Comparative Criminal Law Policy Positives With Foreign Countries In The Criminal Law Prosecuting Perpetrators Of Criminal Acts Of A Child In Indonesia

In this study the issues to be discussed are: the policy positive criminal law in the prosecution of perpetrators of criminal acts of a child, criminal law policy of foreign countries in the prosecution of perpetrators of criminal acts of children and the barriers prosecutor in carrying out the task of prosecuting perpetrators of criminal acts of child and how the efforts countermeasures. The research method that will be used is the juridical sociological approach. In order to obtain primary data and secondary data that is accurate to the writing of this study, the data collection by means of a literature study to find materials relating to the principles and rules of law relating to criminal procedure law and the criminal justice system of children. Based on the results of this research is still fragmented between the investigator and the prosecutor so that ultimately the criminal justice system is not optimal child be a solution to cope with the child as a criminal. The issue of children as criminals not only be approached only by using purely legal approach, but also must use the instrument of social and economic approaches. That in conducting the prosecution against children, public prosecutors are often encountered problems due to its law system, the apparatus structure and legal culture. therefore it is necessary for the reconstruction of the criminal justice system of Indonesia, so it can be used as a reference for events that are special laws such as the juvenile justice system.Keywords: Comparative, Policy, Criminal Law

Execution Of Rights Under The Designation Of Liability By Auction Of State Court Of Pekalongan

"The Influence Service Quality of Tax Officers, Tax Socialization and Tax Supervision on Tax Compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tegal City". Thesis: Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasakti Tegal University, 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine service quality of tax officers the effect, tax socialization, and tax supervision partially and simultaneously on tax compliance for micro, small and medium enterprises. The method used in this research is descriptive method and uses a quantitative approach. This research uses primary data, in the form of questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis methods used are Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that, service quality of tax officers partially influences to tax compliance with a significant value of 0,000. Tax socialization has a partially effect on tax compliance with a significant value of 0,000, and tax supervision has a partially effect on tax compliance with a significant value of 0.004. As well as the service quality of tax officers, tax socialization, and tax supervision simultaneously affect tax compliance at a significant value of 0,000. The coefficient of determination test results obtained adjusted R square value of 0.716 or 71.6%. While the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study. LAPORAN INDIVIDU PRAKTIK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN (PPL) LOKASI SMA NEGERI 1 TEMPEL (Banjarharjo, Pondokrejo, Tempel, Sleman 55572) 10 AGUSTUS – 12 SEPTEMBER 2015

Kegiatan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan dalam membentuk calon guru atau tenaga kependidikan yang profesional. Untuk itu, kegiatan tersebut tentu saja bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa PPL untuk mempraktikan teoriteori yang telah diperoleh selama pembelajaran di kampus dan memberikan pengalaman kepada peserta PPL dalam pembelajaran dan manajerial di sekolah dalam rangka melatih dan mengembangkan kompetensi keguruan atau kependidikan. Tempat yang menjadi lokasi program PPL ini adalah di SMA Negeri 1 Tempel yang beralamat di Banjarharjo, Pondokrejo, Tempel, Sleman. Dalam pelaksanaan PPL yang bertempat di SMAN 1 Tempel, praktikan mengajarkan mata pelajaran Fisika kelas X-B, X-C, XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2, XII IPA 1, dan XII IPA 2 pada semester gasal. Persiapan mengajar yang dibutuhkan berupa observasi kelas, konsultasi dengan guru pembimbing, pembuatan RPP dan materi mengajar sekaligus pembuatan perangkat administrasi guru. Setiap kali praktek mengajar di lapangan praktikan membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) sebagai persiapan mengajar supaya lebih mudah dan lebih menguasai materi yang akan disampaikan kepada siswa. RPP Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan PPL di SMA Negeri 1 Prambanan yang dimulai dari tanggal 10 Agustus 2015 hingga 12 September 2015 ini antara lain mahasiswa dapat menerapkan dan mengembangkan kompetensi keguruan dan kependidikan yang diperoleh selama dibangku perkuliahan UNY. Dalam kegiatan PPL di SMA Negeri 1 Prambanan, penyusun mendapat kesempatan mengajar dikelas X-B, X-C, XI IPA 1, XI IPA 2, XII IPA 1, dan XII IPA 2. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PPL yaitu mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman nyata berkaitan dengan perencanaan, penulisan perangkat pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas.   This research is motivated by the learning outcomes of students who are less good in social studies learning. To improve the learning outcomes of the students, the researchers used a Problem Based Learning model. This Problem Based Learning learning model makes the problem as the main point in learning. The type of research used in this study is collaborative class action research (PTKK) adapted from Kemmis and Mc.Taggart model which is implemented for 2 cycles. Hail class action research states that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of fourth grade students UPT SD Negeri Kamulan 02 by 18% obtained from the first cycle of 61% and in the second cycle increased to 79%

