Church and State in Conflict Over The Establishment Protestant Church

A series of incidents involving places of worship are still widespread in Indonesia. In recent years, the construction of places of worship has become an interesting problem not only in the social context of interaction between religious communities but also conflict resolution in Indonesia. Minority religious groups tend to have difficulty establishing or renovating their places of worship because they receive pressure and intervention from the majority group. This research explores the issue of residents' rejection and closing and stopping the process of building a house of worship for the HKBP Efrata Church in Gresik Regency, East Java. The aim of this research is to describe the things that trigger conflict and analyze the conflict resolution mechanism of the HKBP Efrata Driyorejo Gresik church. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method, namely a research effort based on methodology in studying the phenomenon of conflict over places of worship at the HKBP Efrata Driyorejo Gresik Church. It is known that the church was prohibited from carrying out worship activities by local residents for approximately 6 (six) years due to problems with permits to carry out worship in the area. After receiving permission, disturbances often arise when the congregation performs their worship, such as noise coming from motorized vehicles and restrictions on the worship schedule given by local residents.Keywords: church founding conflicts, gereja HKBP Efrata Gresik, religious house building regulations, religious house conflict

PREFERENSI KONSUMEN OLAHAN TRADISIONAL KOPI ROBUSTA WILAYAH GRESIK

ABSTRACTCoffee is one of the plantation commodities that will have relatively high economic value among other plantation plants and play an important role as a source of foreign exchange for the country. Coffee not only plays an important role as a source of foreign exchange but also a source of income for no less than one and a half million coffee farmers in Indonesia. What coffee attributes have a relationship with consumers in Mbah Bedo warkop Analyze the effect of quality attributes on product preference on buyer decisions at Mbah Bedo warkop. The results of this study can provide an overview of the impact of product quality, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions at Mbah Bedo as a result can be used as an assessment on managing products, services, and prices for the better in the future. Chi Square, which uses the integrity match method to test critical contrast between a large number of objects (noticed) or (expected) with respect to invalid speculation, which is perhaps one of the most prominent models for deciding attitudes on objects. Coffee taste attributes are robusta coffee attributes that consumers believe are the most enjoyed, according to the results of primary data analysis. Consumers believe that the taste of coffee is the most important factor, influencing their decision to consume robusta coffee in the region. Apa hubungan atribut kopi dengan konsumen pada warkop Mbah Bedo? Menganalisis pengaruh atribut kualitas terhadap preferensi produk terhadap keputusan pembeli pada warkop Mbah Bedo. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Mbah Bedo sehingga hasilnya dapat dijadikan sebagai penilaian dalam pengelolaan produk, pelayanan, dan harga menjadi lebih baik kedepannya. . Chi Square, yang menggunakan metode kecocokan integritas untuk menguji kontras kritis antara sejumlah besar objek (yang diperhatikan) atau (yang diharapkan) sehubungan dengan spekulasi yang tidak valid, yang mungkin merupakan salah satu model paling menonjol untuk menentukan sikap terhadap objek. Atribut rasa kopi merupakan atribut kopi Robusta yang diyakini paling disukai konsumen berdasarkan hasil analisis data primer. Konsumen meyakini bahwa cita rasa kopi merupakan faktor terpenting yang mempengaruhi keputusan mereka mengonsumsi kopi Robusta di suatu daerah. Association of Vitamin D Intake in Pregnant Women and Birth Weight

Background: Insufficient maternal consumption of vitamin D can have adverse effects on fetal development and increase the likelihood of low birth weight. This research aimed to establish the correlation between the quantity of vitamin D consumed by expectant mothers and the weight of newborns. Methods: This study utilized an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach, collecting data from August to November 2022. Information on Vitamin D intake and birthweight was obtained via questionnaire interviews with 96 pregnant women delivering at the University of North Sumatera Hospital or Maharani Women’s and Children Hospital. Semi-Food Frequency Questionnaires (FFQs) served as the data collection instrument. Non-probability consecutive sampling was employed. Statistical techniques, including Chi-square and Fisher's Exact test, were used for data analysis. Findings indicated a prevalence of inadequate vitamin D intake among mothers (3.125%). The mean daily consumption of vitamin D among expectant women was 19.99 μg/day. Mother's education level did not significantly influence the outcome (p=0.589). Results: The results of this study suggest that there was no significant association between maternal age at pregnancy (p=0. 135), gestational age (p=0. 771), parity (p=0958), and baby's sex (p=0. 448) with birth weight. Conclusion: An observed association existed between the prenatal intake of vitamin D and neonatal birth weight in expectant mothers

