THE USE OF PERSON DEIXIS IN RELATION TO POLITENESS FUNCTION

Penggunaan kata yang merujuk pada suatu hal yang berkaitan dengan konteks penutur disebut dengan deiksis. Dewasa ini, Levinson memaparkan lima bentuk deiksis, yaitu deiksis persona, tempat, waktu, sosial dan discourse yang sangat bergantung pada interpretasi penutur sehingga disebut bersifat egosentris. Penggunaan deiksis persona merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam berkomunikasi mengingat seorang penutur tidak hanya berkomunikasi dengan orang yang mempunyai kedudukan ataupun kedekatan personal yang sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu bagaimana strategi berkomunikasi para mahasiswa dalam menggunakan deiksis persona. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer. Metode simak dengan teknik simak libat cakap adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Sastra Inggris angkatan 2007, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Diponegoro Semarang, sedangan sampel diambil dari sebagian populasi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data digunakan metode padan referensial dan metode padan pragmatis. Dari penelitian studi kasus yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa deiksis persona pertama yang digunakan adalah aku, saya, dan kita, sedangkan untuk deiksis persona kedua adalah kamu, kowe, beliau, serta nama mitra tutur. Di sisi lain, untuk deiksis persona ketiga yang digunakan adalah dia, deknen, beliau, nama orang ketiga serta persona kekerabatan. Penggunaan tersebut sangat dipengaruhi oleh tinggi rendahnya kedudukan serta kedekatan antara penutur dan mitra tutur sehingga muncul penggunaan deiksis persona yang tidak pada umumnya. Sementara itu, maksim kesopanan yang muncul adalah maksim kearifan (tact maxim) dan maksim kerendahhatian (generosity maxim)

Penyelesaian Perkara Anak yang Berhadapan dengan Hukum Menurut Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2012

The repressive juvenile justice paradigm has begun to be abandoned and replaced by the concept of solving a child criminal case with a restorative concept that views all parties, perpetrators, victims, and communities having equal opportunity to resolve conflicts caused by a crime. The restorative concept is in conformity with the conventions agreed upon by countries in the world in the Convention on the rights of the child in 1990 with international instruments including Beijing Rule dated 29 November 1985. The study of the crime against children in Islam has existed before the rule of the child in the ancient conventional low. The objective of punishment in Islam is not only to recognize the retributive objectives as the main objective in criminal prosecution but also to recognize other objectives such as the rehabilitation of the perpetrator and also the restorative between the perpetrator and the victim. Here is the interesting thing that will be studied comprehensively related Maqasid Al Syari’ah in applying restorative justice especially in case of child face to law. See the complexity that accompanied restorative justice in children facing the law, the authors are interested to examine the settlement of lawsuits children in accordance with the law no 11 of 2012 analysis Maqasid Al syari’ah this research is library research, descriptive analysis and analyze data qualitative with inductive method. The approach used is normative juridical, by looking at restorative justice in the penal law of Indonesia, this research aims to know the value of Maqasid Al Syari’ah in process of settlement of child crime case and examining view of Islam law to restorative justice value contained in law no 11 of 2012. After the research, it can be conclude that the application of restorative justice has long been adopted in the Islamic legal system, precisely on qiyas-diyat criminal acts. In the context of children, the application of restorative justice is more accommodated, given the urgency and for the benefit of the child as the nation’s successor. Whereas in viewing restorative justice in the SPPA act indicates the existence of reconciliation effort of forgiveness, correction of relationship, there is also structural responsibility as balancing individual responsibility, all of which obviously accommodated in the purpose of punishment Al-isti’adah

