Effect Of Gross Profit Margin, Return On Assets And Current Ratio On Profit Growth In Property And Real Estate Subsector Companies Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange For The Period 2016-2020

The object used in this study is a property and real estate subsector company that has gone public in the period 2016-2020. The purpose of the study is to test, explain and empirically prove the influence of Gross Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Current Ratio on profit growth. The method used is a quantitative method  using secondary data. The population used is the entirety of the research object.  Sample selection using non-probability sampling  techniques with purposive sampling methods, so that six property and real estate subsector companies have gone public according to the predetermined time span to be used as samples. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) program version 24. The results of this study state that simultaneously there is an influence between Gross Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Current Ratio on profit growth with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05, while individually states that among the three independent variables there are two variables that have a significant positive influence on profit growth, namely ROA with a sig value. 0.002 < 0.05 and CR with a sig. 0.031 < 0.05. A variable of GPM produces a sig. 0.145 < 0.05, this showing that GPM has a negative effect on profit growth

Housekeeping Department In Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta

The Housekeeping Department as a part of room division, becomes one of the core subjects to help the students to develop as hotelier. The housekeeping subject plays a crucial role for the students because it is the foundation to start the industrial placement in the third semester. Having the basic skills and knowledge will aid students to carry out the industrial placement and adapt to real hotel industry. The industrial placement will start from July 2019 until January 2019. Industrial placement creates an opportunity to gain more knowledge and skills by learning under the guidance of the associates. The purpose of this report is to evaluate the progress and development of the writer from six months of industrial placement in Housekeeping Department. Through this report, the reader will be able to obtain information regarding industrial placement at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta as housekeeping personnel. There are some problems that occurred during industrial placement such as slow making bed and carelessness when using the tools. Nevertheless, these kinds of problem can be overcome by practicing continuously and always be attentive. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan mengenai dompet digital dalam peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia dan bagaimana perlindungan hukum pengguna dompet digital. Dengan menggunakan metode peneltian yuridis normatif, disimpulkan: 1. Dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini, metode pembayaran terjadi perubahan yaitu dengan menggunakan uang digital yang tersimpan di dalam dompet digital dengan metode yang dilakukan menggunakan smartphone. Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Conspicuos Online Consumption diantara Pengguna yang Berdomisili di Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap conspicuous online consumption melalui iri hati, narsisme, dan keinginan untuk mempromosikan diri diantara pengguna yang berdomisili di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media sosial, iri hati, narsisme, keinginan untuk mempromosikan diri, dan conspicuous online consumption. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 18 dan Amos versi 22. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap iri hati dan narsisme. Tetapi, keinginan untuk mempromosikan diri berpengaruh negatif terhadap conspicuous online consumption. Iri hati berpengaruh positif terhadap conspicuous online consumption dan keinginan untuk mempromosikan diri. Narsisme menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif terhadap keinginan untuk mempromosikan diri dan conspicuous online consumption diantara pengguna yang berdomisili di Surabaya

Character education in schools implementing national curriculum and international baccalaureate

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the implementation of the character education program of Junior and Senior High School Victory Plus School using the national curriculum and International Baccalaureate. The research method used is mix method. The result of data analysis showed that the average self-concept score was 2.65 (less good); selfmanagement is 2.73 (good); and social services is 2.73 (good) in the implementation of courageous, honest, active, mindful, innovative, open minded, and nobel (champion) value. The value of champion is relevant to the value of the national curriculum character but the value of hard work, religion, democracy, the spirit of nationality, and the love of the homeland have not yet appeared. The balanced and reflective values in the learner profile are not yet visible

PENGARUH GREEN MARKETING TERHADAP NILAI YANG DIPERSEPSIKANDALAM KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA ADES(Studi Pada Mahasiswa/i Fakultas Komunikasi dan Bisnis Telkom University)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green marketing terhadap nilai yang dipersepsikan dalam keputusan pembelian pada ADES (Studi pada Mahasiswa/i Fakultas Komunikasi dan Bisnis Telkom University). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan. Sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Green Marketing berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel Nilai yang Dipersepsikan, variabel Nilai yang Dipersepsikan berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian, variabel Green Marketing berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian, dan variabel Green Marketing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian melalui Nilai yang Dipersepsikan. MODEL PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VOKAL TRADISI ANDUNG DI PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN MUSIK UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN (STUDI PENGGUNAAN DBR)

