Import 01/09/2009Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na měnovou politiku České republiky. Tato práce je rozdělena na tři základní části. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a definice z oblasti měnové politiky a nabídky peněz. Druhá část je věnována České národní bance – jako nositeli měnové politiky České republiky. Součástí této části je vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, zaměřené na transparentnost České národní banky. Ve třetí, stěžejní části práce je provedena analýza nabídky peněz a uplatňovaných nástrojů ČNB v období 1993–2008 a analýza úspěšnosti české ekonomiky a to v souvislosti s politickým vedením státu. V bakalářské práci je dále zpracována problematika současné světové ekonomické krize a její dopad na českou ekonomiku. Závěr práce obsahuje odpověď plynoucí z dotazníkového šetření, včetně návrhu na zlepšení a závěry z provedené analýzy, včetně posouzení jejich úspěšnosti.The main subject of this thesis is Czech Republic Monetary Policy. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The part one contains definitions of the basic terms relating to monetary policy and supply of money. The part two, which is mainly focused on the role of The Czech State Bank, also includes analysis of the transparency of The Czech State Bank research. The third and main part includes analysis of the supply of money, monetary policy tools used in the period from 1993 to 2008 and Czech economy progress in this period. The thesis will also elaborate on the current world financial crisis and its impact on Czech economy. Issue of taking leave for teaching and non-teaching staff

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plánování a čerpání dovolené u pedagogických a nepedagogických pracovníků v jednotlivých typech škol a školských zařízení v okrese Havlíčkův Brod zřizovaných obcemi, v návaznosti na platné právní předpisy. Vychází z předpokladu, že čerpání dovolené je plánováno za účelem vyčerpání veškeré dovolené všech pracovníků v daném roce, ve kterém mají na její čerpání nárok. Práce shrnuje důvody, pro které dochází k nevyčerpání dovolené, přináší pohled na soulad s právními předpisy a vyhodnocení, ve kterých součástech škol, a u které kategorie pracovníků jsou největší problémy s čerpáním dovolené a jak to ovlivňuje rozpočet škol. Výsledky výzkumného šetření by se mohly aplikovat při funkčním studiu ředitelů.This bachelor degree thesis deals with the planning of annual leave for teaching and non-teaching staff and with their taking leave in different types of schools and educational establishments in the district of Havlíčkův Brod run by municipalities, in relation to valid legal regulations. It is based on the assumption that annual leave is planned for the purpose of using up all leave of all employees in the year when they are entitled to take it. The thesis summarizes the reasons for which not all annual leave is taken, looks at the compliance with legal regulations and tries to find out in which parts of schools and in which categories of staff the biggest problems with taking annual leave arise and how this affects the school budget. Study of statistical behaviour of Gumbel model of plain C30/37 and C45/55 class concrete fatigue response

Cílem příspěvku je představit a porovnat hodnoty základních únavových parametrů betonů pevnostních tříd C30/37 a C45/55 získané z cyklických testů těles. Pro popis únavové S−N křivky je v příspěvku použit nelineární regresní model vyvinutý Castillem a kol., založený na Gumbelovu rozdělení pravděpodobnosti. Autoři se v tomto článku zaměřují na analýzu proměnlivosti naměřených hodnot základních únavových parametrů betonů těles z výše uvedených tříd s využitím pravděpodobnostního softwaru FReET.The aim of this paper is to present and compare values of basic fatigue parameters obtained for plain C30/37 and C45/55 class concrete specimens during dynamic tests with consideration of their variability. The Gumbel distribution utilized by Castillo et al. in a nonlinear regression model is applied for standard description of the S−N curve. The authors focus on the analysis of the variability of the values measured for the basic fatigue parameters of the above mentioned classes of concrete specimens using the FReET probabilistic software

Fracture parameters assessment of lightweight concrete with polypropylene fibres via effective crack and work of fracture methods

V příspěvku je ukázán postup určení lomových parametrů kompozitů s rozptýlenou výztuží pomocí aplikace metod efektivní délky trhliny a lomové práce. Postup byl ilustrován vyhodnocením lomových experimentů na tělesech z lehkého betonu s polypropylénovými vlákny.The paper shows the procedure for determining the fracture properties of advanced building composites via application of effective crack and work of fracture methods. The procedure was illustrated by evaluating fracture experiments on specimens of lightweight concrete with polypropylene fibres

EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS FOCUSED ON THE MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CEMENT-BASED POLYMER-MODIFIED MORTARS

The article deals with the experimental analysis focused on the development of the physical and mechanical characteristics of the cement-based polymer-modified mortars (PCM) during ageing. Two different commercial products commonly used for similar in-situ applications were used for the experiment. The results of the shrinkage, elastic, fracture and strength parameters determined within the time interval from 3 days to 2 years of ageing are summarized and discussed in the article. The performed experimental analysis showed different behaviour of tested PCMs. The most significant differences were observed at the age of 90 days when one of the tested PCM showed a substantial decrease in most of investigated characteristics

Effect of curing environment on length changes of alkali-activated slag/cement kiln by-pass dust mixtures

This paper investigates the combination of commonly used blast furnace slag (BFS) and quite non-traditional cement kiln by-pass dust (BD) for the preparation of alkali-activated binder. More specifically, the possibilities of alkali-activated slag (AAS) shrinkage compensation and cracking mitigation using BD were studied. For this purpose, mixtures with ratios of BFS/BD ranging from 100/0 to 60/40 were prepared and cured in different environment, namely autogenous conditions, water curing, air curing and their combinations. The results showed that curing regime is a determinative parameter for performance of the mixtures: BD containing specimens showed a certain expansion during the first days of water curing leading to AAS shrinkage compensation, while in absence of water curing increasing dose of BD increased drying shrinkage significantly
