    Delay-Constrained Mobile Energy Charging in Wireless Sensor Networks

    为了延长无线传感网的生存期,基于可充电的移动设备,研究设计了一种无线传感网中移动式能量补充的方法,移动节点可以在为传感器节点补充能量的同时收集数; 据.首先,通过将无线传感器网络监测区域分割为大小相同的子区域,该子区域内的节点组成一个簇;其次,以一个簇内的总能量为计算依据,设计移动节点的路径; 生成算法以确定能量高效的移动路线;最后,使用10种不同的随机网络拓扑图进行了仿真实验,以节点移动速度和时延为限制条件分别得到了对比数据.结果表明; ,本文提出的算法与NJNP( nearest-job-next with preemption)算法相比在时延相同的条件下( 800; s),生存期提升了6 000 s左右,在节点速度5 m/s条件下生存期提升了将近14 000; s.证明本文所提方法有效地提高了充电效率,延长了网络的生存期,可用于大规模的无线传感器网络.In order to prolong the lifetime of wireless sensor networks by using; energy-rechargeable mobile devices,this paper designs a mobile energy; replenishment method wherein a mobile element gathers data and recharges; sensors simultaneously. Firstly,the whole sensor network is divided into; several sub-regions equally and the sensors in each sub-region are; formed into a cluster. Secondly, considering the energy in a whole; cluster,the mobility path is designed to find the energy-efficient; mobile trace of the mobile element. Finally,in the simulation; experiment,we used ten different random network topologies to show the; comparisons with extensive simulation experiments under different; velocities and deadlines. The results indicate that the proposed; algorithm increases lifetime by approximately 6 000 s compared with; Nearest-Job-Next with Pre-emption( NJNP) under the deadline of 800 s.; Moreover,the proposed algorithm increases lifetime by approximately 14; 000 s compared with NJNP at velocity of 5 m/s.     Mechanism of Surface Formation for Two-dimensional Ultrasonic Vibration Assisted Grinding of Monocrystal Silicon with Vertical Workpiece Vibration

    通过单晶硅磨削试验以及单颗金刚石磨粒划擦试验,分析垂直于工件平面的二维椭圆超声振动磨削单晶硅的表面形成机制。椭圆超声振子由压电陶瓷晶体与金属弹性体粘接制成,其伸缩模态和弯曲模态频率相同,当输入具有一定相位差的两个交流电压信号时产生二维椭圆振动。试验结果表明,由于二维椭圆振动的施加改变了单晶硅的材料去除机制,加工表面质量明显提高,表面粗糙度显著降低,磨削沟槽变浅而宽,切屑变厚而短,单晶硅材料延性域去除比例增加;通过改变超声振动振幅与磨削深度之间大小关系,可实现磨削刃对工件的连续性接触去除和断续性接触去除两种模式的转变。The mechanism of surface formation for two-dimensional elliptic ultrasonic vibration assisted grinding with the vertical direction to workpiece is investigated by grinding experiments and single point diamond abrasive scratching experiments on monocrystal silicon.The vibrator is produced by bonding a PZT on a metal elastic body,frequencies of both longitudinal mode and bending mode are nearly the same,and an elliptic motion occurs when two alternating current signals with phase difference are applied to the PZT.The experimental results show that the workpiece surface quality is improved obviously,and the surface roughness is decreased significantly.And moreover,the grinding grooves become much shallower and wider,and the chip is also much thicker and shorter.It is known that the percent of ductile mode removal material increases.In addition,as the relation between vibration amplitude and grinding depth of cut is changed,two kinds of material removal mechanism,continuous contact and interrupting cutting,can be realized.国防科研资助项目(62301090103

    Development of a Two-dimensional Ultrasonic Vibration Assisted Grinding Technique of Monocrystal Silicon

    基于超声振动磨削能有效提高加工效率及加工表面质量的特性,通过设计具有伸缩和弯曲两种模态的压电陶瓷椭圆振子,实现了单晶硅二维椭圆振动磨削技术。对超声振子的振动特性进行检测,证实改变压电陶瓷两电极之间的交流信号相位差和电压幅值,可得到不同形状和振幅的椭圆振动。对单晶硅进行超声磨削与普通磨削的对比试验,结果表明二维振动磨削的磨削力大幅降低,表面粗糙度显著减小,表面质量明显提高,加工表面延性域去除比例增加。从而证实二维超声振动磨削方法能够实现高效率高质量单晶硅加工。Based on the characteristics of higher machining efficiency and higher surface quality of ultrasonic vibration grinding,a two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration grinding of monocrystal silicon technique is achieved by designing elliptical vibrator with longitudinal mode and bending mode.The measurement results on the vibration characteristics of vibrator show that shape and amplitude of elliptical vibration can be modulated by changing voltage amplitude and phase difference between the piezoelectric ceramics electrodes.The grinding experimental results show that under the elliptic ultrasonic vibration assistance,grinding forces are reduced largely,the surface roughness is decreased significantly,the surface quality is improved obviously,and moreover the percentage of ductile-mode removal material increases.These indicate that high efficiency and high surface quality machining of monocrystal silicon can be achieved with elliptic vibration assisted grinding.国防科研资助项目(62301090103

