    Enrichment of Heavy Metals by Casuarina equisetifolia of Different Stand Ages

    为认识木麻黄(Casuarina equisetifolia)防护林带重金属消减效应,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定了福建省平潭国有防护林场林龄分别为5,15,20,30年的木麻黄小枝、细根、凋落物及林地土壤中5种重金属(Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb)的含量.结果表明:平潭木麻黄林地土壤重金属Cr、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量均低于福建省土壤和福建海岸带土壤的重金属含量背景值,未发现重金属污染;木麻黄Cr、Cd和Zn的平均含量高出普通植物的正常值范围,木麻黄中重金属含量依Zn>Cr>Pb>Cu>Cd顺序降低;木麻黄细根中的重金属含量最高,且细根对重金属的富集系数也最高;木麻黄对Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd的富集系数均大于1;木麻黄细根中Zn、Cu元素含量显著正相关;小枝对Cr、Cd和Pb,细根对Zn的富集系数均与林龄极显著正相关;木麻黄现存生物量中,Cr、Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb的现存储量分别为3.06~3.46 kg/hm2,1.14~1.57kg/hm2,11.67~12.57 kg/hm2,0.05~0.09 kg/hm2和0.45~1.84 kg/hm2,且主要存在于根和树干中;随着林龄的增加,木麻黄积累大量的重金属,并达到其峰值.综上所述,木麻黄防护林在防风固沙的同时,能够吸收富集大量的重金属,对海岸带的重金属污染具有明显的消减作用.Casuarina equisetifolia is the key species in the seashore shelter belt in Fujian Province.It is necessary to assess enrichment of heavy metals by C. equisetifolia.Concentrations of heavy metals,including Cr,Cu,Zn,Cd and Pb,in branchlet,fine root,litter and soil of C.equisetifolia in 4 ages( 5,15,20,30 a) were determined.There was no heavy metal pollution in the shelter belt soil. The results showed that the content of the heavy metals in C. equisetifolia could be ranked from high to low as Zn>Cr>Pb>Cu>Cd.The heavy metal content of the fine root was significantly higher than the other parts,and the concentration coefficient of the fine root was also the highest in C. equisetifolia.There was a significant positive correlation between the content of Zn and Cu in the fine root. The concentration coefficients of Cr,Cd,Pb in branchlet,and the concentration coefficient of Zn in the fine root were significantly correlated with stand age.Existing reserves of Cr,Cu,Zn,Cd and Pb were 3. 06-3. 46 kg / hm2,1. 14-1. 57 kg/hm2,11. 67-12. 57 kg/hm2,0. 05-0. 09 kg/hm2,0. 45-1. 84 kg/hm2.     介绍在JF-10氢氧爆轰驱动高焓激波风洞中开展再人流场红外辐射测量的实验技术。风洞试验状态的驻室总压为19.6MPa,驻室总温为7920K。实验以球头钝锥体为试验模型,测量其近尾流红外辐射能量通量的横向分布。测量采用插入式锑化铟多元红外成像系统,波段范围为2.27-6.0μm。试验数据呈现明显的规律性。试验结果表明:利用这一测量技术能够提供高焓条件下有较高空间分辨率的、较为准确的红外实验数据

    研究了施用氮肥和磷肥对短枝木麻黄幼苗总酚(TOTAl PHEnOlICS,TP)和可溶性缩合单宁(EXTrACTAblE COndEnSEd TAnnIn,ECT)含量的影响,探讨短枝木麻黄单宁形成的养分效应.结果表明:施加氮肥使短枝木麻黄幼苗小枝的TP和ECT含量显著降低,支持碳氮平衡假说和生长分化平衡假说,但对氮含量没有显著影响,从而导致TP/n和ECT/n降低;施加磷肥对TP和ECT含量没有显著影响;随着处理时间的延长,短枝木麻黄幼苗小枝TP含量升高了9.91%~14.32%,而ECT含量降低了14.32%~298.88%;TP或ECT与有机物质含量的关系则相反,表明不同类型单宁的合成途径不同,但由于TP和ECT均与氮含量无显著相关性,故不支持蛋白质竞争模型;在贫瘠土壤条件下,TP/n和ECT/n的水平较高,有利于提高短枝木麻黄的防御水平,降低凋落物的分解率,减少养分损失,从而保持较高的生产力.This paper studied the effects of nitrogen-and phosphorus fertilization on the total phenolics(TP) and extractable condensed tannin(ECT) contents in the branchlets of Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings,aimed to approach the nutrient effect on tannin production.Under nitrogen fertilization,the TP and ECT contents decreased significantly,which supported the hypotheses of carbon-nitrogen balance(CNB) and growth-differentiation balance(GDB),but the plant nitrogen content had less change,resulting in the decrease of TP/N and ECT/N ratios.Phosphorus fertilization had no significant effects on the TP and ECT production.With prolonged treatment time,the TP content in the branchlets of C.equisetifolia seedlings increased by 9.91%-14.32%,but the ECT content decreased by 14.32%-298.88%.The TP and ECT had opposite relationships with organic matters content,showing that different types of tannin had different biosynthetic pathways.However,both TP and ECT had no significant correlation with nitrogen content,and thus,the protein competition model(PCM) was not supported.Under nutrient-poor condition,the TP/N and ECT/N ratios were relatively high,which would be beneficial for the improvement of defense ability,the decrease of litter decomposition ratio and nutrient loss,and the maintenance of high productivity of C.equisetifolia plantations.国家“十一五”科技支撑计划项目(2006BAD03A14-01);国家林业局南方山地用材林培育重点实验室和福建省森林培育与林产品加工利用重点实验室项目资

