PELATIHAN MENDONGENG UNTUK SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak: Target capaian dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar mampu untuk mendongeng dengan percaya diri. Sebab, siswa sekolah dasar ada ditemukan yang tidak percaya diri untuk maju ke depan kelas dan apalagi untuk bercerita/mendongeng. Oleh sebab itu, pelatihan ini dilakukan di sekolah dasar dengan tujuan di atas. Dengan mendongeng pembelajaran akan lebih menarik dan juga dapat melatih kecerdasan emosional anak. Pemateri memberikan materi tentang cara mendongeng yang baik, lalu memberikan contoh, kemudian peserta akan diminta untuk mempraktikkan sendiri. Secara umum terdiri dari dua metode yaitu : 1) Persiapan; 2) Pelaksanaan. Adapun hasil dari pelatihan ini diperoleh 6 siswa yang mampu mendongeng dengan percaya diri dari keseluruhan peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut.Abstract: The achievement target of this activity is that elementary school students are able to tell stories with confidence. Because, there are elementary school students who are not confident enough to come to the front of the class and especially to tell stories. Therefore, this training was conducted in elementary schools with the above objectives. With storytelling learning will be more interesting and can also train children's emotional intelligence. The results of this training obtained 6 students who were able to tell stories with confidence from all the participants who took part in the activity

Pengaruh Rekrutmen Dan Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Karywan Pada Hotel Abadi Suite Kota Jambi

This study aims to determine how the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at the Abadi Suite Hotel Jambi City simultaneously and partially and how much influence recruitment and selection have on employee performance at the Abadi Suite Hotel Jambi City.The object of this analysis is the Hotel Abadi Suite Jambi City. The sample used in this study were 38 employees at the Abadi Suite Hotel, Jambi City. The method used is descriptive analysis method with recruitment and selection independent variables while the dependent variable is employee performance. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple  linear  analysis, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (f test and t test).Based on the calculation results of SPSS version 22, the correlation between the recruitment variable (X1) is 0.468 and the selection variable (X2) is 0.472 on performance (Y), which means that there is a positive influence between recruitment and selection variables on employee performance and there is a strong relationship between the variables independent and the dependent variable is 71.6%.The conclusion of this study shows that recruitment and selection simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, partially recruitment and selection have a significant effect on employee performance