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran vokal tradisi Batak Toba andung. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan Reeves (dalam Herrington, McKenney, et al, 2007), yang diadaptasi sesuai tujuan penelitian yang terdiri dari empat langkah utama. Penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga periode, yakni (1)pengumpulan data langsung dari narasumber untuk penyusunan konsep media pembelajaran, (2) pengembangan media pembelajaran, (3) implementasi media pembelajaran untuk menguji efektivitas media yang dikembangkan. Narasumber terdiri dari (1) tiga orang ahli pangandung yang ahli membawakan andung dan banyak tahu tentang andung, (2) dosen ahli di bidang vokal tradisi di Prodi Pendidikan Musik Universitas Negeri Medan (3) serta mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Musik Universitas Negeri Medan sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, implementasi dan tes. Penelitian ini dihasilkan melalui analisis masalah lalu konsep pengembangan sebagai solusi setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan implementasi media pada mahasiswa dan ahli tradisi, melalui refleksi dan penyempurnaan sehingga menghasilkan hasil efektivitas media pembelajaran; This research aims to develop vocal learning media of the Batak Toba tradition called andung. The development model used is the Reeves development model (in Herrington, McKenney, et al, 2007), which was adapted according to the research objectives which consisted of four main steps. This study was divided into three periods, namely (1) collecting data directly from sources for the preparation of the concept of learning media, (2) development of instructional media, (3) implementation of learning media to test the effectiveness of the developed media. The resource persons consisted of (1) three experts of andung called pangandung who were knew a lot about andung, (2) expert lecturers in the field of traditional vocals in the Music Education Study Program in Medan State University (3) and also students of Music Education Study Program in Medan State University as respondents. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, documentation, implementation and tests. This research was produced through problem analysis then the concept of development as a solution after that continued with the implementation of media on students and tradition experts, through reflection and refinement so as to produce the results of the effectiveness of instructional media

Transitioning Elementary-Aged Students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders Into an Inclusive Educational Setting

In an urban school district in the southwestern United States, students with emotional and behavioral disabilities (EBD) who were in third- through fifth-grade self-contained classes were not consistently transitioning successfully into inclusive classrooms; therefore, the students were remaining in a restrictive environment for an extended time. The purpose of this basic qualitative study was to explore the reasons for such inconsistencies. The concept of inclusion as outlined in the Salamanca Statement framed the study. Semi structured interviews were conducted with six special education teachers and six general education teachers, all of whom had experience educating students with EBD. Research questions asked why there has been inconsistent successful transitions for students with EBD, from the perspective of each group of teachers. Data were transcribed and coded through two cycles of coding to determine themes. The findings of this study were that teachers perceived that students with EBD were inconsistently successful when transitioning from a self-contained classroom to an inclusive classroom because communication, training, appropriate supports, and positive relationships were not consistently in place. Based upon these findings, a policy recommendation was written to be followed when students with EBD transition from a self-contained classroom to an inclusive. Successful transitions into inclusive classrooms could contribute to positive social change by equipping students with EBD with strategies to build relationships and self-regulate their behaviors, exposing them to age-appropriate curriculum, and college- and career-readiness standards

Pengaruh Pengungkapan Sukarela, Kepemilikan Keluarga dan Kualitas Audit Terhadap Biaya Modal Ekuitas

The capital is needed to accomplish the operational requirements within the company. The capital that is obtained by the company divided into two parts, own capital and foreign capital. Every foreign capital has its own capital cost of the company. It is called cost of equity capital which is profit rate that is expected by the owners of capital itself, occasionally they are willing to hand over the funds to the company. This research aims to examine the influence of voluntary disclosure, family ownership and audit quality towards cost of equity capital. The population in this research is LQ 45 companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling technique of this research using purposive sampling. From 80 LQ 45 companies, only 29 companies that fulfill the criteria of research sample. The technique of data analysis used the experiment of classic assumption and also hyphothesis testing that has multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21. The results of this research showed that the voluntary disclosure has no impact on the cost of equity capital, while the family ownership and audit quality has an impact towards the cost of equity capital.
