    Penelitian untuk mendapatkan obat antikanker telah dilakukan besarbesaran, sehingga dewasa ini banyak dikembangkan pencarian dan penelitian bahan bioaktif dari tanaman obat Indonesia yang mempunyai khasiat antikanker yang potensial dan selektif. Kulit batang Sukun (Artocarpus communis) mengandung flavonoid yang menunjukkan sifat sitotoksik kuat terhadap sel murin leukemia P-388 dan beberapa sel kanker lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek sitotoksik dari fraksi semipolar ekstrak aseton kulit batang Sukun (Artocarpus communis) terhadap sel Myeloma. Ekstraksi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari kulit batang sukun (Artocarpus communis) dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut aseton. Selanjutnya ekstrak difraksinasi dengan teknik Kromatografi Cair Vakum menggunakan pelarut yang ditingkatkan kepolarannya yaitu n-Heksan : Etil Asetat dengan perbandingan 8:2, 7:3, 6:4, Etil Asetat, dan Metanol, sehingga didapatkan fraksi nonpolar 1, nonpolar 2, semipolar, polar 1, polar 2. Fraksi semipolar diuji sitotoksik terhadap sel myeloma menggunakan MTT assay dengan seri konsentrasi 25

    Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dalam bidang konstruksi mendorong banyak penelitian baru mengenai balok. Balok mempunyai karakteristik utama yaitu lentur. Dengan sifat tersebut balok merupakan elemen bangunan yang dapat menangani gaya geser dan momen lentur. Pendirian konstruksi balok pada bangunan umumnya mengadopsi konstruksi balok beton bertulang. Balok beton bertulang merupakan komponen yang paling banyak mengalami kerusakan atau penurunan layanan selama proses pembebanan pada struktur. Peningkatan beban yang semakin besar secara terus menerus menyebabkan kerusakan elemen struktural ketika kapasitas beton sudah tidak dapat memikul beban yang bekerja. Meskipun balok beton bertulang memiliki banyak kelebihan namun juga memiliki beberapa kekurangan. Salah satu kekurangan beton yaitu memiliki sifat yang sangat variatif, tergantung proporsi campuran dan pengadukannya. Kualitas beton yang buruk seringkali diakibatkan oleh metode pengecoran yang kurang tepat. Metode pengerjaan beton dilapangan, yang berbeda dengan pedoman SNI, dapat menjadi penyebab berkurangya kapasitas dukungan pada beton. Pengerjaan beton dilapangan umumnya dilaksanakan dengan beberapa metode pemadatan. Bila meninjau gedung-gedung tinggi (engineered building) biasanya menggunakan vibrator concrete pada proses pemadatannya. Namun, pada bangunan biasa (nonengineered building), biasanya menggunakan cerucuk bambu sebagai alat yang digunakan sebagai pemadat. Pembuatan benda uji dilakukan dengan menggunakan 3 variasi benda uji berdasarkan pemadatannya. Pemadatan dilakukan dengan cara digetarkan menggunakan vibrator stick, maupun ditusuk dengan menggunakan rod tamping. Pengujian benda uji berupa pengujian lentur balok. Beban ultimit yang dihasilkan dari pengujian balok sebesar 26.71 kN untuk benda uji 1, 25.30 kN untuk benda uji 2, serta 24.97 kN untuk benda uji 3

    Given that the importance of creativity, liveliness, and academic achievement in students, the researcher interested in applying one of a very good method to make students more creative and active and to support academic achievement. In this case by using the learning model with the type of teacher everyone is here, because this type of learning is considered able to explore the level of activity and creativity of students, which activity and creativity will have an impact on student achievement. This study aims to determine: (1) student learning activities in the implementation of cooperative learning model type Teacher Everyone Is Here (ETH) on the material up even in SMP N 3 Batu, (2) Creativity of students in the implementation of cooperative learning model type Teacher Everyone Is Here (ETH) on the material up even in SMP N 3 Batu, (3) Increase student achievement by type of cooperative learning model Teacher Everyone Is Here (ETH) on the material up even in SMP N 3 Batu. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The data is taken from observations of student activity, divergent berbikir ability test as a measure for the level of creativity, and tests students' mastery learning. While the source of the data in this study were the students of class VII-E SMP N 3 Batu, who becomes the object of research is to model the type of cooperative learning Teacher Everyone Is Here (ETH). From the results of research conducted shows that the average value of student learning activities from the meeting I to III is always increasing with the average percentage of students' activities after the three meetings of 56.28%. Percentage of student creativity from the meeting I to III is always increased with a percentage - average student creativity after three meetings on the level of creativity of students in a class by 66.65%, percentage - average student creativity after three meetings based on the components of divergent thinking in students one class at 66.65%, while the percentage of students in individual creativity levels are at intervals of 55% - 70% with a good enough category. The average value of the final test students' mastery of 90.32%. Because the percentage of mastery learning students are in the interval between 85% - 100% then the mastery learning students terrmasuk category "very good". Based on these results, it can be suggested in order to conduct further research with ETH incorporate cooperative learning model with other learning models and dijenjang higher

    Latar Belakang: Makanan merupakan kebutuhan pokok tubuh manusia, sehingga perlu diperhatikan kebersihannya agar tidak terkontaminasi. Penerapan higiene dan sanitasi makanan pada penjamah makanan merupakan cara untuk mencegah terjadinya kontaminasi pada makanan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan higiene dan sanitasi makanan terhadap sikap dan perilaku penjamah makanan di kantin Universitas Tanjungpura (Untan). Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Total sampel sebanyak 51 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui wawacara dengan kuesioner dan observasi. Data diolah dengan menggunakan uji fisher's exact. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku penjamah makanan baik (94,11%; 92,16%; 88,23%). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan higiene dan sanitasi makanan terhadap sikap penjamah makanan (p value= 0,014) dan terhadap perilaku penjamah makanan (p value= 0,033)

    This study aims to determine the effect of career motivation, length of education and education costs on the interest of accounting students to participate in the Accounting Profession Education (PPAk). This research method is a quantitative method. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis which the calculation process used the SPSS 25 program. The hypothesis test used was the coefficient of determination (R2 test), simultaneously (F test), and partial test (t test). The population in this study were accounting students at the 2018 Veterans National Development University in East Java, with a total of 224 students. The results showed, based on the results of the T test, namely, a) the career motivation variable on student interest had a tcount of 3.248 > from ttable of 1.977 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05; b) the variable length of education on student interest has a tcount of 4.364> from a t-table of 1.977 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; c) the variable cost of education on student interest has a tcount value of 0.576 < from a ttable of 1.977. In conclusion, career motivation and length of education have a significant effect on the interest of accounting students to take PPAk, while the cost of education has no significant effect on student interest in PPAk.     Objective:  Continuity of Care care is continuous care from pregnancy to Family Planning as an effort to reduce MMR & IMR. The effort to implement Continuity Of Care in Indonesia is done by providing comprehensive and quality health services to mothers and babies within the scope of midwifery, namely conducting midwifery care on an ongoing basis (continuity of care). This is the strategic plan of the minister of health from one of the health development priorities. This study aims to determine COC services in midwifery services in physiological pregnancy at Selopampang Primary Health Center, Temanggung Regency. Methods:  This research employed a qualitative research. The data were collected through interviews with informants. The informants in this study included 5 midwives and 4 pregnant women as respondents. Results:  The results of the study found that services were in accordance with COC and in accordance with government policies but there were obstacles in service, namely the lack of midwives.Conclusion: Midwives should maintain and improve the quality of services for pregnant women by taking into account SOP and government policies and the need for additional midwives to help improve the performance of health workers at primary health center