KODE HERMENEUTIK PADA NOVEL ARUNA DAN LIDAHNYA KARYA LAKSMI PAMUNTJAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara objektif tentang aspek kode hermeneutik kajian semiotika Roland Barthes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bersifat kualitatif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Aruna dan Lidahnya karya laksmi Pamuntjak. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Deskripsi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kode-hermeneutik  yang muncul dalam novel  Aruna dan Lidahnya karya Laksmi Pamuntjak yaitu, 1) Enigma dan kisah yang ada di dalamnya membentuk sebuah ketegangan yang berasal dari kisah cinta Aruna dengan tokoh-tokoh yang ada didalamnya. 2) Enigma (teka-teki )mengenai makna “ Lidahnya” dalam novel Aruna dan Lidahnya  karya Laksmi Pamuntjak sesuai realitas dapat di artikan bahwa makna lidah adalah sebuah alat yang digunakan Aruna untuk mencicipi berbagai makanan pada saat kunjungan kerja

MEMBANGUN KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS DALAM PROSES BELAJAR MENGAJAR

There are some factors such as the learners, classroom, method, and teaching material that are needed to be considered in teaching and learning process. A teacher in a teaching and learning process or an instructor in a seminar needs to have serious attention on those factors to reach goals. There could be different method and communication ways for a lesson. Therefore, a teacher or an instructor needs to be smart in applying effective communication strategy to make the teaching and learning strategy optimal. A teacher or an instructor can apply an effective communication strategy in two ways. First, s/ he needs to apply the three - pattern of communication; one-way communication, two-way communication and multiple communication. Second, she needs to apply the The 5 Inevitable Laws of Effective Communication; respect, empathy, audible, clarity, humble, which is more famous with its acronyms REACH and it means to get or to gain something. Since the actual communication is basically the way to win others’ attention, love, interest, concern, sympathy, responsiveness, and positive answers.

PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR METODOLOGI PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI PGMI FITK UIN RADEN FATAH PALEMBANG

The aims of this study were (1) designing teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia"; (2) implementing valid operational procedures for teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia"; (3) carry out practical operational procedures for teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia", (4) analyze the effectiveness of teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia". Collecting research data using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Research and development of teaching materials "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia" uses the Tessmer development model. From the results of expert validation, one to one trials, and field trials at PGMI UIN RF Palembang, it was found that the teaching materials developed were valid and effective. The effectiveness of the use of "Metodologi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia" teaching materials can be seen in student learning outcomes. From the results of the evaluation, the mean value is greater than SKKNI, which is 83> 70 /

MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS III DI SDN 49 OKU PADA MATERI MEYAKINI ALLAH MAHA ESA MELALUI PENERAPAN METODE MAKE A MATCH

The purpose of this research was to find out whether there was an increase in the learning outcomes of grade 3 students at SDN 49 OKU in the material Believing in Allah Almighty after applying the Make A Match type of cooperative learning method. In the application of the Make A Match method to ongoing learning, the learning outcomes achieved by 3rd graders of SDN 49 OKU in the form of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities related to the subject matter of PAI Fear of God Almighty, showed an increase with the acquisition of a score from cycle I of 59 .2% and cycle II of 88.8%. This shows an increase from cycles I and II. These results indicate that classroom action research conducted from the initial conditions to the end of cycle II shows an increase in student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the Classroom Action research, it can be concluded that: There is an increase in the learning outcomes of grade 3 students at SDN 49 OKU in the material Believing in Allah Almighty after applying the Make A Match learning model
