Narrative Analysis of Marketing Communication Y2K Music School and Studio on Social Media

This research was conducted to find out how the branding activity done by Y2K Music School and Studio through social media account Instagram @ y2kstudio. This research would like to examine more deeply related to marketing activity such as what applied Y2K Music School and Studio in building brand Y2K Music School and Studio as a music school through its official Instagram. There is also a method used in this research is a method of narrative analysis which is a method in the field of qualitative research. The data were collected using literature study on textbooks, online data tracking, and in-depth interviews on key informants related to the study. The results of this study states that the form of branding activities conducted by Y2K Music School and Studio through social media accounts Instagram @ y2kstudio is a marketing communication in the form of delivering information with positive ambiance related Y2K Music School and Studio and also in the form of information delivery activities related promotions which is currently running at Y2K Music School and Studio

PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PRODUKTIF ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN KELAS X DI SMK SANGKURIANG 1 CIMAHI

Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajarpara siswa SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi, khususnya pada mata pelajaran produktif kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran.Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 57 siswa kelas Xmata pelajaran produktif kelas XAdministrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanasi.Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model skala likert.Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berada pada kategori sedang, motivasi belajar siswaberada pada kategori tinggi, dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran produktif kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi berada pada kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda, diperoleh hasil bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih memperhatikan aspek kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar siswa agar dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran siswa dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya.----------The issue that investigated in this study concerned with students’ academic achievement at SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi that has not optimal yet, especially in the skill competence of office administration. This present study aimed to discover the influence of emotional intelligence and learning motivation toward students’ academic achievement. There were 57 respondents of the tenth grade student from skill competence of office administration class at SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi participated in this study. The method used in this study was the explanatory survey method. Questionnaires were used to collect the data, which are elaborated further using the Likert scale model. The data then were analyzed using the simple regression and multiple regression analysis. The result of the data analysis revealed that emotional intelligence included medium category, students’ learning included in high category, meanwhile the students’ academic achievement in the skill competence of office administration class at SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi included in mediocre category. Based on the coefficient calculation of simple and multiple regression, the result revealed that emotional intelligence and learning motivation both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward students’ academic achievement. The Implementation Of Teaching Learning Process Of English At Sd Islam Hidayatullah Banyumanik Semarang (An Ethnography Study)

This research paper aims is to observe the implementation of teaching learning process of English. The research was conducted at SD Islam Hidayatullah Banyumanik Semarang, Jl. Durian Selatan I / 6 Srondol Wetan Banyumanik Semarang in academic year 2003/2004. The problem of the study is how is the implementation of the teaching learning process of English at SD Islam Hidayatullah is conducted and the strengths and weaknesses there. The objective of this research is to know and describe with ethnography view the teaching learning process of English at SD Islam Hidayatullah in some dimensions. The data used in this research are derived from event, informant, and document. There are fourth techniques in collecting the data namely: observation, interview, questionnaire, and document analysis. Based on the data analysis the findings of the research are, the implementation of teaching learning process of English at SD Islam Hidayatullah Banyumanik Semarang is divided into seven sections; (1) The English teaching objective which consists of general and specific objective. (2) The syllabus model. The syllabus in this research is topic and grammar syllabus. (3) The classroom activities. There are discussions on what activities that the teacher uses in the teaching learning process in the classroom. (4) The classroom procedures. There are discussions on the teaching learning process in the classroom. (5) The teacher’s role. It covers the function of the teacher when they do the work as a teacher. (6) The learner’s role. It describes the students’ responsibility as a learner. And (7) Evaluation. It describes the type and procedure of evaluation used in the English teaching learning process. Analisis Penerapan Sistem dan Prosedur Akuntansi Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Studi Kasus Desa Sukaramai Kec. Sei Balai Kabupaten Batu Bara

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiman penerapan sistem dan prosedur akuntansi yang diterapkan di kantor Desa Sukaramai. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dan prosedur akuntansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan di Desa Sukaramai sudah sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018. Hanya saja pada sistem akuntansi para aparat Desa memiliki sumber daya manusia yang kurang sehingga mengalami kesulitan untuk mengelola sistem akuntansi. Kemudian pada prosedur akuntansi pada Kantor Desa Sukaramai mengalami kesalahan pencatatan dalam pelaporan realisasi anggaran pada Tahun 2020. Meskipun pihak Desa telah mengikuti pelatihan yang diadakan baik itu dari pihak Kecamatan maupun dari Bupati aparat Desa tetap mengalami kesulitan dalam hal sistem akuntansi. Demoralisasi Akademik di Dunia Pendidikan dalam Konsep Loss of Adab Syeid Naquib Al Attas

