    Untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan bertahan dalam pangsa pasar di era modern ini, perusahaan banyak melakukan strategi penjualan demi tercapainya sales performance atau kinerja dari penjualan dengan melakukan inovasi produk dan menggunakan social media marketing. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Dari hasil uji regresi linier berganda terdapat hubungan antara inovasi produk dan social media marketing terhadap sales performance . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel inovasi produk (X1) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap sales performance sebesar 7,5% akan tetapi tidak signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel social media marketing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap sales performance dengan presentase sebesar 38,9%. Variabel inovasi produk dan social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sales performance pada IKM Batik Gedog sebesar 49,2%.     Stabilization of the Shear Strength of Clay Soil with Limestone Powder

    Soil is base and the most widely material used for civil engineering and structural engineering construction. However, not all kind of soils can be used for the construction. For a soil having low a shear strength such as a soft soil, it needs to stabilize. Stabilization methods that commonly used are by compaction or chemical stabilization. With the objective to study the shear strength of clay soil, this research performed an experimental study by adding variation of limestone powder to clay soil. The clay sample is from Nganjuk city, East Java that is classified as a montmorillonite clay with Gs number is 2,698; liquid limit 62,6 %; plasticity index 19,07% , and the qu number is 1 Kg/cm2. The percentages of the limestone powder were in 5%,10%,15%,and 20%. The pure clay and modified clay were tested using Unconfined Compression Test (UCT). The result showed that with the addition of 20% limestone powder may decrease the Gs number to be 2,351; liquid limit 54,2%; and plasticity index 7,81 %; however the qu number increased with the addition 5-15% limestone powder but it decreased with 20%.     Peningkatan Kemampuan Mengapresiasi Puisi melalui Pendekatan Proses

    Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa mengapresisasi puisi melalui strategi pendekatan proses di SD Inpres Padaelo Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, penerapan, serta penilaian yang bersumber dari guru, siswa, serta proses pendidikan. Informasi dikumpulkan lewat observasi, analisis dokumentasi, serta wawancara dalam 2 siklus. Informasi yang diperoleh ditelaah serta direduksi bersumber pada permasalahan diiringi penyajian informasi serta diakhiri sesuatu kesimpulan.  Hasil belajar siswa terkait dengan kemampuan mengapresiasi puisi dapat ditingkatkan dengan penggunaan strategi pendekatan proses. Perihal tersebut sejalan dengan hasil belajar siswa dimana nilai rata- rata hasil belajar yang dicapai pada siklus pertama pada evaluasi pertama ialah 71,30. Sebaliknya pada evaluasi kedua 72,50.  Pada siklus pertama, masih terdapat 10 orang siswa mendapatkan nilai di bawah KKM 70 sehingga persentase ketuntasan hanya 67%. Oleh sebab itu, Tindakan dilakukan pada siklus berikutnya.  Pada siklus  kedua, nilai  rata-rata   hasil  belajar  yang  dicapai pada evaluasi pertama yaitu  76,44 ,   sedangkan   pada evaluasi ke kedua, yaitu 78,13,.  Pada siklus kedua, tingkat persentasi ketuntasan sebesar 80%. Hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan pada siklus 1 terdapat aspek mendapat penilaian C. yang setelah itu pada siklus kedua seluruh aspek mencapai hasil optimal

    This research aims to investigate the effect of using puzzle games in science learning on students’ interest in learning at the elementary school level. A literature review reveals that a learning approach that involves puzzle game elements can increase students’ interest in learning. Several important findings in the literature include that the use of puzzle games in learning can make the science learning process more interesting and enjoyable for students. Puzzle games can stimulate students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which are important skills in science learning. This type of research is a library study or library research with a library data collection method carried out by reading and recording journals, articles, ebooks. The research results show that students who are involved in puzzle game-based learning tend to be more enthusiastic and participate actively in learning. Previous research also shows that the use of puzzle games can strengthen relationships between teachers and students and increase learning motivation. However, it is important to note that the effectiveness of this learning method can vary depending on its implementation and student characteristics. Further research is needed to measure the impact of using puzzle games in science learning in more depth, as well as to understand how contextual factors can influence students’ interest in learning.     Human resources or commonly referred to as HR is one of the important resources in a government and is often referred to as the spearhead to achieve goals in a government, as well as the facilities used in carrying out public services. Therefore, a government agency requires high-performing human resources and adequate facilities so that it can achieve the goals set by eachagencyrelated to carrying out public services. However, human resources and facilities at the Klabinain Village Office not very effective so that they have not been able to carry out public services properly. From this, the problem of this research is will examine the factors that affect the quality of public services at the Klabinain Aimas Village Office, Sorong Regency, West Papua Province. This research aims to determine whether or not the influence of human resources and facilities on the quality of public services at the Klabinain Aimas Village Office, Sorong Regency, West Papua Province. This research is a quantitative research. This researce was conducted for two months, namely November to December 2021.The sample in this study amounted to 123 people with the sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and literature study. Hypothesis testing using classical assumption test and simple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Ver 26 application to determine the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable at the 95% trend level (α = 0.05). The results of the research are as follows: 1) there is no positive and significant influence between human resources on public services at the Klabinain Aimas Village office, Sorong Regency, West Papua Province. 2) there is no positive and significant effect between facilities and public services at the Klabinain Aimas Village office, Sorong Regency, West Papua Province.and 3) there is a significant effect between human resources and facilities if tested simultaneously on public services at the Klabinain Aimas Village office, Sorong Regency, West Papua Province. Sumber daya manusia atau biasa disebut dengan SDM merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang penting dalam suatu pemerintahan dan sering disebut sebagai ujung tombak untuk mencapai tujuan dalam suatu pemerintahan, begitu juga dengan sarana yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan pelayanan publik. Oleh karena itu, suatu instansi pemerintahan memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkinerja tinggi serta sarana yang memadai sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh masing-masing instansi yang berkaitandalam melaksanakan pelayanan publik. Namun, sumber daya manusia serta sarana yang ada di Kantor Kelurahan Klabinain belum begitu efektif sehingga belum dapat melaksanakan pelayanan publik dengan baik. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Kelurahan Klabinain Aimas Kabupaten Sorong Provinsi Papua Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh sumber daya manusia dan sarana terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Kelurahan Klabinain Aimas Kabupaten Sorong Provinsi Papua Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 2 bulan yaitu bulan November sampai Desember Tahun 2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 123 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji asusmsi klasik dan analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver 26. untuk mengetahui kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kecenderungan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitan adalah sebagai berikut : 1) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara sumber daya manusia terhadap pelayanan publik pada kantor Kelurahan Klabinain Aimas Kabupaten Sorong Provinsi Papua Barat. 2) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara sarana terhadap pelayanan publik pada kantor Kelurahan Klabinain Aimas Kabupaten Sorong Provinsi Papua Barat. dan 3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara sumber daya manusia dan sarana jika diuji secara simultan terhadap pelayanan publik pada kantor Kelurahan Klabinain Aimas Kabupaten Sorong Provinsi Papua Barat

