    Analysis and evaluation of uncertainty for conducted and radiated emissions tests

    Whenever an EMC measurement is made, there are numerous uncertainties in different parts of the measurement system and even in the EMC performance of the equipment under test (EUT) which is being measured. It is important to be able to estimate the overall uncertainty, in particular, the test setup and measurement equipment uncertainty. However, making repetitive measurements can reduce the measurement uncertainty, but often economics of time do not permit that. Therefore, a practical process, which is used to evaluate uncertainty in EMC measurement a, according to the principle of uncertainty and conditions in EMC measurement is presented. In this study, an efficient analysis of uncertainty for both radiated and conducted emissions tests is performed. The uncertainty of each contributor had been calculated and evaluating the reported expanded uncertainty of measurement is stated as the standard uncertainty of measurement. This standard uncertainty is multiplied by the coverage factor k=2, which for a normal distribution corresponds to a coverage probability of approximately 95%. The result of calculating the uncertainty for both conducted and radiated emission tests showed that the overall uncertainty of the system is high and it must be lowered by reducing the expanded uncertainty for the dominant contributors for both tests. In addition, the result of applying the concept of CISPR uncertainty for both conducted and radiated emission tests showed that non-compliance is deemed to occur for both EUT of both tests.     Keefektifan Model Pembelajaran Realistik dalam Seting Kooperatif ditinjau dari Sikap, Motivasi, dan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis Siswa SMP

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan model pembelajaran Realistik dalam Seting Kooperatif (RESIK) ditinjau dari sikap terhadap matematika, motivasi belajar matematika, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa SMP. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pretest-postest non equivalent group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Selong yang terdiri dari 6 kelas. Dari populasi penelitian yang ada diambil secara acak dua kelas yaitu kelas VIIB dan kelas VIIC sebagai sampel penelitian. Pembelajaran matematika pada kelas VIIB menggunakan model pembelajaran RESIK sedangkan pembelajaran matematika pada kelas VIIC menggunakan model konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis, angket sikap terhadap matematika, dan angket motivasi belajar matematika. Pemberian bukti validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas isi dan validitas konstruk, sedangkan mengestimasi reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Untuk menguji keefektifan model pembelajaran RESIK dan model konvensional ditinjau dari masing-masing aspek yaitu sikap terhadap matematika, motivasi belajar matematika, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis digunakan analisis one sample t-test pada taraf signifikansi 5 %. Selanjutnya untuk membandingkan keefektifan model pembelajaran RESIK dan model konvensional ditinjau dari aspek sikap terhadap matematika, motivasi belajar matematika, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji T2 Hotteling dengan taraf signifikansi 5 %, dan uji-t univariat untuk menentukan model manakah yang lebih efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran RESIK efektif ditinjau dari sikap terhadap matematika, motivasi belajar matematika, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. model pembelajaran RESIK lebih efektif daripada model konvensional ditinjau dari sikap terhadap matematika, motivasi belajar matematika, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis

    This study aims to improve students' understanding concepts through the application of Direct-instruction models based on media power point. This research is a classroom action research (CAR), which was implemented in three cycles, in each cycle; researchers used several procedures that include: planning, implementation, observation and reflection.. a student has been completly  success in term of understanding concepts  when they have been reached  Maximum outcome criteria 70. Classically, A group of  sudents have been completly  success when total of students number have been   reached KKM (Maximum outcome criteria) are 85%. Percentage of teacher activity, students’ activitys, students’ learning outcomes  results in the first cycle, the second cycle and a third cycle classified as excellent and research has achieved success. Thus the application of direct instructional model based media power point otherwise can improve students' understanding concepts