Often educational institutions produce intelligent people who are less aware of the importance of moral values and character in their lives. So that person's higher education does not automatically increase his morality. This case has an impact on the crisis of moral education. This study aims to identify the occurrence of academic demoralization, which is increasingly mushrooming, referring to the concept of loss of adab in the thought of Syed Naquib Al Attas. The method used is descriptive qualitative, and the discussion uses library research. Data collection uses documentation methods in primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study are the occurrence of academic demoralization in the world of education today is the result of the paradigm of secularism and liberalism looking at science which denies religious values. So morals must be revitalized through moral education integrated with educational institutions, families, and the environment. It is hoped that the implementation of the education system in Indonesia can be conceptually reformulated through adab-based education so that it cannot be separated from the values of spirituality and divine trade. Further research must examine the forms of the combination of "ilm and adab " to be a reference in real applications

ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PT. BUKIT ULUWATU VILLA TBK SELAMA PANDEMI COVID 19

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk during the Covid 19 pandemic in the period of quarter I to quarter II of 2020 as measured by liquidity and profitability. The theory of this research is financial management which focuses on financial ratio analysis of liquidity and profitability. The research method used is the calculation of liquidity which consists of the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio and profitability which consists of return on assets, return on equity and return on investment.The results of this study are that the financial performance of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk as measured by liquidity has decreased during the Covid 19 pandemic in the period of quarter I to quarter II of 2020 and the profitability of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk has increased during the Covid 19 pandemic in the period of quarter I to quarter II of 202

PERAMALAN INDEKS HARGA KONSUMEN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL INTERVENSI FUNGSI STEP

Intervention model is a model for time series data in which practically there is an extreme fluctuation, whether it’s anupward or downward fluctuation. Consumer price index is one of economic data which plot has a fluctuation, the data that will being used for analyze is consumer price index of Indonesia in January 2009 until March 2015, on data detectable downward fluctuation significantly on January 2014 (T=61). Intervention in data was occurred in long time period (T=61 until T=75), so the model of intervention’s assumption is step function. Based on the result and analysis, the obtaining best model of intervention is ARIMA (2,1,3) with intervention order b=0 s=15 and r=0 which later on being used for predicting Indonesian consumer price index in six periods ahead. Implikasi Pembiasaan Ibadah Terhadap Kejenuhan Belajar Siswa Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19

This study aims to determine the effect of habitual worship on saturation that hit many students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a case study research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 3 students aged 9 to 11 years who attended 2 different schools, namely MI An Noor Karangasri and SDN Margomulyo 1 and 8 informants comprised of mothers, friends and teachers. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. In terms of data analysis, researchers used triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that worship habituation efforts have the benefit of reducing learning saturation during online learning because children have other activities to rest their learning activities. As well as being able to cultivate an attitude of the spirit of worship, and the desire to do good things such as honesty, discipline and obedience to parents in every activity

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pdam Tirta Tuah Benua Kutai Timur

The main objective of this study was to determine the influence of working environment and work motivation on employees job satisfaction PDAM Tirta Tuah BenuaEast Kutai. The noun collected through questionnaires and conducted on 110 employees of PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai periode of 2013. Analysis of the datain this study using SPSS version 16.0, the sampling technique used was simple random sampling and testing technique of noun used in this research include testing the validity of the factor analysis, the cronbachalpha reliability test with multiple linier regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis.Analysis result showed that the count results helping by SPSS 16,0 Concluded that Fhit = 10,2 with 0,000 significant. Work miliew (X1) positive effect significant with work satisfied of PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai worker. Work motivation (X) positive effect significant with work satisfied of PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai worker. Work miliew (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) effect significant with work satisfied of PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai.Hypothesis shows that H1 = Work Environment significant posititive effect on employee job satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai.H2 = Work Motivation significant positive effect on employees job satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai.H3 = Working Environment significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai.Test sig t greater at 5% then there heterokedastisitas.Value F arithmatic performance of employees is greater than the F table ( 4,42) so that Ho is rejected and Ha be accepted.If significant level below 0,05 then the hypothesis be accepted.If level significanly greater than 0,05 then the hypothesis is rejected.Based on the anlysis,the authors provide suggestions for further research are expected to be examined by other variables beyond the variables that have been investigated in order to obtain a more varied results that can affect the job saticfaction of employees
