pengumpulan data angket dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling, jumlah populasi yang tak terhingga. Sampel yang digunakan 300 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1)Promosi media sosial (online) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, hal ini disebabkan karena admin media sosial Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor memberikan informasi yang baik dan menarik serta responsif sehingga dapat mempengaruhi konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian konsumen. 2)Word of Mouth (WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena konsumen mnyatakan puas dengan pelayanan dan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan.
UPAYA PEMBENTUKAN BADAN PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA KONSUMEN (BPSK) SEBAGAI BENTUK PERWUJUDAN PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN DI KOTA BENGKULU
Abstract: Consumer protection is an inseparable part of healthy business activity. In a healthy business activity there is a balanced relationship of legal protection between consumers and economic actors. The lack of balanced protection leads to a weak position for consumers, especially when the product is limited, so that economic operators can abuse their position by monopolizing production and marketing, which of course is very detrimental to consumers. The problems that arise are due to the lack of socialization in consumer protection, which in many cases leads to disputes between consumers and economic operators. Disputes that arise after consumers feel harmed by such business actors have resulted in the protection in Bengkulu City still being repressive. This is the background to the problem of the efforts to set up the Consumer Dispute Settlement Board (BPSK) as an administrative authority in the city of Bengkulu to protect consumer interests on the basis of Consumer Protection Act No. 8 of 1999.Keywords: Consumer protection, consumer dispute, BPS
PELATIHAN KEAMANAN PANGAN DI KAWASAN WISATA WILAYAH KELURAHAN SRIMARTANI PIYUNGAN, BANTUL
ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang sangat kompleks, baik di bidang ekonomi, pendidikan dan pastinya pariwisata. Penerapan adaptasi kebiasaan baru akan merubah perilaku wisatawan saat berwisata. Peranan pariwisata tidak hanya menyediakan sarana wisata tetapi dilengkapi dengan sarana kuliner. Pengolahan makanan pada masa pandemi covid-19 harus sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, karena makanan yang dikonsumsi harus memperhatikan keamanan makanan atau food safety termasuk didalamnya di Kawasan wisata. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktek penjamah makanan tentang pengelolaan makanan yang aman, bebas kontaminasi sehingga aman dikonsumsi oleh wisatawan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara langsung di lokasi wisata di wilayah Kelurahan Srimartani Piyungan dengan pemberian materi penyuluhan keamanan makanan dibantu dengan media buku, Presentation Power Point serta diskusi. Hasil kegiatan ini didapatkan bahwa 70% penjamah makanan meningkat tingkat pengetahuan terkait keamanan makanan dan 90% penjamah makanan sikap keamanan makanannya mengalami peningkatan. Pelatihan ini harus dilakukan secara konsisten, karena untuk merubah perilaku penjamah makanan membutuhkan waktu dan pendampingan baik dari pemerintah desa maupun instansi terkait. Kata kunci:pandemi; keamanan makanan; pelatihan; wisata. ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic has had a very complex impact, both in the fields of economy, education, and of course tourism. The application of adaptation of new habits will change the behavior of tourists when traveling. The role of tourism is not only providing tourist facilities but also being equipped with culinary facilities. Food processing during the COVID-19 pandemic must comply with applicable regulations, because the food consumed must pay attention to food safety or food safety, including in tourism areas. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and practice of food handlers regarding safe, contamination-free food-management so that it is safe for consumption by tourists. This training was carried out directly at tourist sites in the Srimartani Piyungan Village area by providing food safety counseling materials assisted by book media, Power Point presentations, and discussions. The results of this activity showed that 70% of food handlers increased their level of knowledge related to food safety and 90% of food handlers' attitudes towards food safety increased. This training must be carried out consistently because changing the behavior of food handlers requires time and assistance from both the village government and related agencies.
