    Relationship between Vitamin and Fetal Development

    胎儿在母体宫内发育经过受精卵、胚胎、胎儿三个阶段,任何影响母胎健康的病因都影响宫内受精卵、胚胎和胎儿的发育,严重者甚至导致胚胎停育、胎死宫内。缺乏维生素容易诱发人体各种疾病,孕期母体维生素的需要量增加,如果孕期母体维生素摄入不足、补充不够、未得到及时增加或增加过量,都会影响胎儿器官的正常发育,导致胎儿发育不良。有些严重的胎儿畸形是致死性的,因此孕期要注意筛查及时处理。孕期加强母胎保健,重视优生优育,改善孕妇和儿童营养状况,合理调配膳食,适当补充维生素,了解各种维生素的功效和胎儿发育的相关性,有助于降低新生儿出生缺陷、防治妇女儿童营养缺乏病。aFertilized egg, embryo and fetus are three stages of fetus growth in maternal intrauterine. Any factors caused by the mother or the fetus can affect intrauterine growth of fertilized egg, embryo and fetus. Some serious factors could lead to embryonic growth cease, even fetal death. Lack of vitamin can induce human related diseases, and vitamin requirements are increased in pregnant women. If insufficient of vitamin intake in those pregnant women, fetus could suffer from dysplasia. Some severe fetal abnormalities can cause fetal death. So, it is necessary that pregnant women should have fetal developmental screening, and that those pregnant women with vitamin insufficient should be treated in time. The reasonable supplement of vitamins, and deployment of diet, is benefit for them to reduce neonatal defects, and to prevent the nutrition-related diseases in pregnant women

    Insecticidal Activity for Benzaldehyde L-Cysteine Schiff Base Combined with Xylosma Wood Vinegar

    木醋碱杀虫剂是一种基于木炭副产物木醋液的绿色杀虫剂,是将精馏木醋液、苯甲醛L-半胱氨酸席夫碱、水杨酸按照一定比例配制而成的.以酪氨酸酶筛选模型研究了苯甲醛L-半胱氨酸席夫碱、精馏木醋液、木醋碱杀虫剂对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用,其导致酪氨酸酶活性的半抑制质量浓度(IC50)分别为15,2.53,0.53 mg/m L.探讨了木醋碱杀虫剂对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)、棉铃虫(Helicoverpa armigera)、玉米螟(Pyrausta nubilalis)幼虫的杀虫活性,结果表明木醋碱杀虫剂中苯甲醛L-半胱氨酸席夫碱质量浓度达到15 mg/m L时即可对小菜蛾、棉铃虫、玉米螟二龄幼虫达到很好的杀灭效果.急性毒理实验表明木醋碱杀虫剂实际无毒.慢性毒理研究按照3 g/kg给药量连续灌胃3个月,昆明小鼠的肝脏和肾脏并不存在毒理性变化,表明木醋碱杀虫剂没有慢性毒性.综上所述,木醋碱杀虫剂不仅对酪氨酸酶有很好的抑制作用,还对小菜蛾、棉铃虫、玉米螟等常见农业害虫具有较强的毒杀活性,且实际无毒,具有良好的农业应用前景.The wood vinegar was based on by-product in the process of firing Xylosma charcoal.The wood vinegar base insecticide was a new green type insecticide.We mixed the rectificated wood vinegar,benzaldehyde L-cysteine Schiff base and salicylic acid to make the wood vinegar base insecticide proportionally.The inhibition on tyrosinase in screening model of benzaldehyde L-cysteine Schiff base,rectificated wood vinegar and the wood vinegar base insecticide were determined. The half maximal inhibitory concentration( IC50) were 15,2. 53,0. 53 mg/m L,respectively.Additionally,the insecticidal effects on Plutella xylostella,Pyrausta nubilalis and Helicoverpa armigera of wood vinegar base insecticide were investigated.The results showed that the wood vinegar base insecticide could effectively kill the second-stage juveniles of P.xylostella,P. nubilalis and H. armigera. The results showed that the wood vinegar base insecticide had insecticidal effect.The acute toxicological results showed that the wood vinegar base insecticide had no toxicity.In the chronic toxicological experiment,the group was given a gavage of 3 g / kg with the wood vinegar base insecticide in 3 months.We took the liver and kidney in paraffin section and HE staining after executing the Kunming mouse with cervical dislocation method.The results showed that the wood vinegar base insecticide had no chronic toxicity.In conclusion,the wood vinegar base insecticide could not only inhibit the tyrosinase acitivity,but also show good insecticidal effects on P. xylostella,P. nubilalis and H. armigera with low toxicity.The wood vinegar base insecticide had shown good application prospects in agricultural areas.国家自然科学基金(31371857