    表皮生长因子受体抑制剂对外源锌离子致大鼠急性呼吸道炎症的影响

    目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)抑制剂对外源锌离子致大鼠呼吸道急性炎症的影响。方法:将100μmol/L硫酸锌溶液经气管灌注大鼠肺部复制动物炎症模型,于灌注后4h、8h和24h处死大鼠,以PBS为对照,分别测定支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞计数、总蛋白、白细胞介素8(IL-8)以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的含量,以选择炎症最明显的时间点。进一步用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和EGFR抑制剂PD153035预灌注大鼠,观察其对硫酸锌溶液所致呼吸道炎症的影响。结果:不同灌注液作用后大鼠白细胞计数(F=12.149,P=0.002)和IL-8(F=48.680,P<0.001)等炎症反应指标不同,不同时间点白细胞计数(F=29.569,P<0.001)和IL-8(F=59.778,P<0.001)等炎症反应指标也不同,硫酸锌灌注后8h为炎症反应最强的时间。不同预灌注液作用后大鼠白细胞计数(F=37.872,P<0.001)和IL-8(F=24.347,P<0.001)等炎症反应指标不同,PD153035能抑制炎症反应的强度。结论:EGFR抑制剂能有效抑制外源锌离子所致大鼠呼吸道急性炎症

    多重荧光PCR同时检测转基因成分35S和Nos方法的建立

    根据商品化转基因作物中常用的花椰菜花叶病毒启动子 (CaMV 35S)和根癌农杆菌终止子 (Nos)的序列特点 ,设计并合成了两对引物和相对应的荧光双链探针 ,建立一种应用荧光双链探针的多重荧光PCR同时检测转基因成分 35S启动子和Nos终止子的方法 .并利用该方法对马铃薯、大豆、玉米、甜椒、番茄等 11份实物样品进行了检测 ,其中有 5份样品结果阳性 .结果表明所建立的多重荧光PCR方法能同时检测出 35S和Nos双组分 ,较常规PCR技术更为简便、快速、准确 ,有很好的应用前景

    Evaluation on difference of therapeutic efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and Pills in treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause based on Greene Climacteric Scale

    目的:在前期加味逍遥丸治疗围绝经期情绪障碍具有比较优势的基础上,基于grEEnE量表探讨其颗粒剂和丸剂不同剂型间疗效差异。方法:经筛选后患有情绪障碍的围绝经期女性75例随机等分为A、b、C3组,分别对应采用帕罗西汀、加味逍遥丸和加味逍遥颗粒剂治疗8周。所有患者在治疗前后各进行1次grEEnE及其子因子评定,并在观察期结束时进行TESS评定。结果:grEEnE总分差及其焦虑、抑郁因子分差:3种治疗方法均能改善,且相互间无显著差异;grEEnE性因子和血管因子分差:后二组均优于A组(P<0.01);TESS评分:与A组比较,b、C组均有统计学意义(P<0.01),评分均小于A组,且后二组间无显著差异。结论:加味逍遥的2种剂型间疗效无显著差异,考虑到帕罗西汀的不良反应,治疗该病加味逍遥的2种剂型都值得推荐。Objective: To investigate the difference in therapeutic efficacy between Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and pills based on the preliminary research of treating emotional disorder during perimenopause with Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Greene Climacteric Scale.Methods: 75 female patients with emotional disorder during perimenopause were slected and randomly divided into 3 groups as group A, B and C.Patients in the 3 groups were treated with paroxetine, Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules respectively for 8 weeks.Greene and Greene factors assessment were carried out in all the patients before and after treatment, and the TESS assessment was carried out at the end of the observation period.Results: The three therapies all could improve the gap in total score of Greene and its factors as anxiety and depressed, and the difference among these three groups was no significant.The factors of Greene and gap in score of vascular factors of group B and C was better than that of group A(P<0.01).The difference in TESS score between group A and group B and C was significant(P<0.01), while the difference between group B and group C was not significant.Conclusion: The difference in curative effect between the two formulations was not significant.Because of the adverse reactions of paroxetine, in the treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause, the two formulations of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder were worth to be recommended.国家自然科学青年基金项目(No.81302960)~
