Use of stable tracer for studying accumulation and speciation of heavy metals in rat tissues

Abstract

随着工农业生产的发展,有毒重金属对人体的潜在危害越来越引起了人们的普遍关注,研究重金属在生物体内的迁移转化规律和存在形态是阐明其毒理学和其他生物效应的重要依据。采用高浓度胁迫和使用单剂量胁迫试剂对实验动物进行染毒(注射或灌喂)是最常用的研究毒物在动物体内的分布和代谢手段。本工作采用低剂量富集稳定同位素(Pb和Cd)结合电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)对大鼠进行示踪研究,建立HPLC与ICP-MS联用对大鼠体内的金属硫蛋白进行分离和表征。论文共由四章组成:1.文献综述;2.建立同位素稀释电感耦合等离子体质谱测定环境和生物样品中镉的方法;3.稳定同位素示踪在大鼠各组织器官中重金属的分布研究;4...In the present day, heavy metals has always been an important role because of its’ harmfulness to people’s health.
