PENERAPAN MODIFIKASI (DRIBBLE DAN BOLA SEJENIS) PADA PERMAINAN BOLA BASKET UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA KONSENTRASI PADA ANAK AUTIS (Studi pada Siswa SD Inklusi Galuh Handayani Surabaya)
Abstrak
Anak autis sering mengalami kesulitan dalam berkosentrasi maupun memusatkan perhatiannya, salah satunya dikarena tidak ada kontak mata sehngga mengganggu proses belajar dan kehidupan manusia. Bagaimana kemampuan daya kosentrasi anak autis? Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan daya konsentrasi pada anak autis dengan modifikasi permainan bola basket. Jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan subjek tunggal (SSR) desain A-B. Subjek adalah satu anak autis di SD Inklusi Galuh Handayani Surabaya yang terbiasa melakukan perilaku stimulasi diri yaitu melamun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata anak dapat berkonsentrasi dalam waktu 10 menit pada fase baseline (A1) dengan total durasi 105-132 detik. Hasil kegiatan modifikasi permainan bola basket dapat meningkatkan daya konsentrasi pada anak autis yang sebelumnya dilakukan dengan total durasi 105-132 detik mengalami peningkatan yaitu total durasi 187-250 detik dalam waktu 10 menit. Kemampuan daya konsentrasi pada anak autis dapat ditingkatkan dengan memberikan treatment yang sesuia dengan karakteristik anak, dengan demikian akan memberikan hasil yang maksimal kepada anak meskipun anak tidak dapat berkonsentrasi seperti manusia yong normal. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini memberikan treatment yang berupa modifikasi permainan bola basket kepada anak autis yang tergolong tingkat autis ringan, agar anak belajar untuk memusatkan perhatiannya kepada satau objek (benda) dalam kurun waktu yang begitu lama dan mengurangi kebiasaan anak autis yang suka melamun.

Abstract
Children with autism have difficulties in both concentration and attention focused, one of the reason is there is no eye contact that can disturb learning process and human living. How is concentration ability of children with autism? The purpose of this research is knowing concentration ability phases of children with autism by implementation of basketball game modification. The experiment type of this research is Subject Single Research (SSR) with A-B design. The subject of this research is one student with autism in SD Inklusi Galuh Handayani Surabaya which is used to do stimulation behavior which is daydreaming.
The result of this research shows that the student is on average phase to concentrate in ten minutes on baseline phase (A1) with duration total 105-132 seconds. The result of basketball game modification can increase the concentration ability of children with autism which is previously done with duration total 105-132 seconds showing improvement with duration total 187-250 seconds in 10 minutes.
Concentrarion ability of children with autism can be increased by giving appropriate treatment with children characteristic. Therefore, this treatment can give maximal result for the childrean although children can not concentrate as normal human being. Then, this research gives treatment which is basketball game modification for children with autism who is low autism phase, in order that children learn to focus their attention to one object (thing) in long duration and decrease their daydreaming habit.

Banyak siswa yang salah paham tentang materi yang berkaitan dengan pecahan. Saat mempelajari pecahan, siswa Kelas IV menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran didaktis dan epistemologis. Tidak sedikit siswa kelas IV SDIT AR-RASYID Cikajang yang memerlukan remediasi saat ujian karena kurangnya keahlian pecahan di kelas matematikanya. Pengajaran yang berpusat pada guru, sehingga sangat mengurangi jumlah partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep pecahan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa hanya 40% siswa yang mencapai KKM, 60% siswa pada siklus I, dan 80% siswa pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman materi pecahan. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konten yang berhubungan dengan pecahan

Induction Strategies for Interferon-α2B Production in Periplasmic Space of Escherichia Coli
Interferon-α2b (IFN-α2b) is a member of cytokine family with the ability to induce antiproliferative, antiviral, antineoplastic and immunomodulating activities. It is
frequently used in the treatments of gastrointestinal tract diseases, various cancers and chronic hepatitis B. Due to its diagnostic and therapeutic potentials the production of IFN-α2b in large quantities is required to meet the demands from research, clinical and industrial applications. This study was carried out to enhance the production of recombinant IFN-α2b in the periplasmic space of E. coli using the recombinant E. coli Rosetta-gami 2(DE3) harboring the plasmid pET26b-IFN-α2b.
In this study, different induction parameters (temperature, IPTG concentration, point of induction and post induction time) were analyzed and optimized during induction
for optimal periplasmic IFN-α2b production. Further analysis was done on the effect of pH medium on IFN-α2b production in different fractions.
Preliminary screening performed on four induction parameters shows that only three parameters (temperature, IPTG concentration and point of induction) improved the IFN-α2b production. These parameters were optimized individually by narrowing the working range as follows: temperature from 16°C to 30°C, IPTG lower than 2 mM,
and induction point between early-log phase and mid-log phase on the growth curve of E. coli. A response surface methodology (RSM) based on a central composite
design was used to optimize the induction parameters. The proposed induction strategy consisted of three optimized parameters: i) induction point at A600 of 4, ii)
IPTG strength at 0.05 mM, and iii) induction temperature at 25°C. The strategy yielded 1.21 μg/mL of IFN-α2b, which represents 82% of the soluble IFN-α2b that was successfully transferred to the periplasmic space of E. coli after 18 h of induction.
A study on the effect of pH on IFN-α2b production in different fractions reveals that the highest yield was obtained at pH 7 with a high buffering capacity (0.2 M). At this pH, a higher IFN-α2b production was obtained in the periplasmic fraction. Whereas, the amount of inclusion bodies formed was reduced. This was evident by the lack of
aggregated materials in the cytoplasm of E. coli observed under the electron microscope. This study also proved that the suitable buffering capacity would maintain the pH of media during fermentation.
Finally, when the optimized induction parameters with the appropriate media pH was applied, the total IFN-α2b obtained was 1.43 μg/mL, a 86.9-fold increase in
productivity compared to the IFN-α2b produced under non-optimal condition (16.26ng/mL). Thus, proper optimization of fermentation conditions was proved useful to improve the production of periplasmic IFN-α2b in E. coli
TEACHING VOCABULARY USING FLASHCARD TO YOUNG LEARNER
This research entitled “ teaching vocabulary using flashcard to young learners†is a study to investigate the influence of using flashcard in teaching vocabulary to students of grade four in elementary school. This study was done using pre-experimental research. There are three steps in doing research design. First, the writer gave pretest to the students of elementary school grade two as the dependent variable. Second, the writer implicate the treatment to the subjects by teaching vocabulary using flashcard. Final steps, the writer gave subjects posttest. The results of the research showed that there is an improvement in student’s vocabulary mastery after the students were thought vocabulary mastery using flashcard. The students of elementary school grade two could memorize and understand easily and they were encouraged to learn English. Thus, the researcher could conclude that using flashcard in teaching vocabulary to the students grade two is recommended as teaching program to learn English.Keywords: teaching vocabulary, flashcard, young learner