    Enhancement of capacity in applied biometry in East and southern Africa

    Biometric skills in developing countries are inadequate to support the changing priorities of agricultural research with the consequence that the quality of research aimed at increasing food security and alleviating poverty is often deficient because it lacks good statistical design" (CTA, 1997). It was on this basis that the workshop was planned, realising that not only do national scientists and statisticians (biometricians) need training in applied biometrics but they also need to be exposed to the range of problems and complexity of agricultural study design necessary for the developing world. Few courses in applied biometrics exist in universities in East and southern Africa. Training in biometrics provided hitherto by overseas institutions has been beneficial, but lecturers do not often have a full appreciation, or practical hands-on experience, of the special features of agricultural research and development in Africa. The subjects of experimental design, statistical analysis, interpretation and presentation of results are still recognised to be among the top priorities for training by national agricultural research system (NARS) scientists participating in collaborative networks co-ordinated by the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and the International Centre for Research in Agroforestry (ICRAF). There is thus a major need to establish strong training programmes in the region itself with links to existing programmes abroad

    暹罗鳄多肽粉提高机体免疫力及抗疲劳的效应

    为研究暹罗鳄多肽粉对小鼠免疫力及抗疲劳效应的影响,对小鼠的免疫能力和相关血清指标进行了测定,同时也对小鼠的运动能力及疲劳代谢指标进行了测定.实验结果显示:暹罗鳄多肽粉可以促进小鼠胸腺和脾脏的生长,免疫力得到提高.相对于对照组小鼠,暹罗鳄多肽粉组小鼠血清中的总蛋白、血钙、白蛋白含量升高(p<0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的活力和血糖浓度下降(p<0.05).小鼠爬绳及负重游泳实验发现服用了暹罗鳄多肽粉的小鼠垂直爬绳时间和负重游泳时间均高于对照组的(p<0.01),小鼠的耐力增强.进一步通过建立抗疲劳小鼠力竭游泳模型研究了暹罗鳄多肽粉的抗疲劳动物学功效,结果显示相对于对照组,暹罗鳄多肽粉组小鼠血液中尿素氮(BUN)和乳酸(LA)的含量以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的酶活力均降低(p<0.05),而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的酶活力升高(p<0.05).综上结果表明暹罗鳄多肽粉可能有保肝护肝,提高肌体免疫力以及抗疲劳等功效.福建省自然科学基金项目(2016J05105);;广东省自然科学基金博士启动项目(2016A030310374);;厦门大学生命科学学院-福建鼍龙鳄鱼生物制品研发协同创新中心项目(XDHT2017004C

    Relevant relationship between IUD and endometrial polypus

    目的:研究宫内节育器(InTrAuTEruS dEVICE,Iud)与子宫内膜息肉的相关性。方法:统计2004年5月--2007年5月在厦门大学附属中山医院行宫腔镜取环并经病理检查确诊Iud合并子宫内膜息肉病例,分析Iud与子宫内膜息肉的相关敏感因素。结果:1357例宫腔镜取环者Iud合并子宫内膜息肉285例,占21%,患者对金属皮带扣或金饰物过敏,经阴道分娩和人工流产且中位子宫患者的发病率较高,息肉好发于Iud的周围。放环时间15年以上,Iud变形、下移和长锈斑的比例均较高。结论:放置Iud且有息肉形成高危因素的患者应及时行宫腔镜检查,并行诊刮术或子宫内膜息肉电切术、取环术。Objective:To study relevant relationship between IUD and endometrial polyps(EMP).Methods:The cases who removed IUD and EMP by hysteroscopic operation and diagnosed by pathological examination were analyzed in Xiamen Zhongshan Hoapital from may 2004 to may 2007,and the related factors of IUD and EMP were analyzed.Results:of 1357 cases who removed IUD by hysteroscopic operation,the cases who had EMP was 21%(285/1357).EMP growed around IUD in cases whose uteri were middle position.Vaginal labor and artificial abortion and allergic to metal including the metal buckle and gold ornaments were high risk factors.Conclusion:The cases with IUD who had risk factors of endometrial polypus formation need do hysteroscopic operation and remove IUD
