    AN ANALYSIS ON THE FACTORS INFLUENCING THE SECOND LANGUANGE ACQUISITION (STUDENTS’ ENGLISH LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT) OF THE USHULUDDIN, ADAB AND DA’WAH STUDENTS

    This research was conducted for factors (internal and external) which influences students’ second language acquisition (students’ learning achievement). This research has investigated the effect relation of the factors on students’ learning achievement and the factors which influence the students’ learning achievement and the factors that comes from the students that influencing the students’ second language acquisition (learning achievement).This research use quantitative research. This research conducted in Ushuludddin, Adab and Da’wah Faculty, especially for 5 majors. The sample of this research about 100 students. The data in this research were collected by documentation technique and questionnaire technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher using Multiple Regression Analysis (SPSS 17), T test, F test, and Coefficient Determination (R2). Motivation, personal practice, study habits, and input has significant effect to the students’ learning achievement. Attitude, social factors and interaction has no significant effect to the students’ learning achievement. (Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor (internal dan eksternal) yang mempengaruhi akuisisi bahasa kedua mahasiswa (prestasi belajar mahasiswa). Penelitian ini telah meneliti hubungan pengaruh antara faktor-faktor prestasi belajar mahasiswa dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar mahasiswa, serta faktor-faktor yang berasal dari mahasiswa yang mempengaruhi akuisisi bahasa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ushuludddin, Adab dan Fakultas Dakwah, khususnya pada 5 jurusan. Sampel penelitian ini sekitar 100 mahasiswa. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik kuesioner. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda (SPSS 17), uji T, uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Motivasi, praktik pribadi, kebiasaan belajar, dan masukan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pencapaian belajar mahasiswa.     Strategi metakognitif peserta didik dapat mengatur, merencanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran mereka sendiri. Strategi metakognitif yang digunakan untuk mengkoordinasikan proses pembelajaran. Strategi juga melibatkan berpikir tentang belajar, memantau pemikiran, dan mengevaluasi pemahaman dalam membaca. Dalam jurnal ini membahas tentang prosedur Strategi Metakognitif dalam Membaca untuk memahami bacaan. Strategi metakognitif meningkatkan konstruksi makna bacaan pembaca, memantau teks dan pemahaman bacaan, dan kemampuan mereka untuk mengevaluasi teks yang mereka baca. Kerangka membaca metakognitif ini harus akrab bagi pengajar yang mengintegrasikan proses sebelum membaca, pada saat membaca, dan setelah membaca pada proses ketika mengajar peserta didik strategi pemahaman yang efektif. Strategi Metakognitif dalam membaca membantu peserta didik untuk memantau pemikiran mereka saat membaca. Strategi Metakognitif membantu peserta didik untuk menjadi pembelajar mandiri. Pengajar secara teratur menggunakan strategi membaca metakognitif dengan peserta didik mereka, dan berharap mereka untuk juga menggunakannya secara independen. Pengajar didorong untuk menggunakan model strategi metakognitif, mendukung siswa karena mereka belajar bagaimana menggunakannya, dan kemudian mendukung peserta didik belajar bagaimana menggunakannya secara mandiri. Dalam makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi metakognitif membantu peserta didik untuk menggunakan strategi yang tepat dalam memecahkan masalah dalam membaca. Strategi metakognitif membantu siswa untuk menghentikan ketergantungan mereka menggunakan kamus.     Kendeng mountain, where "Baduy-Dalam" community lives is a native reserve area.Observation around "leuweung kolot","leuweung ngora", and "leuweung lembur" near the community area shows how the Baduy-Dalam community controls the sustainability of their forests.These forests are almost untouchable.Information on the biodiversity of plant species in the areas have not known yet.A study on the knowledge of Baduy-Dalam community and utilization of plant resources in Cikeusik,Cikertawana, and Cibeo villages was conducted.The results shows that the Baduy-Dalam tribe had a close relationship with their surroundings; it is seen from their knowledge in managing the environment in order to survive and continuing their living.Among 163 plant species recorded, 81 species are as potential food plants (the largest group), 38 species of medicinal plants, 17 species of building materials, 8 species for ritual, 17 species for fire wood, 4 species handycraf, 3 species economically potential, and 1 species for drinking. There are two species is considered as endangered species namely Arcangelisia Jlava and Alstonia scholaris

