The disciplinary regime in the Canary Islands about the collective agreements needs a
detailed study in order to understand how important it is for the work field. In the
following document we are going to compare the Disciplinary regime of collective
agreements in the Canary Islands: starting from the Statute of Workers Rights until the
pyramid that composes collective agreements And their levels: autonomous, provincial
and companies.
We will search and compare the differences, as well as the improvements that the
Collective Agreements and their particularities may have. What collective agreement is
more restrictive, and which is more permissive. To conclude we will analyse the
prescription, repetition and instruction that are given in them

Conceptions on the training of inspectors of education: an analysis from the perspective of Learning Ecologies
perceptions about opportunities, training preferences and the construction of
professional knowledge, which explicitly and tacitly conditions the performance of
work tasks. A greater understanding of how one learns leads to the acquisition of more
profuse learning, consequently, the analysis of conceptions cannot be ignored in the
research activity. The concept of Learning Ecologies encompasses conceptions in their intrinsic dimension; hence it has been the framework chosen to support this
research. Specifically, the conceptions about the training of 44 education inspectors
in Galicia are analyzed, using a quantitative methodological approach, articulated
through a questionnaire. The items were quantified using a Likert scale, highlighting
the statements for their high scores: "It is necessary to update the training offer" and
"Inspectors must make an effort to update to take advantage of the possibilities of
ICT". Finally, in the section related to the discussion and conclusions, the training
opportunities for education inspectors are analyzed, the relevance of the experience
and peer learning, as well as the contribution of technological resourcesS
Control of quality and silo storage of sunflower seeds using near infrared technology
89.4% en validación cruzadaThis work assesses the application of near infrared
spectroscopy technology for the quality control of
sunflower seeds direct from farmers and from a storage
silo. The results show that the analytical method
employing near infrared spectroscopy can be used as a
rapid and non-destructive tool for the determination of
moisture, fat and high/low oleic acid contents in samples
of sunflower seeds. The ranges obtained were comparable
to those reported for classic chemical methods, and were
between 4.6-21.4% for moisture; 38.4-49.6% for fat, and
60.0-93.1% for oleic acid expressed as percentage of
total fatty acids. A stepwise discriminant analysis was
performed to determine the most useful wavelengths for
classifying sunflower seeds in terms of their (high/low)
oleic acid composition. The discriminant model allows the
classification of sunflower seeds with high or low oleicacid contents, with a prediction rate of 90.5% for internal
validation and of 89.4% for cross-validatio
Impact of Conformational Effects on the Ring–Chain Equilibrium of Hydrogen-Bonded Dinucleosides
This is the peer reviewed version of the following article: Chemistry - A European Journal 24.46 (2018): 11983-11991, which has been published in final form at https://doi.org/10.1002/chem.201801704 . This article may be used for non-commercial purposes in accordance with Wiley Terms and Conditions for Use of Self-Archived VersionsSupramolecular ring-versus-chain equilibria are ubiquitous in biological and synthetic systems. Understanding the factors that decide whether a system will fall on one side or the other is crucial to the control of molecular self-assembly. This work reports results with two kinds of dinucleoside monomers, in which the balance between closed cycles and open polymers is found to depend on subtle factors that rule conformational equilibria, such as steric hindrance, intramolecular interactions, or π-conjugation pathwaysFunding from the European Research Council (ERC-StG 279548) and MINECO (CTQ2014-27729-P and CTQ2017-84727-P) is gratefully acknowledged (DGR). Catalyst- and solvent-free hydrophosphination and multicomponent hydrothiophosphination of alkenes and alkynes
The hydrophosphination of carbon–carbon multiple bonds has been generally performed under acid, base or metal catalysis in different solvents. Herein, alkyl and alkenyl tertiary phosphines are obtained by the addition of diphenylphosphine to alkenes and alkynes, respectively, in the absence of a solvent and a catalyst. In the presence of elemental sulfur, the corresponding alkyl and alkenyl tertiary phosphine sulfides are synthesized in a three-component process. These simple methods, which meet most of the principles of Green Chemistry, are highly regioselective towards the anti-Markovnikov products and diastereoselective towards the Z alkenyl phosphines. The mechanistic aspects of the reactions are also tackled and the efficiency of the latter is compared with that of the catalytic methods. This work was generously supported by the Spanish Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad (MINECO; CTQ2011-24151). Genetic and oceanographic tools reveal high population connectivity and diversity in the endangered pen shell Pinna nobilis
For marine meta-populations with source-sink dynamics knowledge about genetic connectivity
is important to conserve biodiversity and design marine protected areas (MPAs). We evaluate
connectivity of a Mediterranean sessile species, Pinna nobilis. To address a large geographical scale,
partial sequences of cytochrome oxidase I (COI, 590 bp) were used to evaluate phylogeographical
patterns in the Western Mediterranean, and in the whole basin using overlapping sequences from
the literature (243 bp). Additionally, we combined (1) larval trajectories based on oceanographic
currents and early life-history traits and (2) 10 highly polymorphic microsatellite loci collected in the
Western Mediterranean. COI results provided evidence for high diversity and low inter-population
differentiation. Microsatellite genotypes showed increasing genetic differentiation with oceanographic
transport time (isolation by oceanographic distance (IBD) set by marine currents). Genetic
differentiation was detected between Banyuls and Murcia and between Murcia and Mallorca. However,
no genetic break was detected between the Balearic populations and the mainland. Migration rates
together with numerical Lagrangian simulations showed that (i) the Ebro Delta is a larval source for
the Balearic populations (ii) Alicante is a sink population, accumulating allelic diversity from nearby
populations. The inferred connectivity can be applied in the development of MPA networks in the
