Meist ohne "festen Wohnsitz" : zur wechselvollen Geschichte der konfessionellen Lehre – am Beispiel der jüdischen Religionswissenschaft

Die Frage nach dem Stellenwert der »jüdischen Religionswissenschaft « an der Universität Frankfurt lässt sich nur beantworten, wenn man deutlich macht, welche Haltung die Frankfurter Hochschule im Laufe ihrer Geschichte generell gegenüber der Errichtung Theologischer Fakultäten beziehungsweise der Einführung einer konfessionellen Lehre einnahm. Um es gleich vorweg zu sagen: Frankfurt war in den 1920er Jahren die einzige deutsche Universität, an der ein konfessionell gebundener Lehrauftrag für »Jüdische Religionswissenschaft und Ethik« existierte – ausgeführt wurde er von Martin Buber. Dem Kulturhistoriker Wolfgang Schivelbusch zufolge war die Frankfurter Universität in der Weimarer Republik die »bürgerlichste Hochschule in Deutschland«. Wie die Spitzenuniversitäten in Amerika verstand sie sich als eine moderne säkulare Bildungseinrichtung. Als einzige deutsche Hochschule besaß sie keine Theologische, dafür aber die landesweit erste Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät. Gegenüber dem Staat hatte sie sich dank des privaten Stiftergeistes eine große Unabhängigkeit bewahrt. Dagegen befürchteten die Mitglieder der deutschen Rektorenkonferenz geschichtslose amerikanische Verhältnisse, als sie im Vorfeld der Universitätsgründung erfuhren, dass die Frankfurter entschlossen waren, gegebenenfalls auf eine Theologische Fakultät zu verzichten. Sie mahnten den Bestand der »Kulturnation« an und verwiesen darauf, dass in Deutschland Theologische Fakultäten aufgrund staatsrechtlicher und kulturhistorischer Traditionen integraler Bestandteil der Universitätsverfassung seien. ..

On the Way to Community. The Social Philosophy of Martin Buber.

This article presents the social ideas of Martin Buber (1878-1965). His social thought has its sources in mysticism, the philosophy of dialogue and utopian socialism (Saint-Simon, Landauer). The groundwork of the community is one type of human experience (the foundation of being, "interhuman", logos). The essential feature of the community is its connection with religion. The collective is opposed to the community. It is a bundle of individuals. In societal life we have two principles: social (community) and political (collective). The contemporary state, according to Buber, experiences crisis - it dissolves natural forms of community (family, village, cities) and produces artificial forms (parties, societies). The task of the individual is the transition from the collective to the community, from the political principle to the social one. Religious socialism is the only one program to make this possible. Considering the entire philosophy of Martin Buber it would be better to treat him not as a representative of socialism, but communitarianism.This article presents the social ideas of Martin Buber (1878-1965). Bubers pädagogisches Denken im Kontext pädagogischer und didaktischer Rezeption

Bei einer Betrachtung der pädagogischen Schriften Martin Bubers fällt auf, dass man nicht von einer Pädagogik Bubers im eigentlichen Sinne sprechen kann. Es gibt kein geschlossenes System einer buberschen Pädagogik, er hat keine erziehungswissenschaftliche bzw. systematische Theorie hinterlassen, jedoch viele kleine und einige größere Schriften, die sein Denken über Pädagogik, Erziehung und Bildung sowie auch über praktisch-pädagogisches Handeln verdeutlichen. Bei der Rezeption Bubers in der Pädagogik lassen sich vor allem zwei Bereiche erkennen: Zum einen vergleichende Darstellungen mit anderen Pädagogen, was darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass Buber selbst mit einer Vielzahl von Pädagogen Kontakt hatte und somit auch Einfluss auf deren Ansätze. Ein weiteres großes Feld im Rahmen der Rezeption Bubers stellt das Dialogische Prinzip bzw. das erzieherische Verhältnis und davon abgeleitet die personale Pädagogik dar. Es lassen sich somit direkte Spuren Bubers in verschiedene pädagogische Einzelbereiche hinein verfolgen. Dieses Wirken innerhalb pädagogischer Bereichsdisziplinen bzw. didaktischer Konzepte wird im vorliegenden Beitrag anhand von fünf Bereichen dargestellt: Erwachsenenbildung, Heilpädagogik, Religionspädagogik, Erlebnispädagogik und das Konzept der lernenden Organisation. Es wird abschließend auf einige Forschungslücken und Probleme hingewiesen, die für eine zukünftige Beschäftigung mit Bubers pädagogischen Gedanken und seinem Wirken von Bedeutung sein könnten. (ICI2

MONOLOGIC AND DIALOGIC METHOD IN THE PROCESS OF SOCIAL SCIENCE STUDIES

Higher education, faced with many of today\u27s global challenges, focuses on innovative approaches to the organization of the study process, which will be able to professionally prepare and develop students\u27 thinking. It is important for social science students, especially future social science professionals, to develop a holistic experience. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to analyze monological and dialogic methods in the study process. Studies based on verbal text knowledge transfer develop the working memory of a social science professional, but the ability to navigate and work in real professional situations remains very weak. It is hoped that students will acquire the necessary skills in practice, although in reality the acquired theoretical knowledge exists separately from the specific case and the ability to work with this case. The conclusions show, that it is necessary not only to teach students to work with a large amount of information, but also to highlight the importance of how to apply it in practice and whether it is possible at all. The most important conclusions show, that by using the dialogic method, students delve into various events, they develop an "image" of the topic, a context is formed for knowledge, an understanding of the studied phenomena is gained, and experience is formed. In order to implement the dialogic method, the teacher places significant emphasis on group relations and processes. Ideally, all group processes become study processes.
