TINJAUAN HUKUM TERHADAP JUAL BELI BAWANG MERAH OLEH TENGKULAK DITINJAU DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM DI KECEMATAN SAPE KABUPATEN BIMA

Abstrak Dalam Proses penimbanganya banyak terjadi kecurangan dimana tengkulak mengurangi beberapa kilo ketika menimbang dengan alasan bahwa ketika bawang diangkut menggunakan mobil akan mengalami penyusutan timbangan ketika tengkulak menimbang lagi kepada pihak kedua dan pembayaran harga bawang merah petani dibayar berminggu-minggu bahkan hampir satu bulan baru tuntas pembayaran harga bawang petani, sehingga apabila terjadi kasus tidak dibayar tuntas oleh tengkulak, petani tidak bisa melakukan proses pelaporan ke ranah hukum karna sebelumnya tidak ada perjanjian yang mengikat dalam bentuk tertulis sehingga beberapa tengkulak melakukan pelanggaran dan kecurangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa praktik jual beli bawang merah yang dilakukan tengkulak di Kecematan Sape, Kabupaten Bima tidak sah menurut hukum islam, dimana tengkulak menawarkan harga perratusan kiloannya dengan harga yang relatif kecil dan tidak mengikuti harga pasaran, maka dari itu penulis menjelaskan secara terperinci tentang jual beli menurut hukum islam dan melakukan penelitian sehingga dapat ditemukan Tinjauan Hukum Terhadap Praktik Jual Beli Bawang Merah Oleh Tengkulak Ditinjau Dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam Studi Kasus di Kecematan Sape Kabupaten Bima. The results of this study are that the practice of buying and selling shallots carried out by middlemen in Sape Sub-district, Bima Regency is not legal according to Islamic law, where the middlemen offer a price of hundreds of kilos at a relatively small price and do not follow the market price, therefore the authors explain in detail about buying and selling according to Islamic law and conducting research so that a legal review can be found of the practice of buying and selling shallots by middlemen from the perspective of Islamic law. Supply Chain Risk Mapping at ABC Cement Plant in Aceh, Indonesia

Supply Chain Risk Management is an industry collaboration work with partners in the supply chain system to implement a risk management process in dealing with the emergence of risks and uncertainties caused by logistics activities or other resources in the supply chain. Every industry deals with risk. This study aims to identify, classify, and mapping supply chain activities and their risks. At the initial stage, the identification of supply chain events is done by doing interviews and brainstorming. Then, these events are portrayed in the supply chain map. Then, the risk identification stage used a rating scale to determine the level of likelihood and consequence based on three SCOR elements. There are 40 risk events in this study which are 13 risk events in the source section, 19 risk events in the make section, and eight risk events in the delivery section. Finally, it is necessary to calculate the value of the Risk Priority Index (RPI). The RPI is the basis of the risk mapping stage. The risk map will show the urgency to treat each risk event

PERANAN PENGGUNAAN ALAT LABORATORIUM SEBAGAI MEDIA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SUHU

Abstract Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika adalah alat-alat yang tersedia di laboratorium.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada SMP Negeri 3 Langsa yang berjudul  “Peranan Penggunaan Alat Laboratorium Sebagai Media Dalam Pembelajaran Suhu Pada SMP Negeri 3 Langsa Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019”. Rumusan masalah: “Berperankah alat laboratorium sebagai media dalam pembelajaran Suhu Pada SMP Negeri 3 Langsa  Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019”. Tujuan penelitian: “ Untuk mengamati peranan alat laboratorium sebagai media dalam pembelajaran Suhu  pada SMP Negeri 3 Langsa  Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah, “Seluruh siswa kelas VII semester 1 tahun pembelajaran 2018/2019 SMP Negeri 3 Langsa sebanyak sepuluh kelas dengan jumlah  siswa 250 orang.  Sedangkan sampel kelas VII 1  dan Kelas VII 2  yaitu 62 orang.  Metode untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode “Metode eksperimentasi”.  Instrumen dalam penelitian ini  : adalah “Tes”, Metode pengolahan data digunakan “t-tes”, menurut Sudjana (2008:239), dirumuskan :                         Kesimpulan : berdasarkan uji-t  yang mempunyai nilai thitung > ttabel, atau 2,9  > 1,67, maka hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan : “ Bahwa alat laboratorium relatif berperan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran Suhu  SMP Negeri 3 Langsa  Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.  Kata Kunci: Alat Laboratorium, Media , Siswa   &nbsp

