    Overview of Social Capital and Financial Cooperative through Bibliometric Visualizing from 1992-2022

    Purpose : The purposes of this study to describe in the form of a map of research in the field of Social capital  related to  financial cooperative from international scale publications from the search engine Scopus. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses bibiometric and analyze search results provided by Scopus and by using Vosviewer software to show the keyword groups that can be identified from all relevant research in this study.     Perkembangan teknologi kini berkembang semakin signifikan khususnya pada sektor perdagangan. Di Indonesia e-commerce telah berkembang sangat pesat, bahkan secara beberapa tahun belakangan ini e-commece telah mengalahkan pasar tradisional. Hal ini mempengaruhi proses pembayaran pada pengguna e-commerce. Semakin berkermbang pesatnya e-commerce tersebut menuntut optimalisasi digital payment sebagai solusi pembayaran yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah solusi pembayaran dengan optimalisasi digital payment bisa diterima oleh pelanggan dan menguntungkan juga untuk pihak penjual, khususnya pada UMKM Roti Kasur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana proses dilaksanakan dengan pengamatan, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 konsumen yang melakukan traksaksi pembayaran pada UMKM roti kasur dan 3 pemilik UMKM Roti Kasur serta karyawan yang membantu proses produksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi digital payment mampu memberikan kemudahan pembayaran bagi pihak pelanggan dan kemudahaan pembukuan transaksi bagi penjual meskipun ada biaya tambahan beban admin yang harus ditanggung oleh penjual

    This research takes insights into the research on Islamic finance before and after the occurrence of financial crisis to rediscover its linkages with Islamic socialism and capitalism across international boundaries to establish grounds of Islamic finance theoretical framework. It takes extensive review of literature on Islamic Socialism, Capitalism and Islamic Capitalism taking into account differences in practices of Islamic finance in Islamic and non Islamic countries. Research in Islamic finance has great linkages with Islamic socialism, Islamic capitalism and capitalism as affected by the occurrence of financial crisis during the period of research. The originality value of this research work lies in the novel selection of period of research literature, and the discovery of theoretical framework in Islamic finance research, “Islamic socialistic capitalism”.

    Does Covid-19’s Influence on Commercial Banking Performance ? : Evidence from Indonesia

    This article is intended to examine the effect of Covid-19 on financial performance in the banking industry represented by Bank BNI, Bank BRI, Bank CIMB Niaga, and Bank Mandiri with the variables Net Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loan as a measure of financial performance. The analysis used is the Mann Whitney test and the Kolmogrov Smirnov test. Based on the results of the different tests, it was found that; 1) Covid-19 has a negative but not significant effect on the net profit margin, 2) Covid-19 has a negative and significant effect on the loan to deposit ratio, and Covid-19 has a positive and significant effect on non-performing loans

    A Bibliometric Analysis of Islamic Accounting Research Indexed by Dimensions.ai

    This bibliometric study investigated the current state of documents on Islamic accounting published by digital object identifier equipped journals from 1990 to 2020 listed in Dimension. The analysis focused on the trends of the keywords, authors and journals. The data analyzed were 556 publications of research publications in Dimension (https://dimension.ai). Search terms were \u27Islamic accounting\u27. The searches used to establish the study dataset were last updated on November 13, 2020. Descriptive statistical methods were used, and a bibliometric analysis was conducted using the R Biblioshiny to find out the bibliometric map. The number of articles discussing the theme of Islamic accounting has been quite extensive in years, along with the development of Islamic financial institutions. Many journals publish this theme, among which the top journal is the Journal of Islamic Accounting and Business Research. The most popular keywords used are Islamic, Accounting dan Financial. The most prolific author is Karim RAA, who has been writing since 1990. The country with the most popular and the most number of authors is Malaysia. This study provides an overview of trends in the most popular keywords, journals and authors in articles on the topic of Islamic accounting, thus providing information for researchers focused on research in the field of Islamic accounting.     RESILIENCE AND CONFLICT: THE ROLES OF COPRENEURSHIP, TRANSGENERATION, AND DARK SIDE OF FAMILY BUSINESS

    The present study aimed to examine the role of copreneurship, transgeneration, and the dark side with conflicts in and continuity of family-managed small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or family businesses. Data was derived from 178 owners of batik SMEs, consisting of both those managed by spouses and those inherited. Data analysis was done using SEM-AMOS.22 and showed that (1) copreneurship positively related to family business conflicts; (2) transgeneration positively related to business management conflicts; (3) member family’s dark side positively related to conflicts; and (4) conflicts occurred due to tenuous family social identity (decreased co­pre­ne­urship bond, transgenerational process failure and dark side) positively related to family bu­si­ness resilience. The present study also included control variables for business size and gene­ra­ti­onal order in order to determine the extent and resilience of business continuity

    The Role of Green Innovation between Green Market Orientation and Business Performance: Its Implication for Open Innovation

    The focus of this research was to investigate the effect of green market orientation on business performance. For that purpose, this research tested that green market orientation has a direct effect on business performance, that green market orientation affects green innovation, and that green innovation affects business performance. As a quantitative research, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS–SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. Data were collected by using both online and offline questionnaires from owners/managers of the manufacturing micro, small- and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the East Java Province of Indonesia. A total of 175 respondents participated in this study. The results show that green market orientation has a positive and direct effect on business performance. The results empirically support the theory of sustainability and entrepreneurship in the research setting of Indonesian MSMEs. The results also imply that the owners/managers of MSMEs need to balance economic, environmental, and social issues in their business. In the era of sustainable development and environmental awareness, manufacturing MSMEs need to adopt a green market orientation and carry out green innovation in their business processes to obtain a better business performance

    Projecting Experience of Technology-Based MSMEs in Indonesia: Role of Absorptive Capacity Matter in Strategic Alliances and Organizational Performance Relationship

    This paper investigates absorptive capacity’s significance in mediating strategic alliance and organizational performance using the partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM) Warp PLS 7.0. The online and offline questionnaires were distributed to 308 Indonesian MSME owners/managers. The results suggest that strategic alliance directly influences the organizational performance of MSME’s technology-based in Indonesia. Further analysis attests that absorptive capacity partially mediates strategic alliance and organizational performance relationships; this research is specific to MSMEs in Indonesia, and thus generalization to other countries needs further verification. MSME’s owners or managers can use the knowledge on the relationship between the strategic alliance and organizational performance, including absorptive capacity in mediating the relationship, for policymaking and manifesting strategic alliances through collaboration with partners to achieve companies’ common goals is also highly recommended
