ANALISA PERMINTAAN TENAGA KERJA INDUSTRI MAKANAN, MINUMAN DAN TEMBAKAU DI INDONESIA

This research studied industrial labor demand for food, beverages and tobacco in Indonesia.This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods, using the tools of regression estimates.The observed variables are variables that proxy for wage labor expenditure, GDP as a proxyfor real output and employment food industry, beverages and tobacco in Indonesia. Results ofregression estimates indicate that GDP significantly compared to the wages of industrial labordemand of food, beverages and tobacco in Indonesia. Signifikanan instability variables ondemand for labor wages together with the results of research ever undertaken in Australia, theresults of these estimates indicate that the food industry, beverages and tobacco are capitalintensive

ANALISA (MIS) MATCH TENAGA KERJA DI ASIA TENGGARA

The mismatch between jobs and skills indicates the match model in the job market is not going well, which is referred to as (e.g.) labor match, which leads to overeducation and undereducation in the job market. This research was conducted to find the influence of growth, overeducation and undereducation on wages in Southeast Asia. The data used is secondary data sourced from https://ilostat.ilo.org/data/ data in 2010-2019, especially in 8 Southeast Asian countries consisting of Brunai Darusalam, Philippines, Laos, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Timor Leste and Vietnam. The results found that the workers with the highest undereducated levels were in Timor Laste, then Laos and Cambodia. Worker conditions in developing countries such as Southeast Asia have more undereducation conditions than overeducation. Empowerment Ekonomi Pesantren

Pondok Pesantren adalah lembaga yang memiliki fungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama dan sosial. Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama memiliki fungsi sebagai; (1) sumber nilai dan moralitas, (2) pendalaman nilai-nilai dan ajaran agama, (3) filter-controller untuk pengembangan moralitas dan kehidupan spiritual, (4) perantara untuk berbagai kepentingan yang muncul dan berkembang dalam masyarakat, dan (5)) praksis dalam kehidupan. Pesantren sebagai lembaga sosial sebagai perantara masyarakat diharapkan menjadi dinamis dan katalisator untuk memberdayakan sumber daya manusia, mendorong pembangunan di semua bidang, termasuk di bidang ekonomi, dalam bentuk wirausaha. Berdasarkan peran pesantren tersebut, maka permasalahan yang ada pada pesantren yang menjadi mitra pengabdian ini yaitu Pesantrean At Toybah dan Al Islam, adalah kurang dikelolahnya dan dikembangkannya kegiatan ekonomi ekonomi Islam berbasis sekolah ekonomi, padahal pesantren sudah memiliki mini market dan toko yang belum dikelolah maksimal. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mendorong perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Metode yang digunakan antara lain workshop kewirausahaan, workshop koperasi pesantren, termasuk melatih siswa untuk menyusun rak-rak minimarket, lokakarya koperasi syariah, dan memberikan motivasi kewirausahaan. Hasil pengabdian yang diperoleh membuat guru merancang mata kuliah khusus wirausaha, berkomitmen membenah dan mengaktifkan koperasi pesantren serta membuat dan menata usaha yang ada di pesantren dengan melibatkan santri, orang tua/wali dan masyarakat sekitar

PERSEPSI PENGUSAHA USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH(UMKM) TERHADAP PENERAPAN AKUNTANSI DI KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perception of entrepreneurs of small and medium micro enterprises on the application of accounting in Lubuklinggau 2013. The object of this study was taken from UMKM in Lubuklinggau, totaling 66 UMKM. The type of data used was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. This study uses data processing with multiple regression with SPSS16.0 (statistical computer program). From the tests we can conclude the results of multiple linear regression quation to obtain Y= ++  +  +  which means psychological, family, internal factors and external factors can give effect to the application of accounting. The value of the correlation coefficient is R2=0.641means that 64.1% variation changes the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 35.9% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Partially (t test), all independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable, it is intended by tvalue>ttable. Concurrently (simultaneously) psychological, family,internal factors and external factors have a significant impact on the application of accounting. Results of analysis showed that the calculated Fvalue of21.428 and Ftable at2.37. This shows that Fvalue>Ftable and also sig0.000 ttabel.Secara bersamaan (simultan) psikologi, keluarga, faktor internal dan faktor eksternal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penerapan akuntansi. Pengembangan Sektor Pariwisata di Kabupaten Belitung: Persepsi Wisatawan

