Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na finanční analýzu a zhodnocení výkonnosti společnosti Siemens, s. r. o., odštěpný závod Industrial Turbomachinery v letech 2010 – 2013. V praktické části je provedena analýza hospodaření společnosti a finanční analýza a porovnání ukazatelů se dvěma konkurenčními společnostmi. Cílem práce je návrh a doporučení k udržení výkonnosti společnosti.This master´s thesis is focus on financial analysis and assess performance of the comapny Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery from 2010 to 2013. In the practical part of thesis is performed analysis of the company and financial analysis and a comparison of its results with two competing companies. The aim of this master´s thesis is suggestions to improve and to conserve company performance.

Import 06/11/2014Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a zhodnocení poskytování dotací neziskovým organizacím obcemi ve vybraných oblastech – kultuře, sportu a sociální oblasti, aplikované ve městech Přerov, Šumperk a Jeseník. První část práce je zaměřena na teorii hospodaření územních samosprávných celků. Definice příjmů a výdajů rozpočtu obcí, charakteristika neziskových organizací a občanských sdružení. Další část je zaměřena na analýzu dotací poskytnutých neziskovým organizacím ve vybraných oblastech ve městě Přerov, Šumperku a Jeseníku. Přibližuje základní charakteristiky měst a jednotlivé formy poskytovaných dotací neziskovým organizacím městy. Cílem diplomové práce byla analýza a zhodnocení možností získávání dotačních prostředků pro neziskové organizace v oblasti kultury a sportu a v sociální oblasti ve větších městech Olomouckého kraje (Přerov, Šumperk, Jeseník) na základě srovnání jednotlivých měst v letech 2010 – 2013.This work focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the provision of grants to non-profit organizations, municipalities in selected areas - culture, sport , social , applied in cities Přerov , Šumperk and Jeseník . The first part focuses on the theory of management of local governments . Definition of income and expenditure budgets of municipalities , NGOs characteristics and civic associations. Another part focuses on the analysis of subsidies granted to non-profit organizations in selected areas in Prerov , Šumperk and Jeseníku . It approaches basic characteristics of cities and the various forms of subsidies to non-profit organizations towns . Impact of elevated CO2 concentration on dynamics of leaf photosynthesis in Fagus sylvatica is modulated by sky conditions

AbstractIt has been suggested that atmospheric CO2 concentration and frequency of cloud cover will increase in future. It remains unclear, however, how elevated CO2 influences photosynthesis under complex clear versus cloudy sky conditions. Accordingly, diurnal changes in photosynthetic responses among beech trees grown at ambient (AC) and doubled (EC) CO2 concentrations were studied under contrasting sky conditions. EC stimulated the daily sum of fixed CO2 and light use efficiency under clear sky. Meanwhile, both these parameters were reduced under cloudy sky as compared with AC treatment. Reduction in photosynthesis rate under cloudy sky was particularly associated with EC-stimulated, xanthophyll-dependent thermal dissipation of absorbed light energy. Under clear sky, a pronounced afternoon depression of CO2 assimilation rate was found in sun-adapted leaves under EC compared with AC conditions. Customer satisfaction analysis and proposal for its enhancement

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou marketingového výzkumu, konkrétně marketingového výzkumu spokojenosti zákazníků. Analýza spokojenosti zákazníků je zaměřena na dva důležité segmenty - na konečného zákazníka a na distributory. Obsahem práce je tedy výzkum spokojenosti těchto zákaznických segmentů, jejichž názor má velký vliv na kvalitu a strukturu vydávaných knih zákazníkům.Master´s thesis is focus on problems of marketing research, especially contentment of customers. The analyse of satisfaction of customers is focus on two important segments – final customers and distributors. Subject of this work is research of satisfactory these client´s segments. Their comments have major effect on quality and structure of publishing books for customers.

Motel for truck drivers in India

The subject of the assignment is the design of a new motel in India that provides its participating party, mainly truck drivers, 3 different levels of rest: a quick stop for rest and refreshment, areas for sharing and eating food, areas for sleeping and longer rest, all in a cost-effective way. The parcel is located in the west of the city of Kannadi. There are no existing buildings on it and the surrounding land is used for agricultural purposes. A slip road from National Highway 544, which connects Salem in Tamil Nadu and Kochi in Kerala, will be taken to the site. The motel is located approximately in the middle of the site. Truck park is located at the back/north of the site so that the motel is clearly visible from the highway. There is car park in the front part of the site. The motel is inspired by the nalukettu house, which is typical for the region. The fundamental building block of the entire motel are two two-story blocks where the accommodation units are located. These blocks are enclosed by solid walls, protecting the rooms from noise and overheating. The heart of the house is the courtyard, to which the surrounding rooms are directed. Through this courtyard, the sun enters the rooms and they are also ventilated by it. The dining and social part is located near the road, which can also serve non-accommodating guests (bistro, store and public toilets). The glass facade supports the magnetizing attention of customers. Thanks to the trucks park in the back part of the site, a corridor was created and connects it with the front part. From the corridor there is access to secondary and storage areas, through a light-lit door. From there, guests can also reach two almost identical two-story accommodation blocks via the reception. There are cell rooms in them, including an entrance hall, sanitary facilities and two four-bed rooms. The right block include a barrier-free room on the 1st floor. The front part of the motel, which is also accessible to the public, is divided into 2 parts. The left half contains the shop and public toilets and the right bistro with service areas. Materials are selected with regard to sustainability, locality and high quality, such as thermal permeability, acoustics or fire safety. The structural system is mixed, made of brick blocks and reinforced concrete columns, reinforced concrete ceilings and a floor. The facade is pre-set wall made of recycled burnt bricks. V mé bakalářské práci se chci věnovat především vývoji přímých zahraničních investic v ČR a možnostech jejich přílivu včetně zmínky o pobídkách pro zahraniční investory. Dále bych se pokusila nastínit vliv přímých zahraničních investic na platební bilanci České republiky. Celá práce vystihuje dění v oblasti PZI od roku 1993 až téměř do současnosti

Návrh zvýšení rekreační atraktivity příměstských lesů v lokalitě Brno-Lesná

This thesis with the topic of “The proposal for increase of the recreational attractiveness of peri-urban forests in the Brno-Lesná area” deals with the issues of utilization of recreational environment of peri-urban forests with focus on present trends not only in this locality. The location of interest is described from the point of view of natural, cultural, and landscape characteristics. On the grounds of the described facts a recommendation for improvement of the existing situation of the site management has been elaborated. Next, I am presenting a proposal for increase of the recreational attractiveness of the peri-urban forest, which would include an adventure nature trail, a fit path with running tracks, seating, benches, guideposts, fire rings, and forest gateways. The drafts include the due documentation, detailed quotation, funding resources, and marketing for the measures proposed

Free play in pre-school education on various topics

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám volnou hrou, jejím významem - zejména v předškolním věku, jak by se k volné hře dětí mělo přistupovat a čemu bychom se naopak měli vyvarovat. Zmínila jsem dělení her a stručně také hru řízenou. Práce stručně pojednává i o herních pravidlech a alternativních mateřských školách, které s tématem úzce souvisí. Na závěr teoretické části jsem uvedla základní informace o použitých výzkumných metodách. V části praktické jsem se zaměřila zejména na praktikování volné hry v různých mateřských školách, na to, jaký je jí přikládán význam mj. ve srovnání se hrou řízenou.Katedra pedagogikyObhájenoIn this Bachelor work free play, its relevance - especially in pre-school age, how to approach to free play and what on the contrary, we should avoid.