Character is an important thing that must exist in every human being. Because humans who havecharacter will be able to bring themselves to participate actively in society and be able to contributeto the development of the nation and state to be more advanced. In addition, good character canlead a person to have a good personality and also be useful for the people around him. This thesisaims to determine the concept of character education according to Ki Hajar Dewantara. As we knowthat Ki Hajar Dewantara is a national education figure and is known as the Father of Education.This thesis uses a qualitative descriptive approach and the type of research used is library research.This research is sourced from primary and secondary data sources. Primary data is the main andimportant data that is directly related to the thoughts of the characters. The primary data sourcecomes from the book by Ki Hajar Dewantara. While secondary data is an indirect source of data,in the form of library materials that have the same study produced by other thinkers. The secondarydata comes from books, journals and articles related to character education according to Ki HajarDewantara. The data collection technique is carried out by collecting data from the exploration oflibrary materials both from primary and secondary data sources which are studied holistically, thenanalyzed based on a certain framework of thinking or theory/philosophical paradigm that underliesit, while the data analysis used is content analysis ( content analysis). The results of this study can beconcluded that the concept of character education according to Ki Hajar Dewantara is a concept thatuses an approach to the soul of the learner, without going through coercion and based on the nature ofnature. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Dealer Motor Honda Cabang Bintaro Tangerang Selatan
Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Dealer Motor Honda Tangerang Selatan.Metode. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli pada Dealer Motor Honda Tangerang Selatan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 98 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS.Hasil. Terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian Motor Di Dealer Motor Honda Cabang Bintaro Tangerang Selatan. Indikator yang memiliki kontribusi paling besar terhadap kualitas pelayanan adalah indikator berwujud dengan nilai loading faktor sebesar 0,880. Sedangkan pada variabel keputusan pembelian indikator yang paling memberikan kontribusi adalah indikator pencarian informasi sebesar 0,700.Implikasi. Hendaknya pihak dealer perlu meningkatkan aspek berwujud atau bukti fisik yang meliputi sarana dan prasarana gedung serta peningkatan pada indikator pencarian informasi dalam hal ini memperbanyak iklan dan sumber informasi lainnya guna meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen
The impact of personality trait on the relationship of emotional intelligence and self-esteem
Fundamental science of psychology often rooted in diversity theory that touching reality of human and humanity. Theoretical solution alone may not be able to unlock the psychological issues because it is closely related to affective, cognitive and human behaviour in the workplace. In this study, the issues in the workplace are referring to personality, emotional intelligence and self-esteem of employees. The specific purpose of this study was to test the effect of extraversion personality as a moderator towards the relationship of emotional intelligence and self-esteem of employees. A total of 196 civil servants in the Local Authority (LA) have been selected as respondents. Measurement tools that used is Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised Short Form (EPQR-S), Emotional Intelligence Self-Description Inventory (EISDI), and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). The data was analysed by using the hierarchical regression analysis. The finding shows that the two hypotheses are accepted. From this analysis as well, there was a moderating effect of extraversion personality on the relationship between emotional intelligence (perception and appraisal of emotion, and understanding emotions) with self-esteem of employees. The most important finding shows that extraversion personality serves as moderator when the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-esteem are enhanced if extraversion were on a high level. This is compared with the low levels of extraversion personality that causing on relationship of emotional intelligence with self-esteem more weaker

STUDENTS’ RESPONSE TO SMALL GROUP DISCUSSION TECHNIQUE IN TEACHING READING COMPREHENSION
The purpose of this study was to determine the students' response towards the teaching of reading comprehension using small group discussion. This research involved seventh grade students of a junior high school in Bogor consisting of 28 students. The research used the descriptive qualitative method. To get the data, the researchers used the questionnaire. The assessment of the questionnaire grids were attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction. The result showed that the average index score was 81.93 based on the interval chart 80% - 100% this score was very good. It could be concluded that students gave positive response to the use of small group discussion technique
