    Business Continuity Planning is a written plan that is important for the organization in the event of disaster or emergency to the organization. However, it is not been studied in details because most of organizations do not aware on the existence of Business Continuity Planning. This research is a study on “The Key Factors That Influence The Potential Client’s of AAO Global Insurance Brokers in Implementing Business Continuity Planning”. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence the organizations in implementing Business Continuity Planning. The related factors would be Exposure, Experience, Capability, and Collaboration. The questionnaires for this research were distributed among the 30 organizations within Selangor, Penang, and Malacca. A number of 30 sample sizes were chosen in random and 30 questionnaires distributed were successfully collected and returned by the respondents. There are two methods used in obtaining the data for this research which is the primary data and secondary data. The result of the findings shows the factors that contribute towards Business Continuity Planning which is Exposure, Experience, Capability, and Collaboration has a positive and negative relationship towards Business Continuity Planning. The important of implementing Business Continuity Planning affected by these related factors

Companies need to have business continuity planning (BCP), so that the company's business processes can be sustain in normal or critical situations. BCP is a methodology used to create and validate plan to sustain business operations continuously before, during, and after disasters or disturbing events. BCP is an important part of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and is a step that can be taken to reduce the negative impact of business interruptions caused by internal and external. The current condition of the Business Continuity Plan is the lack of understanding of the key elements of the business continuity plan design that leads companies to realize what business continuity plan are or do not know what is needed to make BCP and BCP owned by the company still lack in completeness of the business continuity strategy.     While emergency planning and disaster recovery are generally well established within institutions of higher education, there is an increasing focus on business and academic continuity. How will we continue or quickly resume the institution\u27s mission of teaching and research following a disruptive event? The presentation will first introduce continuity planning and outline how it complements the institution\u27s existing emergency and disaster recovery plans. Why implement continuity planning? What are the benefits and advantages of such an undertaking? The value and tangible benefits of effective continuity planning will be emphasized. Some participants will likely have already recognized the need for continuity planning, but are struggling to gain the traction necessary to initiate a continuity planning effort at their institution. The presentation will provide guidance on selling continuity planning to not only senior executives, but also to operational managers. While every institution of higher education is unique, there are common challenges that many institutions are likely to face as they address continuity planning.
