Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybavením dvoulůžkového pokoje v hotelu Bed&Books bytovými textiliemi. V práci jsou popsané textilní kategorie ložní prádlo, dekorace oken, koberce, tapety a čalouněný nábytek. Každá kapitola obsahuje popis daného produktu, jeho podoby, typy využívaných textilií, jejich vlastnosti, a popis bezpečnostních požadavků pro daný produkt. V závěru každé kapitoly je produktová tabulka obsahující produkty A, B, C, řazených dle ceny, s informacemi o jednotlivých produktech. V závěru je součet cen kategorii A, B, C, srovnání jejich rozdílů, rozhodnutí, kterou variantu využijí majitelé pro rekonstrukci hotelu.The bachelor's thesis deals with the furnishing of a double bed room with home textilies at Bed & Books hotel. In the work are described textile category bed linen, window decoration, carpets, wallpaper and upholstered furniture. Each chapter contains a description of the product, form, types of fabrics used, their properties, and a description of the safety requirements for the product. At the end of each chapter is a product table containing products A, B, C, sorted by price, with product information. At the end, the sum of the prices is in category A, B, C, a comparison of their differences, the decision which the owners will use for the reconstruction of the hotel

Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu na prodej fotografií a ilustrací přes fotobanky. Teoretická část vymezuje základní záležitosti týkající se podnikání, podnikatelského plánu a fotobank. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu prostředí a vypracování podnikatelského plánu na základě výsledků analýz. Podnikatelský plán se skládá z marketingového, operačního a finančního plánu, součástí je také posouzení rizikovosti a reálnosti návrhů.The master’s thesis deals with a business plan for selling photos and illustrations on microstock agencies. The theoretical part describes the basic concept related to business, business plan and microstocks. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the environment and development of the business plan based on the analysis results. The business plan consists of marketing, operational and financial plan, including also risk and feasibility evaluation.

Financial Subsidies Anylysis in the Cross-border Cooperation

První část je zaměřena na popis přeshraniční spolupráce, její vývoj a současný stav. Druhá část je zaměřena na jednotlivé fondy přispívající k přeshraniční spolupráci a jejich dotace. V poslední části je provedena celková analýza programového období 2007 – 2013 a analýza jednotlivých partnerství v rámci Fondu mikroprojektů.The aim of this work is to evaluate funding and use of resources in cross-border cooperation. The first part focuses on the description of cross-border cooperation, its development and current status. The second part focuses on the individual funds contributing to cross-border cooperation and their subsidies. Thematic Unit "Development of Nature" in the Context of Biology Curriculum and Requierements of the Framework Education Programme for Grammar Schools

Předložená práce představuje zpracování tematického celku "Vývoj přírody" pro gymnázia po odborné i metodické stránce. Výstupy jsou webová prezentace, dva krátké výukové filmy a dva zpracované výukové programy založené na modelu učení E - U - R, který vychází z pedagogického konstruktivismu. K lepšímu pochopení a orientaci v učivu je pohled do minulosti rozdělen do čtyř zoomů (přiblížení): 1) v měřítku miliard zahrnuje období od vzniku Země do současnosti; 2) v měřítku miliónů let přibližuje Fanerozoikum; 3) v měřítku statisíců let pokrývá éru Čtvrtohor a 4) v měřítku tisíců let odpovídá Holocénu. Zpracování tohoto tematického celku navazuje na probíhající školní reformu. Zohledňuje zařazení vzdělávacího oboru Geologie do Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro gymnázia a pracuje s klíčovými kompetencemi.The submitted work constitutes an elaboration of a thematic unit "Development of nature" designed for grammar schools in both expert and methodical aspect. Resulting outputs are a web presentation, two short educational films and two elaborated tutorial programmes based on E - U - R model of teaching in the theoretical framework of constructivism. For better understanding and orientation in the curriculum, the look into the past is divided into four zooms: 1) in the scale of milliards, it includes the period from the origin of the Earth until the present; 2) in the scale of millions, it brings closer the Fanerozoicum; 3) in the scale of hundreds of thousands years, it covers the Qarternary era; 4) in the scale of thousands, it corresponds to the Holocene. Elaboration of this thematic unit is tied together with the ongoing school reform. The influence of school immaturity on children in 4. and 5. class at elementary school

It is aimed at pupils in the 4th and 5th class at elementarz school. Introduction consists of child´s characterization at the beginning of the school attendance describing school immaturity and school maturity features. As stated hereinafter the work defines particular school immaturity reasons. The goal of this work is to prove immature childens´ atudy problems at the end of the 5th class. The work ends with concrete and practical recommendations.Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou školní nezralosti a jejího vlivu na úspěšnost dětí ve 4. a 5. ročníku ZŠ. V úvodu se věnuje charakteristice dítěte při vstupu do školy, popisuje znaky školní zralosti, školní nezralosti. Dále vymezuje charakteristiku jednotlivých příčin školního neprospěchu. Cílem této diplomové práce je ověření studijních problémů prospěchu žáků se školní nezralostí na konci 1. stupně ZŠ. V závěru práce je pak obsaženo obecné i konkrétní doporučení pro praxi

Relationship between social value orientation and the tendency to trust others

The current production in all sectors, especially those with the highest value-added, is complicated and requires the intensive cooperation of all participants. Trust is vital for a good-working team of employees; on the other hand, a low level of trust decreases the firm's performance, causes misunderstanding, mistakes, and results in low-end products, which is costly for the firm. We employ the experimental approach to investigate the relationship between trust in others and social attitude. Trust can be measured in many economic laboratory experiments. We conducted a series of experiments with the master's degree students of the business administration program. The first experiment was the sender-receiver game. The participants in the role of receiver revealed their willingness to trust or not the message delivered by the sender while taking action in their interest. The second experiment was the simple social value orientation test with six questions that measure social attitude on a continuous scale from altruism, over prosocial behavior, and individualism to competitive behavior. We performed the logistic regression between the dichotomous variable trust or non- trust and social attitude. Statistically significant result claims that altruistic people tend to trust more, while competitive people tend to trust less
