    Kerang dan koral merupakan benda dari masa lalu, bahkan mungkin sudah ada sejak saya belum ada, sesuatu yang jauh dan tak tersentuh. Penulis memiliki ketertarikan personal terhadap bentuknya. Penulis juga tertarik dengan lukisan realis, di mana dalam prakteknya lukisan realis memiliki kesadaran meniru objek semirip mungkin dengan realitas yang hadir saat ini di masa penulis hidup.Selama ini, penulis secara sadar menggunakan metode yang sama dengan fotorealis ketika melukis untuk menyampaikan suatu realitas baru, yakni dengan menggunakan bantuan foto sebagai sketsa, menggunakan metode tertentu dalam memindahkan gambar foto, yakni menggunakan metode grid untuk memindahkan image foto ke dalam lukisan.Berdasarkan paparan diatas, penulis akan menghadirkan ketertarikan penulis terhadap bentuk kerang dan koral pada lukisan realis dengan menggunakan metode fotorealis. Penulis membutuhkan gaya lukisan realisme, yakni merepresentasikan sesuatu, dalam konteks karya penulis, untuk merepresentasikan realitas dalam lukisan fotorealis dan mencari nilai estetiknya.// /

    The Use of Digital Media as a Strategy for Lowering Anxiety in Learning English as a Foreign Language

    In the modern era, the use of English now being spreading and penetrated to many fields, including educational field. Thus, learning a foreign language, particularly English is needed by students or learners. However, there are personality factors such as anxiety, that may give either good or bad influences. Therefore, strategy in learning is needed to help the learners encountering their learning process. Various strategies can be used in learning a foreign language. This study discusses about the role of digital media in helping lowering learners’ anxiety in learning foreign language especially English. Several studies are found and have conducted their analysis concerning the use of digital media such as social media, video games, video and audio, in foreign language learning. The results of the review show that digital media which offers low pressure to its users is advantageous and can be effectively used to help the learners in comprehending English so that they feel less anxiety and be more confident in learning and using English as a foreign language

One media that give more attention to the case is Tribunnews.com, which is have a lot of online media network; compared with the other online media. In connection with this research, through Robert M Etman Framing methods, the research will see the image of the selection process by this case, and highlighting certain aspects of reality. The research results show that this case constructed a consumer fraud issues. This means, that Tribune saw this problem as categorized in the realm of law.     Principle of functioning of smart solution to clean high power lines in cold climate.

    Dependency of human activities on electricity supply goes from emergency services to comfort aspects. Reliability of electricity distribution systems is a complex problem to tackle, especially when the systems are located at cold climate regions, dealing with ice accretion on the elements of the electrical systems and its consequences become a priority to be included in maintenance maneuvers in order to guaranty the energy distribution. De-icing methods must demonstrate their effectiveness in removing ice accreted on ground wires and conductors under severe environment conditions. Therefore, these methods are restricted by specific mechanical, electrical and thermal constrains related with the power line operation. Mechanical stresses imposed on the lines by stretching and torsion caused by the ice accreted on the system elements, the weight and action of the de-icing mechanism or wind effects on the structure determine the dynamics restrictions must be considered during installation as well as operation of new deicing mechanisms. Measures to insulate the de-icing mechanisms from electrical and electromagnetic perturbations are needed in order to overcome the electrical restrictions. Risk of damage or affected performance of de-icing mechanisms due to thermal shock during releasing of the high current pulse of lightning through the surface of the conductors, towers or other elements also imposes new set of constrains on the de-icing mechanism. Expansion of electrical system on remote location, with severe winter conditions along with the changes introduced by the climate changes, put extra interests on the technology development of mechanisms to prevent or remove ice from long lines with single or bundled conductors. Research has been carried out including large-scale technologies testing to address this problem. Mechanisms based on thermal effects, shock waves, cutting, or others have been already proposed. In this paper a comprehensive discussion of the existing methods and the comparison with a new proposed mechanism is presented. So, a new functioning principle of percussion will be presented, analyzed and discussed leading to new scenarios of technology development. This method represents a valid alternative that require less energy than the energy is used to melt the ice on the power lines. The implementation of this mechanism is also possible actually a design of the principle of functioning produced with support of external sources

Design.Este Projeto de Conclusão de Curso propõe apoiar inexperientes em corte e costura engajados na prática do “DIY” (do it yourself), por meio de um manual digital no formato ePub. Portanto, esse manual buscou desenvolver um conteúdo com “passo a passos” simples da modelagem e da costura de uma saia reta. Na primeira parte do projeto, que foi desenvolvido a partir da abordagem das orientações para o design de publicações digitais sistemáticas de Dick (2015), foram realizadas etapas como a definição dos objetivos e da metodologia, e o diagnóstico, além da caracterização do projeto e dos princípios para a organização do conteúdo do manual digital. Na segunda e última parte do projeto, foram produzidos os conteúdos textuais e imagéticos sobre corte e costura, definidos requisitos para a etapa de desenvolvimento, envolvendo a escolha de elementos gráficos e estilos, assim como a programação do ePub, seguidos de inúmeros testes até a implementação do manual digital. Feito especialmente para a leitura em smartphones, “autonomia, interatividade e simplicidade” são os conceitos dele. Com um layout fluido e minimalista, o usuário pode aprender facilmente com a ajuda de imagens atraentes e vídeos que explicam cada etapa da confecção de uma saia reta.This Design Course Final Project proposes to support inexperienced sewers engaged in the practice of “DIY” (Do It Yourself) by means of a digital manual in ePub format. Therefore, this manual sought to develop a simple "step by step" content about a straight skirt patternmaking and sewing. In the first part of the project, the initial stages, such as the definition of objectives and methodology, and the diagnosis, as well as the characterization of the project and the principles for the organization of the digital manual content, were carried out. In the second and last part of the project, the textual and imagery contents about sewing were produced, requirements were defined for the development stage, involving the choice of graphic elements and styles, as well as ePub programming, followed by numerous tests until the implementation of the digital manual. Made especially for smartphones, "autonomy, interactivity and simplicity" are its concepts. With a fluid and minimalist layout, the user can easily learn with the help of attractive images and videos that explain each step of making a straight skirt
