View of the Issue About Changes in the Age of Marries for Women in Law Number 16 of 2019
With regard to marriage problems in Indonesia, the age limit of marriage is regulated in positive law contained in Law Number 1 of 1974 and KHI, namely Marriage is only permitted if the male has reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years and the woman has reached the age 16 (sixteen) years, which was later revised in Law Number 16 of 2019 which states that marriage is only permitted if a man and woman have reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years, then if seen from the maslahah concept this determination is at the daruriyyah level, namely maintaining the safety of the soul (hifzu al-nafs), maintaining the safety of the mind (hifzu al-'aql), and maintaining the safety of the offspring (hifzu al-nasl). The change in the minimum age of marriage that occurs in the Marriage Law Article 7 paragraph (1) No. 1 of 1974 contains more maslahah and is more in accordance with maqasid sharia. Because at the age of 19, it is hoped that the ideal marriage can be accomplished and be able to realize the goals of marriage, such as maintaining offspring, creating a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family, maintaining lineages, creating patterns of family relationships, maintaining diversity in the family and preparing for economic aspects
PENGUJIAN REAKSI TERHADAP SINYAL KINERJA PERUSAHAAN PUBLIK INDONESIA MELALUI PEMECAHAN SAHAM
Most previous studies found that the market reacted positively to the announcement of firms stock split. Those positive investor perception is based on their expectation of a better future firm performance in the future that informed through stock splits. This study provide an empirical evidence on investor reactions on stoc split announcement and the current earnings quality and future profit as well of 20 stock split indonesian public listed during the period2000 to2008. This study found that investor of Indonesian stock exchange is not react to firm stock split announcement. This study also found that stock split firm report lower future performance and lower current earning quality. This findings imply that indonesian investor reaction to stock split announcemenet depend on their percived of current and future stock split firm performance
Performance of Mixed Matrix Membrane Adsorbers for Lysozyme Separation
An application of EVAL based mixed matrix membrane adsorbers containing a strongcation exchange resins (Lewatit SP 112 WS) for capturing of Lysozyme (LZ) has been investigated. The preparation and performance of the mixed matrix membrane adsorbers is studied with 1-octanol as additive. The membranes in this study are prepared by immersion precipitation out of a DMSO solution containing 14% EVAL and with or without 14% 1-octanol. All membranes contain 65% resin based on dry solids. The morphology of the membranes are characterized using scanning electron microscopy. The membrane structure demonstrated open and interconnected porous structure with large resin particles are distributed in membrane structure. The MMM adsorber proved high adsorption capacity for capturing and concentrating LZ in feed solution. The Mixed matrix membranes (MMM) concept was anticipated as a moderate process with an increasedcapacity and a maximum adsorption capacity of 166 mg LZ/g membrane. The MMM act in protein separations both as protein purifier and concentrator and is an attractive alternative for packed bed systems because of its high capacity, high throughput, robustness, and ease of scaling up.Keywords: Mixed Matrix Membrane (MMM), Lysozyme (LZ), Adsorption, Membrane adsorbe
Eksistensi Peraturan Desa Pasca Berlakunya Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011
This objective of the research is to know the different effects of plyometric training method with interval training method and active-passive recovery and the explosive power of leg muscles towards the speed running. The experiment was conducted on all male-student Physical Education Program of FKIP Haluoleo University, year of school 2011/2012, who has graduated from athletics subject. The sample was taken are 56 students by using purposive sampling technique, and with 2x2x2 factorial design. The main instrument on the veracity of speed running technique was designed by the researcher while the instrument on the explosive power of leg muscles was the power test taken from Margaria Kalamen Test. Based on the result of this research : The speed running is the better by using plyometric training method with active recovery on the explosive power of good leg muscles group, while explosive power poor leg muscles group is is better by using interval training method with active recovery
RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PENETAS TELUR OTOMATIS MENGGUNAKAN ARDUINO NANO
Chicken farming is one of the most important industries in our country. Meanwhile, in chicken farming, breeders usually do not keep up with technological developments, breeders sometimes still use improvised tools for the process of hatching chicken eggs.
Sometimes there are many obstacles experienced in hatching chicken eggs, namely incubators that only use incandescent lights without any tools to regulate the humidity in the egg area because basically chicken eggs also need stable humidity for maximum results, there is no tool that can tell the temperature at chicken eggs are enough or excessive, and there is a lack of attention in hatching the chicken eggs. So it is not controlled when the eggs have hatched and the incubator situation is not controlled during the chicken egg hatching process.
And in this research the author aims to regulate the temperature and stabilize the humidity of the eggs in the egg environment so that the eggs can hatch with good quality using the Arduino Nano microcontroller
Perceived Environmental Factors And The Intention To Adopt A Standard Business Reporting Facility: A Survey Of Australian Corporate Cfos
The Australian government's extensible business reporting language (XBRL)-derived
reporting facility, called Standard Business Reporting (SBR), went 'live' to companies in
2010. Its voluntary take-up by companies has been poor following a promotion that
emphasised its technological benefits. This study seeks to identify a set of perceived
environmental factors and examine how these factors influence managerial intention to
adopt SBR. A survey instrument is developed to measure the extent of the competitive
pressure, government pressure and external communication perceived by the Chief
Financial Officers (CFOs) of listed companies as influences on their firms' intention to
adopt SBR. Based on 54 usable responses by CFOs of relatively large listed companies,
the survey results reveal that, contrary to the expectation, no significant association
exists between perceived competitiveness in the industry and the intention to adopt SBR.
However, CFOs regard becoming a leader or an early follower as a significant
consideration influencing their firms' intentions to adopt SBR. As the paper reports,
CFOs believe that they do not have adequate information about SBR from external
sources. Communication about SBR is found to be significantly related to the intention to
adopt SBR. Interestingly, government pressure is not found to relate to the intention to
adopt SBR. Implications of these environmental influences for the successful voluntary
take-up of SBR in Australia are discussed
THE INFLUENCING OF RISK FACTORS, MANAGEMENT ENTRENCHMENT, AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE QUALITY ON EQUITY RISK PREMIUM
The purpose of this study is to examine the influencing of firm size, leverage, beta, management entrenchment, managerial ownership, and independent board on equity risk premium of indonesia public listed companies. The 70 companies were selected randomly as the samples of this study. This research found that beta, management entrenchment, managerial ownership, and independent board is
positively and significantly impact on equity risk premium, while the firm size and leverage are negatively and significantly affect equity risk premium. These results indicate that the higher the ability of management to maintain their position (management entrenchment), the higher investment risk, so investors will tend to expect a higher return as well. The result also indicates that small firm more risky than large firms so that investors expect the equity risk premium is greater for small firms.
Meanwhile an independent board to indicate that number of proportion of independent board at the company will lead to difficult decisions and unable to play the role to oversee the management, so the company’s risk will be increase
