    Agricultural products are types of products that have disadvantages, among others: perishable and short shelf life, especially for horticulture. These weaknesses cause horticultural products to require special treatment from pre-harvest to post-harvest so that the quality does not decrease. A decrease in product quality will affect its sale value in the market. However, special handling requires additional costs, so the amount of post-harvest handling must also consider the demand of the buyer.This research aims to find out and understand the best storage treatment for fruits and vegetables to maintain the physical condition of the products and marketing strategies in traditional and modern markets.Based on the results of research shows that most of the people of Serang City tend to prefer shopping in traditional markets, but most also choose to shop in traditional and modern markets, in their opinion it can be concluded that if they shop at traditional markets they can bargain from prices that have been set and they can also directly, whereas if in the modern market they can only see the prices available on the desired goods

Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian.     IN VIVO BIODISTRIBUTION OF 99mTc-MDP FOR EARLY OSTEOPOROSIS MONITORING IN OVARIECTOMIZED BALB/C MICE

    Technetium-99m Methylene Diphosphonate (99mTc-MDP) has been utilized in a variety of clinical situations to identify bone areas due to the strong affinity of hydroxyapatite crystals in the mineral phase of the bone with the diphosphonate compounds. Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by decreased bone mass and increased fracture risk and represents a significant population health issue. It has been observed that 99mTc-MDP can be used for bone scintigraphy especially in case of bone cancer, but biodistribution study of 99mTc-MDP on ovariectomized mice for early monitoring of osteoporosis model remains unclear. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the biodistribution of 99mTc-MDP both in normal and ovariectomized mice. The experiment was performed on BALB/c mice weighing approximately 30 g. Mice were divided into a normal and ovariectomized group. After the first, second and third hours, mice were euthanized using the accepted protocol and the tissue of interest was collected. All tissue and blood were weighed using an analytical scale and counted for radioactivity using Automatic Gamma Counter with NaI(Tl) detector. Administration of 99mTc-MDP showed in normal mice compared with an animal model of osteoporosis, there are significant differences at 1 hour post-injection from (20.32±1.38) %ID/g decreased to (7.42±2.61) %ID/g, 2 hours from (13.75±0.01) %ID/g to (5.25±0.25) %ID/g and 3 hours from (12.18±1.44)%ID/g to (4.86±1.34) %ID/g uptake in the bones with (p<0.05). This study can be a consideration for the clinical application of 99mTc-MDP for early detection of osteoporosis conditions by looking at bone uptake and become a concern in the application for bone scintigraphy if the patient is indicated osteoporosis because it will affect visualization of the organ

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran makanan tradisional keripik talas beneng&nbsp; khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.Karena selama ini para pelaku usaha keripik talas beneng yang ada di kabupaten Pandeglang masih kesulitan dalam proses pemasaran produknya.Metode yang di gunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan kekuatan,kelemahan,peluang dan ancaman dari produk keripik talas beneng itu sendiri.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pemasaran produk keripik talas beneng belum maksimal di Kabupaten Pandeglang.Dengan demikian perlu adanya penerapan bauran pemasaran yaitu : Produk,Harga,Promosi dan Tempat,diharapakan dengan penerpan bauran pemasaran tersebut bisa meningkatkan penjulalan produk keripik talas beneng yang merupakan makanan khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.his study aims to analyze the traditional food marketing strategy of Beneng Taro Chips typical of Pandeglang Regency. Because so far the business of Taro Beneng Chips business in Pandeglang Regency still faces difficulties in the product marketing process. The method used is a SWOT analysis with strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats from beneng taro chips products themselves. The results of this study indicate that the marketing process of benas taro chips products has not been maximized in Pandeglang Regency. Thus, it is necessary to apply the marketing mix, namely: Products, Prices, Promotions and Places, expected with the expansion of marketing mix This can increase the selling of beneng taro chips which is a typical food of Pandeglang Regency

    Marketing strategy is the means to communicate company goals with the direction to be taken to achieve goals to stakeholders or parties who have decisions in the company. So as the marketing strategy is a very important value to be applied by service and non-service companies to remain competitive.The purpose of this study was to identify and understand the implementation of marketing strategies in manufacturing companies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of case study research on the object of research using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique using the SWOT analysis technique (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat).The results showed that through the EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) analysis, a total score of 2.95 was obtained and the IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) analysis obtained a total score of 2.25. This strategy focuses on efforts to maintain the capabilities of the company and use them to seize the opportunities that exist. Market penetration and product development are strategies that are usually applied by companies in this position

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis factor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk dan harga kompetitif. Artikel ilmiah ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi kepustakaan, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Mengkaji buku-buku sastra yang sesuai dengan teori yang sedang dibahas, khususnya dalam konteks Manajemen Strategis. Ini termasuk melihat artikel ilmiah yang dihormati dan artikel ilmiah yang kurang dihormati dari jurnal. Mendeley dan Google Scholar berfungsi sebagai sumber untuk semua artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan pembahasan pada artikel ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