PERENCANAAN TEBAL PERKERASAN LENTUR DAN ANGGARAN BIAYA PADA JALAN RAYA KEDIRI – NGANJUK MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALISA KOMPONEN

ABSTRAK: Jalan Raya Kediri Nganjuk merupakan jalan yang menghubungkan antara kabupaten Kediri dan Nganjuk. Ruas jalan raya tersebut digunakan untuk akses layanan transpotasi baik kendaraan ringan maupun kendaraan berat yang melintasi jalan tersebut. Sehingga diperlukan adanya perencanaan ulang jalan untuk meningkatkan kualitas jalan raya Kediri – Nganjuk agar tidak terjadinya kerusakan yang signifikan. Tujuan perencanaan ini untuk mengetahui tebal lapisan permukaan dan anggaran biaya yang dikeluarkan saat proses pekerjaan. Perencanaan ini diharapkan agar bisa meningkatkan aksesibilitas masyarakat, sehingga perlu adanya metode pelaksanaan yang tepat agar dapat tercapainya target mutu, biaya, dan waktu. Metode yang di gunakan pada perencanaan perkerasan lentur dengan menggunakan metode Analisa Komponen yang di peroleh hasil 10 cm dari sirtu kelas A (lapis pondasi bawah), 20 cm dari batu pecah kelas A (lapis pondasi) dan 10 cm dari laston ACMS 744 (lapis permukaan) dengan umur rencana 20 tahun dan anggaran biaya sejumlah Rp. 9,288,849,943.70KATA KUNCI : Analisa Komponen, Jalan, Perkerasan Lentu

PESAN MORAL ISLAMI DALAM FILM “IKHLAS” KFPI 2022 (Analisis Semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce)

 Abstrak Film “Ikhlas” merupakan film religi kompetisi film pendek islami (KFPI) 2022 berdasarkan kisah Religi, Produser film sekaligus penulis film yaitu, Benny pratama. Sepasang suami istri yang hidup sederhana disebuah kampung, dimana istrinya yang bernama siti, sedang hamil tua, saat itu siti sedang mengidam martabak, suami yang bernama junet ini seorang pekerja keras, syukurnya junet mendapat mendapat upah hasil kerja kerasnya, dan mereka berencana membeli martabak, namun sesaat hendak pergi siti mencuim aroma sedap ditetangganya, tak disangka setelah datang kerumah tetangganya itu, ternyata makanan yang dimasak, makanan yang tidak layak, jadilah siti dan junet memberikan seluruh uangnya kepada tetangganya dengan hati ikhlas. Pesan moral islami merujuk pada akhlak yang merupakan beberapa sifat terpuji yang diisyaratkan sesuai Hadist dan Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah Rosul. Secara keseluruhan film “ikhlas” kaya akan simbol dan makna tentang berbagai ajaran Islam. Karena hal inilah penulis tertarik untuk meneliti film “ikhlas”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginterpretasi pesan moral islami yang terkandung pada Film ”ikhlas”. Teori Semiotika Model Triadic Charles Sanders Peirce digunakan sebagai pendekatan sekaligus metode analisis dalam penelitian ini. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan observasi dengan menonton film secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan Model Triadic hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa pesan moral islami yang terkandung dalam Film ”ikhlas”, yakni: etika seorang muslim, sikap sopan, ramah, ikhlas dan tawakal. Saran yang ingin disampaikan oleh peneliti yaitu hendaknya kita memahami pesan moral apa saja yang terdapat pada film sehingga mampu dan dapat diterapkan ke kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata-kata kunci: film, pesan moral islami, semiotika, simbol   