Utility of copeptin in acute myocardial infarction

Copeptin, a surrogate marker for vasopressin, is increased immediately following an acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In several studies, using a single multi-marker strategy, copeptin in combination with either conventional or high-sensitive troponin drawn at presentation of patients with AMI was able to rule out AMI with high negative predictive value (NPV). EFFECTIVE LEARNING STRATEGIES IN BASIC EDUCATION LEVELS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

Abstrak: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pelaksanaan pembelajaran efektif yang diterapkan di Sekolah Dasar pada masa pandemi COVID–19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang guru SD yang memenuhi kriteria untuk menjadi informan. Adapun teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuliatitaf dengan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran efektif di tengah situasi pandemi COVID–19 meliputi: (1) dilakukan secara luring (luar jaringan) di salah satu rumah siswa dengan cara membuat 2 kelompok dalam 1 kelas untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran luring tersebut; dan (2) dilakukan dengan sistem PTMT (Pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas) dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan.Abstract. This study aims to determine the effective learning implementation strategy implemented at the 90 Mattumpu State Elementary School during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a research with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 3 elementary school teachers who met the criteria to become informants.  The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The investigation/analysis of the data used qualitative analysis techniques with interactive models which included data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that effective learning strategies in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic situation at SD Negeri 90 Mattumpu include: (1) carried out offline (outside the network) in one of the students' homes by making 2 groups in 1 class to carry out offline learning ; and (2) carried out with the PTMT system (limited face-to-face learning) while still implementing health protocols

A newborn with diabetic ketoacidosis and thalassemia major: A rare case

Diabetic ketoacidosis is a systemic situation caused byabsolute insulin deficiency and characterized by hyperglycemia,ketonemia, acidemia, glycosuria and ketonuria.Thalassemia Major is a very serious hereditary blooddisorder due to low levels or absence of “beta globulin”chain, characterized by requiring a blood transfusion from3-4. month of life due to the relatively short life of red cells.We, herein presented a rare case of 20 day-old newbornwith anemia, hyperglycemia, vomiting, acidosis being diagnosedas thalassemia major that required blood transfusionin the early period of life and diabetic ketoacidosiswithout ketonuria who born from 24 year old father carrierof thalassemia and 23-year-old mother with carrier of thalassemiaand gestational diabetes.The case was presented in order to emphasize that diabeticketoacidosis can occur in newborns without ketonuriaand thalassemia major may cause anemia in the earlyperiod of life due to hyperglycemia and acidosis

PENDIDIKAN KECAKAPAN HIDUP PADA SEKOLAH DASAR BERBASIS KEWIRAUSAHAAN

Abstrak: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan kecakapan hidup pada jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar, utamanya terkait pendidikan kecapakan hidup yang berbasis kewirausahaan. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, kemudian dijabarkan dengan metode deskriptif. Informan dalam kajian ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar sebanyak 3 orang. Teknik penentuan informan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan ketentuan kriteria informan antara lain (1) berprofesi sebagai guru atau tenaga pengajar dengan masa kerja minimal 3 tahun dan (2) bertugas di jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar. Setelah dilakukan eksplorasi secara kualitatif, didapatkan hasil bahwa guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 72 Pakalu II belum memahami secara mendalam terkait dengan pendidikan kecakapan hidup berbasis kewirausahaan, dan juga belum menanamkan pendidikan kecakapan hidup khususnya yang terkait dengan kecakapan hidup general (GLS). Abstract:  This study aims to determine the implementation of life skills education at the elementary school level, especially related to entrepreneurship-based life skills education. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach, then described by a descriptive method. The informants in this study were teachers at the 72 Pakalu II State Elementary School in Maros Regency. The technique of determining the informants in this study used the purposive sampling method, with the provisions of the informant's criteria, including (1) having a profession as a teacher or teaching staff with a minimum period of 3 years of service and (2) serving at the elementary school education level. After conducting a qualitative exploration, it was found that the teachers at SD Negeri 72 Pakalu II did not understand in depth related to entrepreneurship-based life skills education, and also had not instilled life skills education, especially those related to general life skills (GLS)
