El presente trabajo constituye un análisis a los efectos de elaborar el Plan de Capacitaciones 2013 de la Oficina de Empleo de Guaymallén, Mendoza. Se releva la matriz productiva del departamento y los intereses de capacitación a fin de dar sustento teórico para la elección de los cursos de capacitación que desde dicha oficina son solicitados al Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social de la Nación para integrar el mencionado plan. Un nuevo método para la medida de la energía lateral en recintos

En este trabajo se propone un nuevo método para la evaluación de la energía lateral en recintos, basado en la medición del Índice Presión-Intensidad. A fin de evaluar la validez del método, se han realizado mediciones de la energía lateral en varios recintos, comparando los resultados obtenidos para uno de los métodos tradicionales más usados, el ELEF, con los obtenidos mediante este nuevo método. On An Operational Matrix Method Based On Generalized Bernoulli Polynomials Of Level M

An operational matrix method based on generalized Bernoulli polynomials of level m is introduced and analyzed in order to obtain numerical solutions of initial value problems. The most innovative component of our method comes, essentially, from the introduction of the generalized Bernoulli polynomials of level m, which generalize the classical Bernoulli polynomials. Computational results demonstrate that such operational matrix method can lead to very ill-conditioned matrix equations

An extended generalized q -extensions for the apostol type polynomials

Through a modification on the parameters associated with generating function of the q-extensions for the Apostol type polynomials of order and level m, we obtain some new results related to a unified presentation of the q-analog of the generalized Apostol type polynomials of order and level m. In addition, we introduce some algebraic and differential properties for the q-analog of the generalized Apostol type polynomials of order and level m and the relation of these with the q-Stirling numbers of the second kind, the generalized q-Bernoulli polynomials of level m, the generalized q-Apostol type Bernoulli polynomials, the generalized q-Apostol type Euler polynomials, the generalized q-Apostol type Genocchi polynomials of order and level m, and the q-Bernstein polynomials. © 2018 Letelier Castilla et al

Sistema de energía solar fotovoltaica aislado para vivienda unifamiliar aislada

El objetivo del presente Trabajo Fin de Grado es diseñar un sistema de energía solar fotovoltaica para una vivienda unifamiliar aislada de modo que sea autosuficiente energéticamente mediante un sistema fotovoltaico. Un sistema fotovoltaico completo, con gran capacidad de acumulación, puede garantizar un suministro fiable hasta varios días con ausencia de sol, y con una inversión mucho inferior al coste de hacer llegar la red eléctrica al emplazamiento. Para conseguir un suministro de corriente absolutamente fiable, se incorporará al sistema un grupo electrógeno de apoyo. Así se garantiza que, en el caso extremo de que los acumuladores se queden sin energía, el sistema pueda seguir suministrando electricidad.Ingeniería Eléctric

Distribuciones tonales en la música del renacimiento, un análisis comparativo

In this study we use the technique of note counting, tonal hierarchies and the algorithm to find tones to quantitatively assess how much the Renaissance musical language and subsequent tonal language resemble. The results show that there is a great correspondence between the tonal distributions of both languages and between them and the tonal hierarchies found by Krumhansl and Kessler (1982). This suggests that the differences are smaller than what is usually considered and that, in the Renaissance, there is a hierarchy of tones similar to that of tonalism. On the other hand, some problematic cases show that modal language favors tonal ambiguity. Finally, empirical evidence is provided to the notion that, in the Renaissance, the system tends, progressively over time, to two poles: the major hue and the minor hue.En este estudio usamos la técnica de conteos de notas, las jerarquías tonales y el algoritmo para hallar tonalidades para evaluar de manera cuantitativa qué tanto se parecen el lenguaje musical del Renacimiento y el lenguaje tonal posterior. Los resultados muestran que hay una gran correspondencia entre las distribuciones tonales de ambos lenguajes y entre éstas y las jerarquías tonales halladas por Krumhansl y Kessler (1982). Esto sugiere que las diferencias son menores de lo que suele considerarse y que, en el Renacimiento, hay una jerarquía de tonos parecida a la del tonalismo. Por otra parte, algunos casos problemáticos muestran que el lenguaje modal favorece la ambigüedad tonal. Por último, se aporta evidencia empírica a la noción de que, en el Renacimiento, el sistema tiende, de manera progresiva en el tiempo, a dos polos: la tonalidad mayor y la tonalidad menor

A Highly Stable Biocatalyst Obtained from Covalent Immobilization of a Non-Commercial Cysteine Phytoprotease

In this work, araujiain (enzymatic preparation obtained from the latex of Araujia hortorum fruits) was successfully immobilized on glyoxyl-agarose via multipoint covalent attachment. Thus, good efficiency of immobilization and high operational stability of immobilized enzyme were obtained. The activity of araujiain at alkaline pH was significantly improved after immobilization. In addition, immobilized araujiain also showed high activity and good stability, without significant loss in its activity, at temperatures between 37 and 60°C and in the presence of immiscible organic solvents. Immobilized araujiain also showed good performance in a mixture of 50% ethyl acetate in buffer, used for peptide synthesis, with better results than when the free enzyme was used as catalyst. These results indicate that immobilized araujiain via multipoint covalent attachment can be highly stabilized and this method might be used for practical applications of araujiain in hydrolytic and synthetic processes.Centro de Investigación de Proteínas Vegetale

Propuesta de implementación del sistema integral de gestión para la estandarización, control y seguimiento en el proceso productivo de trituración de mineral de hierro en Paz del Rio – Votorantim Siderurgia

52 Páginas.El presente trabajo pretende mostrar los resultados de la implementación de un sistema de gestión de la rutina diaria enfocado a lograr el incremento en productividad, mejoras en calidad de producto y reducción de costos para la planta de Trituración de Mineral Ubalá en PDR. Los resultados obtenidos indican que con la estandarización, medición de indicadores y variables críticas, procesos de capacitación y de concientización en los trabajadores se mejora la calidad, la utilización y se llega a una estabilización y reducción de costo de trituración unitario. Como recomendaciones se propone un sistema de secado de mineral para incrementar la productividad y un plan de gestión de mantenimiento para asegurar la confiabilidad de la planta

El actuar por otro: fundamento dogmático y análisis comparado entre Colombia y España

The clause of acting for another is a form of attribution of criminal liability that has gained importance in modern societies. The reason for its rise is its ability to solve the punishability gaps that were present in special crimes, especially when the objective elements of the type were divided into two different persons. However, its legitimacy has been the subject of study by doctrine and jurisprudence, without this being a peaceful issue. Therefore, in this paper we will study the figure of acting for another in Spain and Colombia, we will analyze the different dogmatic theses that legitimize it and we will make a proposal from a normative point of view.La cláusula del actuar por otro es una forma de atribución de responsabilidad penal que ha cobrado importancia en las sociedades modernas. La razón de su auge es su capacidad de solucionar las lagunas de punibilidad que se presentaban en los delitos especiales, máxime cuando se fraccionaban los elementos objetivos del tipo en dos personas diferentes. Sin embargo, su legitimidad ha sido objeto de estudio por la doctrina y la jurisprudencia, sin ser este un tema pacífico.