Analisis Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, IPM dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka Terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Timur

Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan ekonomi yang kompleks dan sering dihadapi negara-negara di dunia. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya kemiskinan terutama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Jumlah Penduduk, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan data sekunder dengan periode waktu tahun 2017 – 2022 yang diperoleh dari portal resmi Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Timur. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi data panel dengan menggunakan model terpilih Fixed Effect. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Timur, variabel indeks pembangunan manusia dan variabel tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel jumlah penduduk, indeks pembangunan manusia, dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Timur

DAMPAK PERUBAHAN IKLIM TERHADAP SEKTOR PERTANIAN PADI

The phenomenon of greenhouse gases causes the impact of climate change which results in an increase in the earth's temperature. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there are indications of climate change that is occurring, the amount of contribution of greenhouse gas emissions in the agricultural sector, the impact of climate change on the agricultural sector, to the efforts needed to deal with climate change in the agricultural sector using secondary data with qualitative research through literature review approach. The existence of indications of climate change is something that is common for farmers which is an obstacle in the agricultural sector. Climate change cannot be eliminated, but can be minimized by taking steps to anticipate and adapt to climate change. Most of the gas comes from microbial decomposition, burning of plant litter and soil organic matter. Climate change not only causes global warming and sea level rise, but also threatens food security because it can have a negative impact on the agricultural sector, especially crop loss. These adaptation activities include developing and accelerating the adoption of agricultural technologies that are more productive and more adaptive to climate change.Keywords : Climate Change, Agricultural, Impact, Greenhouse Gases, Farmers.

Aspek Kinerja Keberlanjutan Terhadap Manajemen Aset Serta Dampaknya Pada Nilai Perusahaan Perbankan 10 Besar Di Indonesia

The financial services sector provides comprehensive support to create sustainable economic growth by aligning economic, environmental and social interests in accordance with the sustainable finance work plan initiated by the Financial Services Authority. OJK in accelerating sustainable finance has realized it in the issuance of the Sustainable Finance Roadmap in 2015 - 2019 and continued in the second phase from 2020 to 2024. Almost 50% of banks in Indonesia representing 91% of Indonesia's total banking market assets show an increasing commitment to implementing sustainable finance, as measured by their Sustainability Reports. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of economic, environmental and social aspects on asset management and their impact on company value.  The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive, using secondary data in the form of sustainability reports and financial statements obtained through www.idx.co.id. with purpose sampling techniques obtained by 10 bank entities. The data was processed by multiple regression techniques with intervening variables of path analysis. ANALISIS UJI BEDA TINGKAT EFISIENSI USAHATANI TEBU RAKYAT KREDIT DAN USAHATANI RAKYAT MANDIRI DI KOTA KEDIRI

This research was conducted to analyze the different levels of efficiency of the People's Credit Sugarcane (TRK) and Mandiri People's Sugarcane (TRM) farming businesses in Kediri City. The method used in determining farmer respondents used the Purposive Sampling method with the consideration of respondents, namely farmers with the Tebu Rakyat Kredit and Tebu Rakyat Mandiri (TRM) partnership pattern. 30 samples were obtained from 3 sub-districts. The data analysis method uses comparative analysis using the t-test, and efficiency between TRK and TRM uses the R/C ratio. The results of this research show that there is a difference in costs between TRK and TRM sugarcane farming, where TRK costs are higher than TRM costs, which are influenced by the amount of land area, the amount of sugarcane productivity, and the value of sugarcane yield. There is a difference in the amount of income between TRK and TRM sugar cane farmers, where TRK income is more significant than TRM costs. There is a difference in the efficiency of partnership sugar cane farming between TRK and TRM farmers, where TRK is more efficient than TRM. Keywords: T-test, Sugarcane, Efficiency, and Farmin
