    代谢中间物对斜生栅藻叶绿素荧光特性以及油脂积累的研究

    为了研究代谢中间物(柠檬酸与苹果酸)的添加对斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus XJ002)光合效率以及胞内油脂积累的影响,研究了代谢中间物的添加对XJ002藻株生物量、光合色素、叶绿素荧光特性以及胞内总脂含量的影响。结果表明:添加高浓度代谢中间物导致藻细胞生物量与光合色素含量显著下降,损坏藻细胞光系统II反应中心供体侧的放氧复合体(OEC)结构,抑制光系统II反应中心受体侧电子传递活性。当柠檬酸与苹果酸处理浓度为0.15 g/L时,XJ002藻株胞内总脂含量是对照组的1.85倍和1.34倍。高浓度代谢中间物的添加,显著提高了XJ002藻株胞内总脂含量,与苹果酸相比,柠檬酸的添加效果更佳。国家自然科学基金(41666007);;内蒙古自治区科技计划项目(201601061);;内蒙古科技大学大学生创新基

    Determination of Lead Content in Standard Materials of Lake Sediment and Tea by ID-ICP-MS

    采用2种微波消解体系(HNO3-H2O2和HNO3-H2O2-HF)及3种定量模式(同位素稀释法、标准工作曲线法和标准加入法),对沉积物和茶叶标准物质中的铅进行测定,结果表明:同位素稀释质谱法的各项检测指标显著优于其它两种定量模式(茶叶中铅含量测定值为4.30μg/g),标准加入法次之(3.75μg/g),标准工作曲线法较差(3.61μg/g)。二种微波消解体系中,加HF酸优于不加HF酸,不加HF,茶叶中铅的回收率仅有89%,加入HF则上升为98%。Three different quantitative modes,namely external calibration,standard addition and isotope diluˉtion were compared for the determination of lead contents in lake sediment and tea standard materials with two digestion systems.The results showed that the isotope dilution gave the highest accuracy and precision in comˉparison with the other two modes.But the results were affected by the digestion system.For example,the reˉcoveries of lead content for tea were98%and89%for HNO 3 -H 2 O 2 -HF and HNO 3 -H 2 O 2 digesting sysˉtem,respectively.福建省重大科技项目子课题(2003Y005-04);; 厦门大学现代分析科学教育部重点实验室开放课题(B40402

    Study on the Distributions of Lead and Cadmium in Rats by ICP-MS with Stable Isotope Tracer

    采用稳定同位素示踪技术研究重金属元素铅、镉在大鼠体内的分布,通过对大鼠进行浓缩同位素206Pb、112Cd灌喂,解剖取其肝、肾、睾丸和心脏等脏器,通过相应的化学处理,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测量铅、镉元素在各个脏器中的含量及其同位素组成变化。根据同位素比值的变化研究Pb、Cd在各脏器中的分布、蓄积规律和各脏器对引入的浓缩同位素利用率。结果发现:重金属Pb和Cd蓄积的最主要场所是肝和肾,其次是睾丸和心脏,而在脑中的积累最少。在肝和肾中Cd的同位素利用率为0.0488%、0.0154%,Pb的同位素利用率为0.0101%、0.0078%,远高于其它脏器。与传统的方法相比较,该法具有更接近慢性中毒、危害性小,能将重金属来源分为天然来源和人为引入等特点。The distributions of lead and cadmium in rats were studied using stable isotope tracer technique.The rats were fed with enriched stable isotope 206Pb and 112Cd,then the liver,kidney,testicle and heart were eviscerated.After chemical treatment,the contents of lead and cadmium and their isotope ratios in each viscera were determined by ICP-MS.Experimental results showed that lead and cadmium accumulated mostly in liver and kidney,next in testicle and heart,and least in brain.The utilization rates of cadmium and lead isotopes in liver were 0.048 8% and 0.010 1%,respectively,and in kidney 0.015 4% and 0.007 8%,respectively.Compared with the traditional methods,the present method can differentiate the origins of lead and cadmium.福建省重大科技项目资助课题(2003Y005-04,2003Y003

    目的:获得高效的酵母菌型絮凝剂。方法:以代表性的高岭土悬浊液、养殖场废水、土壤上清液、藻液、硫酸铜溶液、发酵废水作为测试废水,筛选具有絮凝活性的菌种。结果:筛选出3株具有絮凝活性的菌种,其中酵母1-4絮凝效果较好且适用范围较广;对酵母1-4菌培养基的碳源、氮源、碳氮比进行优化,确定最适碳源为甘露醇,最适氮源为氯化铵,碳氮比5∶1为最佳。结论:用醇降法提取优化培养所得的絮凝剂,产率为5.0g/L,经紫外吸收光谱和茚三酮反应初步判断絮凝剂的主要成分为蛋白质

    枇杷叶试样于聚四氟烯消解罐中加入硝酸及过氧化氢置于微波炉中加热消解,对所得试样溶液中的14种无机元素用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定。在测定钙、锰、镁、磷及铁的试验中,测得其线性范围在0~200μg.L-1之间,用标准加入法对所测定的14种无机元素作了回收试验,所得回收率在90%~110%之间。按规定要求测定14种无机元素的检出限,测得结果在0.002~0.4μg.L-1之间。Sample of loquat leaves was digested with HNO3 and H2O2 in PTFE vessel heated in microwave oven.Fourteen inorganic elements in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS.As shown by the data of determination of Ca,Mn,Mg,P and Fe,ranges of linearity were obtained in the range of 0-200 μg·L-1.Tests for recovery were carried out by standard addition method and values of recovery for the 14 elements determined were in the range of 90%-110%.Detection limits for these elements were in the range from 0.002 to 0.4 μg·L-1