    Kasepuhan ethnic group surrounding Mt. Halimun National Park uses plants traditionally. Based on our research in May 2004 in Cisungsang, Lebak District, Banten province, there are 113 species of plants belongs to 41 families used in many ways. There are 20 local rice varieties, 30 species as vegetables, 30 species as medicinal properties, 28 species as food, 2 species as ornamental plants, 2 species as handycraff and 1 species as for dye.     Penelitian ini membahas tentang komunikasi antarpersonal orang tua dengan anak remaja perokok aktif di Desa Sanrego Kecamatan Kahu Kabupaten Bone. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi antarpersonal orang tua dengan anak remaja perokok aktif serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat komunikasi antarpersonal orang tua dengan anak remaja perokok aktif di Desa Sanrego. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Sanrego Kecamatan Kahu Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deksriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya a) Komunikasi antara orang tua dan anak yang cukup terbuka karena rasa empati, dukungan, rasa positif dan kesetaraan yang tercipta, serta adanya perhatian yang diberikan orang tua terhadap anaknya yang memiliki kecenderungan merokok pada usia dini; b) Faktor pendukung komunikasi anatarpersonal antara orang tua dengan anak remaja perokok aktif yaitu adanya keterbukaan dan faktor kedekatan yang dialami antara orang tua dengan anak remaja perokok aktif sehingga anak merasa nyaman. Sedangkan faktor penghambat komunikasi antarpersonal orang tua dan anak remaja perokok aktif adalah faktor kesibukan dan faktor kurang kepercayaan orang tua terhadap anak.This study discusses the interpersonal communication of parents with active smoking adolescent children in Sanrego Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the interpersonal communication between parents and their adolescent active smokers is as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of interpersonal communication between parents and their adolescent active smokers in Sanrego Village. The research location is in Sanrego Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. There were 12 informants in this study. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that a) Communication between parents and children was quite open because of the empathy, support, positive feeling and equality created, as well as the attention that parents gave to their children who had a tendency to smoke at an early age; b) Supporting factors for interpersonal communication between parents and active smokers are openness and the closeness factor experienced between parents and active smokers so that children feel comfortable. While the inhibiting factors for interpersonal communication between parents and active smokers are busyness factors and the lack of parental trust in their children

    Potential and Agricultural Development Strategies in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency

    Purpose: The purpose of the research is to find out and dig deeper into the potential of agriculture to design a development strategy for the potential of agriculture in Cupak village. Design/methodology/approach: The research method is descriptive analytic which is carried out randomly at the Cupak Village Farmers Group. Samples were taken as many as 150 farmers who own land and cultivators. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and SWOT. The results of the analysis show that: 1) Agricultural potential in Cupak Village includes: a) active human resources in farmer group activities, b) producers of food crops, secondary crops, horticulture and plantations with the main plantation food commodities being porang and gadung, c) agricultural land quite fertile, d) small risk of pest disorders. 2) Agricultural development strategies that can be applied include: a) Development of agricultural products to increase product selling value, b) Empowerment of institutions and farmer organizations, c) Revitalization of technological innovation, and d) Development of access to distribution networks and product marketing. Findings: Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it shows that the strength of Cupak Village in the development of agriculture is quite good, because the conditions in developing agriculture in Cupak Village are very supportive. The condition of the area is very potential for the development of tuber farming, especially Porang and Gadung. The number of farmers is quite large, both owner farmers and farm laborers, and the need for fertilizers and other inputs is also available. The majority of the people's livelihood in the village is as farmers and ranchers. Root crops also do not require intensive care so that they are suitable to be developed as a mainstay agriculture in Cupak Village. Livestock, especially ruminants such as cattle and goats/sheep, have a large population and are a slow source of income for the farmers of Cupak Village. Research limitations/implications: This study discusses how to increase the potential and development of agricultural strategies in Cupak Village, Jombang. Practical implications: The results of this study, the agricultural potential of Cupak Village, Jombang can develop and can improve the standard of living of farmers in Cupak Village, Jombang.     Puppet As Media In Improving Young Learners’ Participation In Conversation