    Fruit Audio Aroma: Innovative Learning Media For Optimizing The Sense Of Touch, Listening, And Smell In Blind Children

    Education for blind children begins at the age of childhood and elementary school. At that age, blind children will begin to be introduced to fruits. However, in general, teachers in special schools will introduce fruits to blind children using only real fruit. This is considered ineffective, because the fruit recognition learning process only relied on the ability of the teacher that causes blind students to get bored quickly and the material presented by the teachers is not well received. Therefore we need a 3D fruit learning media designed according to the characteristics of blind children. The purpose of making Fruit Audio Aroma media is as a solution to overcome problems in the learning process of the blind children with disabilities related to fruit material. The method used is the observation method. The result of this study indicated that the Fruit Audio Aroma media provides maximum usability with easy and practical use, according to the needs of the blind through aroma, braille, texture, QR code and audio features that can be operated smoothly. Thus, this media is effective for increasing the sensitivity of the sense of touch, hearing and smell in blind children

    Simpang Jalan Raya Darmasaba – Jalan Antasura merupakan simpang tiga lengan tak bersinyal yang terletak di Desa Darmasaba, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali. Persimpangan ini merupakan daerah komersial menyebabkan kepadatan lalu lintas dan pergerakan arus lalu lintas yang memicu adanya konflik lalu lintas yang menjadi salah satu penyebab kecelakaan lalu lintas pada persimpangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja simpang saat ini (takibersinyal). Metode analisis pada penelitianiiniimenggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI)iii1997iidimanaiidata primer diproleh dari hasil survai geometrik simpang, volume lalu lintas dan hambatan samping, sedangkan data sekunder berupa data jumlah penduduk diproleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Badung tahun 2021.     PREDICTION OF SUSCEPTIBILITY FOR OLD TREES (> 100 YEARS OLD) TO FALL IN BOGOR BOTANICAL GARDEN

    Since the establishment of the Bogor Botanical Garden (BBG) in 1817, the protection of the tree collections, even the loss of aging trees (> 100 years old), has been one of its most important tasks. Abiotic factors such as intense extreme events, i.e., heavy rainfall and strong winds, as well as biotic factors from human activities, pests and diseases, and the deterioration of the health of the plant collection with age, has threatened the survival of the old tree collections. As the BBG has many functions for conservation and human ecological activities, tree fall accidents have become a primary concern in preventing the loss of biodiversity and human life. Therefore, disaster map zonation is required to prevent and minimize such accident together with a prediction of which individual specimen is likely to fall. We examined the health of 154 to determine the falling probability of 1106 aged trees based on several factors that might cause the fall in the past and to make model predictions generated by nine supervised machine learning algorithms to get a binary value of falling probability and then classified into four categories (neglectable, low, moderate, and high probability of falling). Inverse Distance Weighted interpolation method was used to depict a zone map of trees prone to fall in BBG. We found 885 susceptible trees, of which 358 individual trees were highly susceptible to fall (red zone color), dominated by families from Fabaceae, Lauraceae, Moraceae, Meliaceae, Dipterocarpaceae, Sapindaceae, Rubiaceae, Myrtaceae, Araucariaceae, Malvaceae, and Anacardiaceae. This result was based on Random Forest model due to its highest accuracy among algorithms and its lowest false negative (FN) value. The FN value was important to minimize error calculation on aged trees that were not prone to fall but turned out to be prone to fall. The dominant factor contributing to high falling intensity was hollow and brittle on the tree trunks where many were found to have pests inside damaged parts such as termites, wood-borers, and bark-eaters. Several trees were found to have combined damages with more than a single causative factor that exacerbated tree’s health and increased falling probability
