    Effects of benzo(a)pyrene exposure on aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase activities in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris

    研究了苯并 (a)芘 (BaP)胁迫下大弹涂鱼肝脏芳烃羟化酶 (AHH)活性的变化 ,结果显示 :BaP对大弹涂鱼肝脏AHH活性总体表现为显著的诱导作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中BaP暴露的浓度及时间是影响AHH活性的重要因素。 0 .0 5mg·L-1浓度的BaP暴露对AHH活性无显著影响 ,而 0 .2mg·L-1和 0 .5mg·L-1浓度组AHH活性则显著被诱导 (P <0 .0 1)。随着暴污时间的延长 ,0 .2mg·L-1浓度组AHH活性被显著诱导 (P <0 .0 1) ,而 0 .5mg·L-1组AHH活性则相对稳定。对AHH活性变化的剂量 效应关系进行回归分析的结果表明 ,0 .5mg·L-1浓度组暴露 7d时 ,AHH活性受到一定程度的抑制。污染解除后 ,0 .5mg·L-1浓度组AHH活性显著降低 ,恢复至与对照组相近 ,表明大弹涂鱼肝脏仍具有较强的生理调节机能 ,同时也表明AHH活性可及时反映环境中BaP的水平。以上这些结果表明AHH适于作为大弹涂鱼受BaP胁迫的生物指标。Changes of aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase(AHH) activities in the liver of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris with benzo(a)pyrene(BaP) exposure were detected in experimental condition. The results showed that the activities of AHH were significantly induced by BaP(P<0.01). Factors including BaP concentration and exposure time had important effect on AHH activities. The activities of AHH decreased to the control level after BaP was removed. It turned out that the physiological modulatary mechanism was still exist in the liver of B. pectinirostris and the activities of AHH could reflect the level of BaP in the environment.     [中文文摘]用高速碰撞共沉淀法制备m(CuO) /m(ZnO) /m(Al2 O3 )比分别为 60 /3 0 /1 0和 3 0 /60 /1 0的 1 #和 2 #催化剂 ,结果表明高ZnO的 2 #催化剂活性较好 ,分散度较大。XPS测试表明 2 #催化剂表面ZnO吸附的中间体 (CHx 或CHxO)较多且表面的Cu+1浓度较高 ,从而促进CO加氢合成甲醇的活性。[英文文摘]Cu/ZnO/Al_2O_3 catalysts with ratios of 60/30/10 and 30/60/10 have been prepared by high speed collision coprecipitation method. The performance of the catalyst with the higher ZnO content shows the higher activity in methanol synthesis. The characterization results indicated that the catalyst with the higher ZnO content has higher dispersion.     以硝酸镍为前驱盐,商品SiO2为载体,采用氨水辅助浸渍法通过改变n(NH3)/n(Ni)制备了系列Ni/SiO2催化剂,并将其应用于甲烷二氧化碳重整(DRM)制合成气反应,实验结果表明:在浸渍过程中加入氨水可显著改善Ni/SiO2的DRM反应活性、稳定性和抗积碳性。进一步的表征结果表明,随着氨水添加量的增加,催化剂活性相分散度提高,当n(NH3)/n(Ni)≥6后,经800℃焙烧后催化剂上NiO物种的平均粒径小于5nm。通过改变氨水,SiO2,前驱盐的浸渍顺序发现只有用硝酸镍与一定浓度的氨水配成的混合溶液浸渍SiO2才能获得具有良好分散度的Ni/SiO2催化剂。氨水与Ni形成镍氨络合物能够避免在浸渍过程中生成Ni(OH)2沉淀,进而有利于Ni物种在SiO2表面的均匀分散。氨水所形成的碱性环境还可使载体表面Si-O物种部分溶解或“软化”,进而促进Ni物种与载体表面Si-O物种的相互作用,在后续的焙烧过程中生成与SiO2具有较强相互作用的镍物种以及表面镍硅酸盐物种。这些物种具有良好的抗烧结性能,可防止Ni物种在高温下团聚并在600℃以上通H2还原后得到分散性良好且具有较强抗烧结性能的的金属Ni颗粒

    nOX是造成大气污染的化学物质之一,因此,消除nOX是环境保护的一项重要任务.目前比较成熟的消除nOX工艺是用氨为还原剂和V2O5/TIO2为催化剂的选择催化还原(SCr)法[1],但其成本过高.其后发展了用CH4等低碳烷烃作还原剂,在O2共存下用C...The Face centered cubic(Fcc) phases of n (Er 2O 3)/ n (Bi 2O 3)=5% ̄40%, molar Fraction) which is an oxygen ion conductor were prepared.The decomposition of NO over these Er 2O 3/Bi 2O 3 catalysts was examined by means of temperature programmed surFace reaction.The results showed that the surFace adsorbed NO decomposed to N 2 and O 2 at ca.600 ℃.The plot of NO conversion and Er composition showed that there was an optimum decomposition rate at ca.23%(molar Fraction).Comparing to the data of conductivity, one can conclude that the rate of NO decomposition increases with the increase in the number of oxygen vacancies.This has been contributed to the similar electronic structure between O 2 and NO.国家自然科学基金;香港研究基