    Abstract: This study aims to explain the views of the Medan City Islamic Ulema Council on the Profession of Wives as Male Masseurs in the village of Kampung Baru, Medan Maimun District. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The technique used in data collection is interviews. Data analysis was carried out through the inductive method, which is a method that studies a specific phenomenon to obtain the rules that apply in the field that are more general about the phenomenon being investigated. This method is used in making conclusions about various matters regarding the MUI's view of the wife's profession as a male masseur.  The findings of the study indicate that the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) views women as male masseurs in law, with the provisions (i) maintaining modesty in both dress and behavior so as not to cause lust for the masseur and the massaged; (ii) there are more than two people in the massage room to avoid sexual harassment or other forms of adultery; and (iii) it is intended as a medical and exercise treatment.   Keywords: Views of the Islamic Ulema Council (MUI), Wife, Masseur, Professio

    PERAN TOKOH AGAMA DALAM MENANAMKAN KARAKTER KEISLAMAN REMAJA DI DESA TOLOUWI

    Penelitian ini tujuannya adalah, a) untuk mengetahui peran tokoh agama dalam menannamkan karakter keislaman remaja di desa tolouwi, b) untuk mengetahui apa sajakah faktor penghambat dan pendukung tokoh agama dalam menanamkan karakter keislaman remaja di desa tolouwi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pada penelitian ini data di kumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode pengamatan/observasi, metode interview/wawancara dengan tehnik dasar dan lanjut dengan metode dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tokoh  agama memiliki beberapa peran penting dalam kehidupan beragama yaitu : Peran kaderisasi yakni suatu cara untuk membina para remaja dalam suatu perkumpulan tertentu yang dibentuk dalam sebuah organisasi remaja agar kegiatan yang dilakukan lebih terarah dan memiliki tujuan yang jelas, seperti halnya organisasi remaja masjid dan organisasi komunitas pemuda hijrah, melakukan dakwah  door to door yaitu melakukan dakwah dengan cara mendatangi warga masyarakat dari rumah ke rumah. Melakukan dakwah secara terbuka yaitu dengan cara mengisi kegiatan keagaman seperti kegiatan hari-hari besar Islam, ta’jiah kematian, ceramah, kultum, khutbah jumat dan mengisi kegiatan majelis ta’lim. Faktor penghambat dan pendukung peran tokoh agama dalam menanamkan karakter keislaman remaja faktor penghambatnya yaitu: rendahnya pendidikan keagamaan orang tua, kesenjangan social, kurangnya kerja sama antar tokoh agama dan pemerintah stempat yang masih kurang baik.  Adapun faktor pendukungnya yaitu keaktifan tokoh agama dalam memberikan pengarahan keagamaan terhadap masyarakat terhusus para remaja, adanya dukungan dari orang tua walaupun sebagian orang tua masih banyak yang belum paham tentang hal keagamaan sehingga proses pendidikan akhlak berjalan kurang baik

    Penelitian ini dilatari dengan masih rendahnya penguasaan kompetensi siswa pada matapelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Madrasah Aliyah Kota Bima. Hal ini dikarenakan belum optimalnya proses pembelajaran yang didesain oleh guru dan dilakukan oleh siswa. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan usaha pembaharuan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang inovatif. Salah satu usaha tersebut adalah dengan melaksanakan penelitian pengembangan model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa pada pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Sehingga Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Model Pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi di Madrasah Aliyah (MA), terutama dilihat dari segi pengembangan Model Pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam rangka menumbuh-kembangkan kompetensi siswa. Secara khusus tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1). menggambarkan kondisi pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Madrasah Aliyah Kota Bima, 2). mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan menemukan pengaruhnya terhadap pembelajaran, 3). mengetahui hal-hal yang menentukan dan yang menjadi kendala pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian tersebut, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) Borg dan Gall. Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek ini memiliki komponen-komponen dan sintaks sebagai karakteristiknya. Komponen-komponen pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang dikembangkan, terdiri dari 1). autenticity (keautentikan), 2). academic rigor (ketaatan terhadap nilai akademik), 3). applied learning (belajar pada dunia nyata), 4). active exploration (aktif meneliti), 5). adult relationship (hubungan dengan pakar), dan 6). assessment (penilaian). Sementara langkah-langkah sebagai sintaksnya terdiri dari : 1). Start with the essential question (memulai dengan pertanyaan yang penting), 2).design a plan for the project (mendesain pengerjaan proyek), 3). create the schedule (membuat jadwal penyelesaian proyek), 4). monitor the students and the proses of the project (melakukan pengamatan terhadap pelaksanaan proyek siswa), 5). asses the outcome (melakukan penilaian terhadap hasil proyek) dan 6). Evaluate the experience (melakukan evaluasi terhadap pengalaman belajar siswa. Langkah-langkah tersebut dipadukan kedalam langkah utama, yakni pertama kegiatan pendahuluan, Kedua kegiatan inti, dilakukan secara sistematis dan sistemik melalui proses eksplorasi, elaborasi dan konfirmasi, dan ketiga kegiatan penutup yakni tindak lanjut dan do’a penutup. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek hasil pengembangan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kompetensi siswa pada pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Madrasah Aliyah Kota Bima. Hal ini ditujukkan dengan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara pretest dan posttest pada ranah pengetahuan, dan terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada ranah sikap dan keterampilan dalam bidang TIK di tiap posttestnya. Dengan demikian model pembelaajaran berbasis proyek ini dapat direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan pada pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Madrasah Aliyah Kota Bima