Tourism has the potential to be developed into a leading sector in Belitung Regency. The development of tourism is indicated by the increasing number of tourists, both domestic and foreign tourists from 2015 to 2018 by 85.9% over 4 years. This research aims to determine the gap between the level of satisfaction and the importance of supporting components of tourism to tourists who visited tourist destinations in Belitung Regency. This research was quantitative research using Importance Performance Analysis. Primary data obtained by interview through the Likert scale questions. The subjects in this research were 400 domestic tourists and 400 foreign tourists. The subjects were selected using Slovin's Formula sampling techniques. Tourism support components consisting of prices, physical facilities (infrastructures), and guarantees (services) were used to determine tourist perceptions about the level of satisfaction and importance. The results of the research showed that domestic tourists were dissatisfied with component 1) guarantees (services) consisting of cultural attractions, public communication and services officers, as well as 2) physical facilities (infrastructures) consisting of souvenir galleries, toilets, environmental cleanliness, restaurant cleanliness, and safety facilities. While foreign tourists have a low level of satisfaction with the service of the officers and the public in terms of communicating in foreign languages, cultural attractions, and environmental cleanliness.Pariwisata memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Belitung. Perkembangan pariwisata ditunjukkan dari meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan, baik wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara pada tahun 2015-2018 sebesar 85,9% selama periode 4 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesenjangan antara tingkat kepuasan dan pentingnya komponen pendukung pariwisata terhadap wisatawan yang mengunjungi tujuan wisata di Kabupaten Belitung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis. Data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara melalui pertanyaan skala Likert. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 400 wisatawan domestik dan 400 wisatawan mancanegara. Subjek dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling Rumus Slovin. Komponen pendukung pariwisata yang terdiri harga, fasilitas fisik (infrastruktur) dan jaminan (layanan) digunakan untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan tentang kepuasan dan kepentingannya. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan domestik merasa tidak puas terhadap komponen 1) jaminan (pelayanan) yang terdiri dari atraksi budaya, komunikasi masyarakat dan petugas pariwisata, serta 2) fasilitas fisik (infrastruktur) yang terdiri dari galeri souvenir, toilet, kebersihan lingkungan, kebersihan restoran, dan fasilitas keselamatan. Sedangkan wisatawan mancanegara memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang rendah terhadap pelayanan dari petugas dan masyarakat dalam hal berkomunikasi dalam bahasa asing, atraksi budaya dan kebersihan lingkungan

THE EFFECT OF ISLAMIC SOCIAL REPORTING INDEX ON ISLAMIC BANKING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE IN INDONESIA

Purpose of this study: This study was conducted to analyze the factors that affect the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) in Islamic Banking on the stock exchange and analyze the data carried out on the annual report of six Islamic banks in 2013-2017. The results of this study are expected to facilitate the Islamic banks to apply the principle of full disclosure with Islam in a more comprehensive way. Methodology: The sampling technique used is sampling considerations obtained with a total sample of six Islamic banks in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Main Findings: The level of disclosure of social responsibility reporting in Islamic perspective, using ISR index explains that Islamic Banks having a high index of ISR obtained by Bank Muamalat Indonesia that managed to reach the value of 20 and above, more precisely 32 components of the total index of ISR 48 component in the year 2017. Based on the hypothesis testing, it is found that the F-test of profitability factor and leverage, simultaneously or together influence the factors in the disclosure of ISR in Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Based on the hypothesis testing for the t-test, it is found that profitability and leverage do not affect the disclosure of ISR in Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Implication: This research will serve as a reference material for improving the ISR performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia so that there is an even distribution of income

PELATIHAN PENDAMPINGAN USAHA PRODUKSI UKM “RAJA ABON MAKMUR LESTARI” BERBASIS MARKETING STRATEGY

Usaha produksi Raja abon makmur lestari berbahan baku dari hewani dan tanaman Usaha tersebut dilaksanakan oleh si pemilik karena munculnya ide usaha karena si pemilik rajin mengikuti seminar-seminar yang sering diadakan oleh dinas-dinas terkait. Permasalahan mitra yang terjadi diantaranya produksi abon kurang karena pasokan dari supplier bahan baku, pembuatannya masih tradisional belum menggunakan mesin spinner, masih terbatasnya akses permodalan sebagai bentuk pengembangan usaha abon. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil produksi abon berbahan baku hewani (daging sapi, daging ayam, telur ) dan tanaman (nangka, rebung, nenas) yang berada di Kelurahan Air Kepala Tujuh, Kecamatan Gerunggang, Kota Pangkalpinang. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah, perluasan akses pasar, meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial sehingga pendapatan mitra meningkat. Kegiatan pendampingan yang ingin dicapai adalah: pendampingan dalam manajemen usaha, manajemen permodalan, pendampingan pembuatan website, pendampingan pembuatan rak-rak khusus penjualan produk dan pendampingan pembuatan kemasan. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan harapan UKM menjadi home industry yang mandiri, sehingga mempunyai kemampuan dan keterampilan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas serta hasil produksi abon di Kelurahan Air Kepala Tujuh, Kecamatan Gerunggang, Kota Pangkalpinang serta diharapkan dapat menunjang peningkatan daya beli masyarakat dan peningkatan perekonomian dari daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung
