    This study aimed to analyze the quality of service to consumer satisfaction of members of Inul Vizta Palembang. This analysis uses the independent variable service quality and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample of this study were members of Inul Vizta Palembang. Sample data collection is done by purposive sampling method. Questionnaire data collection was carried out by distributing online to 139 respondents. Testing this hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that service quality (tangible, reliability, assurance and empathy) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction of members of Inul Vizta Palembang. Seruh that brought responsiveness was known to not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of members of Inul Vizta Palemban

    "Nos vemos en la calle" es un documento audiovisual que forma parte de un proyecto de investigación sobre agrupaciones ilegales o callejeras del Carnaval de Cádiz. La elaboración de un documento en soporte audiovisual se concebía, en origen, como complemento de una propuesta más amplia que culminaba en la ejecución de un informe analítico-descriptivo sobre el tema de estudio, considerando el registro audiovisual como una importante aportación documental a la investigación etnográfica. Esta premisa condicionó de manera fundamental el proceso de producción de la película y sus resultados. El posterior desarrollo del trabajo de realización del documental en sí mismo y las dimensiones que éste fue adquiriendo, como forma de conocimiento y expresión propia, han modificado la "naturaleza primera" de este material, adquiriendo autonomía (aunque siempre vinculada al contexto de la investigación), convirtiéndose en algo más que un método de registro y material audiovisual del tema de estudio con mero valor documental para su posterior análisis

    High-coverage whole-genome sequencing of the expanded 1000 Genomes Project cohort including 602 trios

    The 1000 Genomes Project (1kGP) is the largest fully open resource of whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data consented for public distribution without access or use restrictions. The final, phase 3 release of the 1kGP included 2,504 unrelated samples from 26 populations and was based primarily on low-coverage WGS. Here, we present a high-coverage 3,202-sample WGS 1kGP resource, which now includes 602 complete trios, sequenced to a depth of 30X using Illumina. We performed single-nucleotide variant (SNV) and short insertion and deletion (INDEL) discovery and generated a comprehensive set of structural variants (SVs) by integrating multiple analytic methods through a machine learning model. We show gains in sensitivity and precision of variant calls compared to phase 3, especially among rare SNVs as well as INDELs and SVs spanning frequency spectrum. We also generated an improved reference imputation panel, making variants discovered here accessible for association studies

    Genome-wide association studies of metabolites in Finnish men identify disease-relevant loci

    Few studies have explored the impact of rare variants (minor allele frequency \u3c 1%) on highly heritable plasma metabolites identified in metabolomic screens. The Finnish population provides an ideal opportunity for such explorations, given the multiple bottlenecks and expansions that have shaped its history, and the enrichment for many otherwise rare alleles that has resulted. Here, we report genetic associations for 1391 plasma metabolites in 6136 men from the late-settlement region of Finland. We identify 303 novel association signals, more than one third at variants rare or enriched in Finns. Many of these signals identify genes not previously implicated in metabolite genome-wide association studies and suggest mechanisms for diseases and disease-related traits

    Clinical and epidemiological assessment of steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome associated with the NPHS2 R229Q variant

    Mutations of NPHS2, encoding podocin, are the main cause of autosomal recessive steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (NS) presenting in childhood. Adult-onset steroid-resistant NS has been described in patients heterozygous for a pathogenic NPHS2 mutation together with the p.R229Q variant. To determine the frequency and the phenotype of patients carrying the p.R229Q variant, we sequenced the complete coding region of NPHS2 in 455 families (546 patients) non-responsive to immunosuppressive therapy or without relapse after transplantation. Among affected Europeans, the p.R229Q allele was significantly more frequent compared to control individuals. Thirty-six patients from 27 families (11 families from Europe and 14 from South America) were compound heterozygotes for the p.R229Q variant and one pathogenic mutation. These patients had significantly later onset of NS and end stage renal disease than patients with two pathogenic mutations. Among 119 patients diagnosed with NS presenting after 18 years of age, 18 patients were found to have one pathogenic mutation and p.R229Q, but none had two pathogenic mutations. Our study shows that compound heterozygosity for p.R229Q is associated with adult-onset steroid-resistant NS, mostly among patients of European and South American origin. Screening for the p.R229Q variant is recommended in these patients along with further NPHS2 mutation analysis in those carrying the variant

    Light-induced relaxation dynamics of the ferricyanide ion revisited by ultrafast XUV photoelectron spectroscopy

    Photoinduced charge transfer in transition-metal coordination complexes plays a prominent role in photosynthesis and is fundamental for light-harvesting processes in catalytic materials. However, revealing the relaxation pathways of charge separation remains a very challenging task because of the complexity of relaxation channels and ultrashort time scales. Here, we employ ultrafast XUV photoemission spectroscopy to monitor fine mechanistic details of the electron dynamics following optical ligand-to-metal charge-transfer excitation of ferricyanide in aqueous solution. XUV probe light with a time resolution of 100 fs, in combination with density functional theory employing the Dyson orbital formalism, enabled us to decipher the primary and subsequently populated electronic states involved in the relaxation, as well as their energetics on sub-picosecond timescales. We find strong evidence for the spin crossover followed by geometrical distortions due to vibronic interactions (Jahn–Teller effect) in the excited electronic states, rather than localization/delocalization dynamics, as suggested previously

    Since the last IAEA Conference JET has been in operation for one year with a programmatic focus on the qualification of ITER operating scenarios, the consolidation of ITER design choices and preparation for plasma operation with the ITER-like wall presently being installed in JET. Good progress has been achieved, including stationary ELMy H-mode operation at 4.5 MA. The high confinement hybrid scenario has been extended to high triangularity, lower ρ*and to pulse lengths comparable to the resistive time. The steady-state scenario has also been extended to lower ρ*and ν*and optimized to simultaneously achieve, under stationary conditions, ITER-like values of all other relevant normalized parameters. A dedicated helium campaign has allowed key aspects of plasma control and H-mode operation for the ITER non-activated phase to be evaluated. Effective sawtooth control by fast ions has been demonstrated with3He minority ICRH, a scenario with negligible minority current drive. Edge localized mode (ELM) control studies using external n = 1 and n = 2 perturbation fields have found a resonance effect in ELM frequency for specific q95values. Complete ELM suppression has, however, not been observed, even with an edge Chirikov parameter larger than 1. Pellet ELM pacing has been demonstrated and the minimum pellet size needed to trigger an ELM has been estimated. For both natural and mitigated ELMs a broadening of the divertor ELM-wetted area with increasing ELM size has been found. In disruption studies with massive gas injection up to 50% of the thermal energy could be radiated before, and 20% during, the thermal quench. Halo currents could be reduced by 60% and, using argon/deuterium and neon/deuterium gas mixtures, runaway electron generation could be avoided. Most objectives of the ITER-like ICRH antenna have been demonstrated; matching with closely packed straps, ELM resilience, scattering matrix arc detection and operation at high power density (6.2 MW m-2) and antenna strap voltages (42 kV). Coupling measurements are in very good agreement with TOPICA modelling. © 2011 IAEA, Vienna