The effect of MN/bpy malononitrile/2,2′-bipyridine additives on the control of molecular weight is explored. It was found that styrene polymerization was distinctly accelerated by MN/bpy additives and the theoretic molecular weight tallie well with the experimental molecular weight. Using the additives in a 1∶1.2 molar mixture of BPO and TEMPO with molbpy∶mol TEMPO = 2∶1 , molMN ∶mol TEMPO = 2. 5 at 135 ℃, the conversion of the styrene polymerization reached 85 % , the polydispersitics is below 1.5 and the difference between the theoretic molecular weight and the experimental molecular weight was cont roled below 20 %.固体表面物理化学国家重点实验室基金资助项目 (1130

    Microbial Transformation of Gypenoside from Gynostemma pentaphyllum by Aspergullus glaucus and Its Biological Activities

    以福建绞股蓝[Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb)Makino]为材料,经乙醇提取和正丁醇萃取获得绞股蓝皂苷,利用灰绿曲霉(Aspergullus glaucus)微生物转化绞股蓝皂苷,通过测定绞股蓝皂苷和灰绿曲霉转化产物的抗癌、抗酪氨酸酶和抗氧化活性,比较绞股蓝皂苷经微生物转化修饰前后生物活性的差异.结果表明:灰绿曲霉转化产物对肝癌细胞SMMC7721有体外抑制作用,半抑制质量浓度(IC50)为91.66μg/m L,而绞股蓝皂苷抗癌效果不强;绞股蓝皂苷对蘑菇酪氨酸酶活力具有较强的抑制作用,IC50为0.14 mg/m L,其抑制作用属于可逆抑制,抑制类型为混合型抑制作用,而灰绿曲霉转化产物抗蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性较弱;绞股蓝皂苷和灰绿曲霉转化产物分别在0.2和2 mg/m L质量浓度下对DNA氧化损伤有保护作用.研究结果说明绞股蓝皂苷经微生物修饰后,抗癌效果增强,对蘑菇酪氨酸酶抑制作用和DNA氧化损伤保护作用减弱.该研究结果可为利用微生物转化法筛选抗癌绞股蓝皂苷奠定基础.Gynostemma pentaphyllum in Fujian Province was used as the material in this research.Gypenoside was extracted with ethanol and n-butyl alcohol. Gypenoside was microbially transformed by Aspergullus glaucus. The abilities of anticancer,anti-tyrosinase and anti-oxidation in gypenoside and transformation products were measured in our study.The difference of bioactivity between gypenoside and microbially transformed gypenoside was compared.The result showed that the products of transformation by A. glaucus affected the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC7721 with half maximal inhibitory concentration( IC50) values of 91. 66 μg/m L,but the anticancer activity of gypenoside was very weak.Gypenoside had strong inhibition to the mushroom tyrosinase. The value of IC50 was 0. 14 mg / m L. Moreover,the products of transformation by A. glaucus showed little anti-tyrosinase acti-vity.The kinesis study showed that the inhibition of gypenoside to mushroom tyrosinase was reversible and inhibition types were mixed. Gypenoside exhibited the active protective effect on H2O2-induced oxidative-stress damage at the concentration of 0. 2 mg / m L,and the products of transformation by A. glaucus were at 2 mg / m L.