    Türkiye'nin Somali'de Bir Güvenlik Aktörü Olarak Artan Rolü: Dinamikler ve Motivasyonlar

    Somalia has a special place in the foreign policy of the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), which has been in power since 2002. Turkey's relations with Somalia began to develop after the official visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Somalia on 19 August 2011, who was the prime minister at that time, to support Somalis affected by severe drought and civil war. After 2011, Turkey launched one of the largest humanitarian aid campaigns to Somalia. Turkey has not only developed a soft power policy in Somalia but also started to implement a hard power policy. In this respect, Turkey has been training hundreds of Somali soldiers and police in both Ankara and Mogadishu since 2012. At the same time, Turkey opened its largest military base abroad in Somalia in 2017. This research explores the reasons and dynamics behind Turkey's deepening of its security policy in Somalia and sheds light on what Turkey's security policy means for Somalia. The research argues that there is a combination of factors driving Turkey's security policy towards Somalia, including socio-cultural, economic, and geopolitical. This study examines Turkey's security policy with a holistic approach, using conceptual and theoretical perspectives.2002 yılında iktidara gelen Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi'nin (AK Parti) dış politikasında Somali'nin özel bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Türkiye'nin Somali ile ilişkileri, dönemin başbakanı olan Türkiye Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan'ın 19 Ağustos 2011 yılında şiddetli kuraklıktan ve iç savaştan etkilenen Somalilere destek olmak amacı ile bu ülkeye düzenlediği resmi ziyaretin ardından gelişmeye başlamıştır. 2011'den sonra Türkiye, Somali'ye en büyük insani yardım kampanyalarından birini başlatmıştır. Türkiye, Somali'de sadece bir yumuşak güç politikası geliştirmekle kalmamış, aynı zamanda bir sert güç politikası da uygulamaya başlamıştır. Bu kapsamda Türkiye, 2012 yılından bu yana hem Ankara’da hem de Mogadişu'da yüzlerce Somalili asker ve polise eğitim vermektedır. Aynı zamanda Türkiye, 2017 yılında yurtdışındaki Türkiye’nin en büyük askeri üssünü Somali'de açtı. Bu araştırma, Türkiye'nin Somali'de güvenlik politikasını derinleştirmesinin ardındaki nedenleri ve dinamikleri incelemekte ve Türkiye'nin güvenlik politikasının Somali için ne anlama geldiğini tartışmaktadır. Araştırma, sosyo-kültürel, ekonomik ve jeopolitik dahil olmak üzere Türkiye'nin Somali'ye yönelik güvenlik politikasını yönlendiren faktörlerin bir kombinasyonu olduğunu savunuyor. Bu çalışma, kavramsal ve teorik perspektifler kullanarak Türkiye'nin güvenlik politikasını bütüncül bir yaklaşımla incelemektedir
