Purpose: As managers can lead a set of ways to improve internal communication in public organizations, and leadership can cultivate a common understanding of goals within the organization and share the vision in preparation for its way to better performance, the purpose of the research is to assess the type and strength of the relationship between internal communication and different forms of leadership.   Theoretical framework: The study demonstrates how leaders in public organizations improve internal communication, related to employees' perceptions of public organizations' routines and performance.   Design/methodology/approach: The  study  uses the  ordinary  least  squares  (OLS) and  applied multiple  regression A sample of 130 educational staff members from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research was selected using the descriptive analytical approach.   Findings: A set of statistical techniques were utilized to analyze the data and compile the findings. The findings demonstrate that internal communication and verbal rewards have a relationship that is consistent with both transformational leadership and transactional leadership.   Research, Practical & Social implications: The study demonstrates how leaders in public organizations improve internal communication, educational staff members from the Ministry of Higher Education. The effectiveness of this communication is influenced by the nature of the relationship and the leader's symbolism and attitudes toward them.   Originality/value: The findings  suggest  several  consequences  for the fields  of Management and Strategic. have  hadincluding  the  public organizations, numerous difficulties  that  this study   aids   in   resolving. There are advantages and disadvantages to every leadership style, and leaders typically use direct and indirect means of communication with subordinates

Robotic dry cleaner for photovoltaic solar panels: an implemented design that evaluated in iraq's weather

    Get PDF
Arabian desert areas are suffered from high mitigation in the produced photovoltaic (PV) power due to high dusty weather. This article presents a robotic cleaner that will significantly reduce the impact of dust on the installed PV systems in these areas. The proposed robotic cleaner is simple, low cost, standalone, self-powered, portable, and connected to the cloud. ESP32 used as a controller that manages the cleaning process and monitors its PV power production, the battery's state of charge, time of the day, and weather conditions. Thanks to the ESP32 features and its ability to connect to the cloud, as an internet of things (IoT), via the ThingSpeak website. All the electrical, mechanical, and electronic design aspects are presented and implemented in this article. The results show the effectiveness and performance enhancement due to periodic cleaning using the proposed robotic cleaner. The results also show that the total percentage of the monthly normalized accumulated losses for the two scheduled cleaning photovoltaic strings with a performance improvement of 15.54% for the weekly cleaned string (WCS) 83.04% for the never cleaned string (NCS) through the tested month

The Sympathetic Vampire:A Study of Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire

The myth of the vampire has continued to frighten and fascinate people all over the world. The idea of an undead night-stalker that feeds on human blood has been around for centuries and endures to this day. Numerous countries and cultures across the globe have personal deviations of a similar mythical entity. No matter the variation, all the vampire tales have a key commonality ‒ the lust for human blood. The cornerstone upon which all the vampire characters now turn was established in 1897 byBram Stoker in his novel Dracula which, since its publication, has never been out of print and its title character, Count Dracula, has become an icon of terror that inspired many subsequent novels and stories of the vampire fiction genre. However, only a handful of these novels were considered of literary merit. That handful includes the works of Anne Rice (1941‒) in which she develops a new way of portraying the vampire in fiction. The figure of vampire has changed from the evil and menacing figure of Dracula to a kinder and more sympathetic vampire who questions the meaning of its existence

    E-learning system for autistic children

    Get PDF
In general, children with autism may have with social/emotional relationships problems, problems with communication, trouble with surroundings, consciousness problems and cognitive problems. The purpose this study is to help autistic children learn alphabets in the early levels of learning. With this paper, we hope to propose an e-learning school-base system for autistic children of education ages between 4-6 years. In addition, our system will enable teachers to teach one or more children at the same time

Isolation Cellulolytic Fungi from Plants and Animals Wastesin Iraq

134 samples of plants and animals wastes were taken from three different regions outside Baghdad and three different regions in Baghdad. 24 cellulolytic isolates fungi AO, C1, TH1, AN1, R1, TV, PG, AF, B1, L1, AP, TH, AP1, AN3, AO2, A, A1, C, F, AO1, C2, F1, CL and AP2 independent were chosen out of 48 selected fungi. The best optimal conditions for growth were 30ºC and pH 7. The isolates were identified and screened according to the colony diameter, biomass and density of spores in addition of capability to produce the hydrolytic enzymes for cellulose

Magmatic and geotectonic significance of Santa Elena Peninsula, Costa Rica

    Get PDF
We present a new integrated interpretation of the geochemistry and geotectonic significance of the Santa Elena Peninsula, which is divided in three units: 1) an overthrust allocthonous unit of ultramafic and mafic rocks, the Santa Elena Nappe; 2) an autochthonous basaltic sedimentary suite, resting immediately below the overthrust, the Santa Rosa Accretionary Complex; and 3) Islas Murciélago pillow and massive basaltic flows. In the Santa Elena Nappe three petrological affinities have been recognized: 1) the ultramafic complex, that corresponds to depleted (MORB-like) mantle serpentinizated peridotites, with very low TiO2 and high Ni and Cr; 2) the pegmatitic gabbros, layered gabbros and plagiogranites and basaltic dikes with low TiO2 (0.89%). These mafic associations have geochemical signatures that suggest an island arc origin and petrographic evidences of low grade metamorphism and hydrothermal alteration. The Santa Rosa Accretionary Complex includes pelagic and volcanoclastic sediments, tuffs and alkaline magmatic rocks, originated by low degree melting of enrichment OIB mantle source, and probably related with seamount portions incorporated into the accretionary prism. Islas Murciélago pillow and massive basalts show no clear structural relationship with the rest of the units, but are geochemically similar to the dolerites of the Santa Elena Nappe. Sr, Nd, and Pb isotopic ratios of the Santa Elena Nappe and the Santa Elena Accretionary Complex samples do not correspond to the Galapagos Mantle array, and have different mantle reservoirs and geochemical characteristics than the Nicoya Complex

Investigation the Influence of adding Nano –Yttria Partially Stabilized Zirconia (NZrO2-5wt%YPSZ) on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Concrete

    Get PDF
Building materials showed remarkable progress, as many methods were used to enhance their properties, such as nanomaterials which have played a major role in this field. This research reveals the complex integration of nano-zirconi (NZrO2-5wt%YPSZ). as with concrete and its effect on the different mechanical properties. The main objective of this research is to reduce the porosity of concrete by adding doses of nano-zirconia to the concrete mixture to enhance the microstructure, which enhances its mechanical properties. The results showed that the addition of nano-zirconia decreased concrete slump, and also increased the rates of absorption and porosity due to the agglomeration of nanoparticles. The compressive strength increased to reach 30, 47.5, and 60 MPa at the ages of 7, 28, and 90 days, respectively. The splitting tensile strength increased when the zirconia content was increased, reaching its highest level when substituting 0.7wt% when compared with the reference mixture. In summary, the current study sheds light on the effect of nano-zirconia on the mechanical properties of concrete by filling the pores, which enhances its microstructure because it reshapes the complex texture of the concrete mixture