    This action research aimed to improve students’ participation in English conversation. The participants were 38 of the fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. Observation and fieldnote were used to collect and analyze the data.  The research findings  showed that the use of puppet as media can improve students’ participation in English conversation. In the first cycle, the percentage of the students’ participation in English conversation was 53%: 11 students participated in asking question, 6 students participated in answering questions,  and 3 students participated in giving opinions. In the second cycle, the students’ participation improved to 61%: 14 students participated in asking question, 8 students participated in answering question,  and 4 students participated in giving opinions. Finally, in the third cycle, the percentage of students’ participation was 74%: 14 students participated in asking questions, 11 students participated in answering questions,  and 5 students participated in giving opinions. Cycle two and three  showed improvement on the students’ participation in asking questions, answering questions, and giving opinions when being taught by using puppet.     THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BLENDED LEARNING-BASED MODEL E-LEARNING MOODLE

    The objectives of this study are: 1) Implementing blended learning model based on e-learning Moodle into learning; 2) whether the blended learning model based on Moodle e-learning can improve learning achievement. The type of research in this research is descriptive-explorative qualitative, which explores all the things that are in the processing of questions and answers to students' steps and explores the results of the interview survey with students. The subjects in this study were 21 class B students. The research instruments were tests, surveys, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of research and discussion show the implementation of the lecture process, face to face with zoom metting, presence in applications, assignments, and testing. From the results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that: 1) the blended learning model based on e-learning Moodle has been successfully implemented into linear learning program courses, 2) From the results of tests, questionnaires, surveys and interviews with e-based blended learning model students -learning moodle has increased their achievement and enthusiasm for learning

    Alasan perceraian di luar pengadilan agama (studi kasus di desa lahei mangkutup, kecamatan Mantangai, kabupaten kapuas)

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pengadilan agama dan pengadilan negeri adalah otoritas lembaga peradilan yang diberikan wewenang oleh UU No. 1 Tahun 1974 dan PP No. 9 tahun 1975 untuk memeriksa,mengadili dan memutus perkara perceraian. Akan tetapi praktik perceraian yang dilakukan di luar pengadilan masih sangat banyak dijumpai di desa Lahei. Pada penelitian ini, berfokus pada masyarakat Desa Lahei Mangkutup yang melakukan perceraian di luar Pengadilan Agama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian sosiologi hukum Islam. Bertolak dari pandangan bahwa hukum adalah manifestasi makna-makna simbolik interaksi masyarakat, maka penelitian ini dianalisis secara kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan analisis: pengumpulan data, pengurangan data, penyajian data, kesimpulan data, serta analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan pengabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa alasan terjadinya perceraian di luar pengadilan oleh masyarakat Desa Lahei Mangkutup adalah disebabkan beberapa faktor. Faktor yang melatarbelakangi perceraian di luar pengadilan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat desa Lahei dapat dikelompokkan menjadi dua, yakni faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal adalah faktor yang bersumber dari masyarakat desa Lahei itu sendri, yaitu berupa faktor ekonomi, faktor kesibukan dan faktor dualisme pemahaman tentang perceraian. Adapun faktor eksternal yang merupakan faktor yang bersumber dari luar masyarakat desa Lahei sendiri adalah akses dan minimnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pengadilan agama. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the religious court and district court as the authority of the judiciary which is authorized by Law No. 1 of 1974 and PP No. 9 of 1975 to check, try to decide divorce cases. However, the practice of divorce carried out outside the court is still very common in the village of Lahei. In this research, it focuses on the people of the village of Lahei Mangkutup who divorce outside the Religious Courts. This type of research is the sociology of Islamic law research. Starting from the view that law is a manifestation of symbolic meanings of community interaction, this study was analyzed qualitatively. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to the stages of analysis: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data conclusions, and analysis. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, documentation and data validation. The results showed that the reason for the divorce out of court by the people of Lahei Mangkutup Village was due to several factors. The factors underlying the divorce outside of court conducted by the Lahei village community can be grouped into two, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are factors that originate from the people of the village of Lahei itself, namely in the form of economic factors, busyness factors and dualism factors understanding divorce. The external reason which is a reason sourced from outside the Lahei village community itself is the access and lack of socialization carried out by the religious court
