    河南省新密市不良妊娠结局的分布和危险因素分析

    目的了解河南省新密市孕产妇不良妊娠结局的发生现状,并探究其影响因素。方法收集2015年1月-2017年4月在河南省新密市妇幼保健院进行孕检的孕早期孕妇3 124名,收集其人口学特征、既往妊娠史和本次妊娠情况,并随访其妊娠结局,分析不良妊娠结局发生率及其影响因素。结果不良妊娠结局的发生率为14.82%,不良妊娠结局排名前3位:巨大儿(8.19%)、早产(4.36%)和低出生体质量儿(2.67%)。有宫外孕史(OR=2.70,95%CI:1.16~6.29)、体质量指数(BMI)≥24 kg/m~2(OR=1.50,95%CI:1.21~1.88)和居住地为城市(OR=1.27,95%CI:1.03~1.56)是不良妊娠结局的危险因素。结论河南省新密市孕产妇不良妊娠结局的发生率处于较高水平,有宫外孕史、BMI≥24 kg/m~2和居住地为城市增加了不良妊娠结局的发生风险,需加强对该人群的孕前保健教育,以降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,改善母婴健康状况。中国博士后科学基金资助项目(2016M592093

    Fas ligand and Anti-human DR5 monoclonal antibody induce tumor cell lines apoptosis

    目的探讨FasL、Anti-DR5mAb对肿瘤细胞Hela、BGC823、MCF-7、L342、H9101、D6的杀伤作用及机制。方法采用RT-PCR、MTT比色法、电泳、DNA倍体分析、Westernblot等方法。结果H9101、Hela细胞株DR5mRNA水平有表达,D6细胞无表达;H9101、L342细胞株FasmRNA水平有表达,D6细胞无表达。H9101、L342细胞株对FasL、Anti-DR5mAb敏感并呈剂量依赖性;MCF-7、BGC823细胞株对FasL敏感,对Anti-DR5mAb相对敏感。Hela对FasL相对敏感,对Anti-DR5mAb敏感;D6对两种凋亡诱导剂耐受。结论FasL、Anti-DR5mAb能不同程度地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,其机制与Fas、DR5、Caspase-8、Bcl-2的表达有关。 【英文摘要】 Objective:To study the cytotoxic effects on tumor cell lines Hela,BGC823,MCF-7,L342,H9101,D6 induced by Fas ligand and anti-human DR5 monoclonal antibodies(Anti-DR5 mAb) and the underlying mechanism.Methods:Fas/DR5 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR. Cytotoxicity exerted by FasL/Anti-DR5 mAb on tumor cell lines was measured by MTT colorimetry and the induced apoptosis was determined by agarose gel electrophoresis.Results:The expression of DR5 on BGC823 and Hela cells were higher and DR5 didn’t express in D6.     Solving Euler equations via two-stage nonparametric penalized splines

    动态随机一般均衡(DSGE)和资本资产定价模型是近年来在宏观经济学和宏观金融市场研究中广泛采用的模型方法。DSGE模型要求对未知政策函数(比如价格红利比率等)进行计算求解,从而得到模型结论和政策建言。然而,现有的经济、金融文献大多在金融数据服从某些特定概率分布的假设下,依赖数值方法来对DSGE模型做近似求解,而这会带来模型误设和近似误差问题。这种模型误设和近似误差可能会严重影响到求解动态均衡结果的有效性和可信度。该文首次提出运用非参数估计方法对DSGE模型中的政策函数进行求解,从而替代传统的近似求解法,这克服了过去文献存在的模型误设和近似误差的问题。该文是洪永淼教授牵头,以厦门大学为依托单位,联合中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院共同立项的“计量建模与经济政策研究”国家自然科学基础科学中心项目的阶段性成果。【Abstract】This study proposes a novel estimation-based approach to solving asset pricing models for both stationary and time-varying observations. Our method is robust to misspecification errors while inheriting a closed-form solution. By representing the Euler equation into a well-posed integral equation of the second kind, we propose a penalized twostage nonparametric estimation method and establish its optimal convergence under mild conditions. With the merit of penalized splines, our estimate is less sensitive to the spline setting and we also design a fast data-driven algorithm to effectively tune the key smoother, i.e. the penalty amount. Our approach exhibits excellent finite sample performance. Using the US data from 1947 to 2017, we reinvestigate the return predictability and find that the estimated implied dividend yield significantly predicts lower future cash flows and higher interest rates at short horizons.Hong's research is supported by National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) (No. 71988101), which is the Basic Scientific Center Project entitled as Econometric Modelling and Economic Policy Studies.     Analysis of DcR3 in rat model of adjuvant arthritis

    目的研究诱骗受体DcR3对佐剂型关节炎(AA)大鼠模型的作用及其机理。方法注射弗式完全佐剂建立大鼠佐剂型关节炎(AA)模型,尾静脉注射DcR3蛋白,观察大鼠关节肿胀度、间接ELISA检测血清和滑膜液中细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-α、IFN-γ的变化。RT-PCR检测滑膜和淋巴细胞中DcR3、Fas、FasL mRNA的表达以及脾脏中TGF-β、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-10 mRNA的表达。Western blot分析滑膜细胞中Caspase-8、Caspase-3、Caspase-9、Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果DcR3治疗AA大鼠后,足肿胀度降低;血液和滑膜液的IL-1β、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平下降;脾脏中TGF-β、IFN-γ、TNF-αmRNA表达下调,IL-4、IL-10 mRNA表达上调;滑膜细胞中Caspase-8、Caspase-3蛋白表达上调,Bcl-2蛋白表达下调。结论DcR3可以用于实验性大鼠AA的治疗,其治疗机制与调节滑膜细胞FasL、Fas mRNA的表达和血液淋巴细胞中Fas mRNA的表达,促进滑膜细胞和自身反应性淋巴细胞的凋亡;调节脾脏细胞Th1/Th2细胞因子... 【英文摘要】 Objective To study the immunoregulatory mechanisms of DcR3 on rats adjuvant arthritis(AA).Methods AA was induced by complete freund s adjuvant(CFA)in rats,and the rats were injected subcutaneously with DcR3.The perimeters of rat hind soles were measured before and after the injection of CFA.The pathological changes of inflammatory knee joints were observed under optical microscope.The changes of IL-1β,TNF-α,and IFN-γ in serum and synovial liquid were detected by indirect ELISA,respectively.The DcR3,Fas,and ...厦门大学科研启动基金(Z03103

    丹参活性成分靶点分子网络的生物信息学预测

    目的:采用整合生物信息学方法预测丹参治疗心血管疾病的潜在机制。方法:从PubChem数据库中搜索丹参靶标蛋白,从NCBI数据库中搜索心血管疾病相关基因,利用IPA比较、分析搜索结果,预测丹参治疗心血管疾病的交互作用分子网络。结果:丹参治疗心血管疾病的靶标蛋白主要有FASN、 PAFAH1B2、PLA2G7、PAFAH1B3和IL-1β,这些蛋白主要涉及LXR/RXR活化、动脉粥样硬化、肝纤维化/肝星形细胞活化、急性反应期信号、FXR/RXR活化等信号传导通路;交互作用分子网络主要涉及细胞运动、免疫细胞运输、血液系统发育,参与DNA的复制、重组和修复等。结论:预测了丹参治疗心血管疾病的几个蛋白质靶点以及参与的信号途径;整合生物信息学方法可以用于分析小分子化学成分的作用机制