SOSIALISASI PEMANFAATAN WORKSHEET MATEMATIKA SEBAGAI MEDIA BIMBINGAN BELAJAR DI DESA SELOREJO

Education is the main factor to improve Human Resources (HR). The level of education in a person will affect the pattern of life of that person. Education is basically not just general knowledge or other words formal education, but education can be obtained through tutoring carried out in student environment. The purpose of tutoring is to help students who experience difficulties in learning during formal school hours and also for develop the potential of each student. One of the media used is a worksheet. The use of worksheets will make it easier for students to understand the material or subjects mathematics. In this regard, the Center for Research and Community Service (P2M) IKIP Budi Utomo Malang with Firda Alfiana Patricia as resource person assisted by Rachmawati, and Kenys Fadhilah Zamzam held tutoring to create a smart generation for elementary school students in RT 5 Selorejo Village. The activity is carried out in March – April 2021 with the agenda of socializing the use of math worksheets as a medium of learning guidance for elementary school student

Pengenalan Konsep Matematika Melalui Penggunaan Bahan Alam Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun

The purpose of this research is to know the cognitive ability of children in the introduction of mathematical concepts through the use of natural materials in children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Bersinar Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan. Problems that are often found by teachers only use the existing learning media and less creative use of natural materials that exist around PAUD PAUD institutions. Whereas the method used is descriptive method. The results obtained from the 1st cycle of assessment categories developed as expected (BSH) increased to 27%. In cycle 2 the introduction of mathematical concepts using natural ingredients with the category of developing children\u27s assessment as expected increased to 47% and even increased to 70% of children, and 7% of the category categories developed very well in the introduction of mathematical concepts using natural materials

Medication Adherence and Social Support in Regards to Apprehension of Death in People Living with HIV/AIDS

Apprehension of death for People Living with HIV and AIDS (PLWA) is influenced by discipline in their adherence to their medication regimen and the social support they receive. This research aims to study the roles of discipline in adherence to their medication regimen and of social support, in regards to their apprehension of death, for PLWA. The data collection method employed a scale of discipline in adhering to a medication regimen, a scale of the social support received, and a scale of the apprehension of death. The subjects of this research were 89 people with positive HIV/AIDS status, living in South Sumatera. Data analysis was by multiple regression. The multiple regression analysis results indicated that both adherences to a medication regimen, and social support, play roles in regards to apprehension of death. (R2 = 0.113; F = 5.473; p < 0.05). This research affirms the importance of internal and external factors in reducing the level of apprehension of death for PLWA

The purpose of this study explains the communication of groups in the online Player Unknown’s Battleground game. The concept used in this study is group communication and group communication strategies. The method used in this study is qualitative work with a case-study approach. Data collection technique was the interview made by four men engaged in playing games online at Player Unknown’s Battleground. This study has shown that communication groups use the feature of voice chat and quick chat in matches. Pelaksanaan Kewajiban Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Setelah Melakukan Sumpah Jabatan

ABSTRACT: This research uses the Sociological legal research method using a statutory approach and conceptual approach with the scope of the problem relating to issues, data / information facts and events. The results of this study indicate that: (1) for PPATs who do not carry out their positions in reality, there are factors that become causes, among others, due to internal factors of each PPAT, namely not having an office location and insufficient finances. (2) The legal implications for PPATs who do not carry out their positions in reality are written warnings, unwritten warnings and dismissal. It also has stages of sanctioning, among others, starting with the provision of a letter of reprimand from the Regional Management of each Regency / City and then the Regional Management which will provide the next sanction letter if it will be given from the IPPAT organization in the Regional Management. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum Sosiologis dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual dengan ruang lingkup dari permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan isu-isu, data/ informasi fakta dan peristiwa-peristiwa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terhadap PPAT yang tidak menjalankan jabatannya secara nyata terdapat faktor-faktor yang menjadi sebab antara lain karena faktor internal PPAT masing-masing yakni tidak memiliki lokasi kantor dan finansial yang masih tidak mencukupi. (2) Adapun implikasi hukum terhadap PPAT yang tidak menjalankan jabatannya secara nyata adalah adanya teguran tertulis, teguran tidak tertulis dan pemberhentian. Hal tersebut juga memiliki tahapan pemberian sanksi antara lain dimulai dengan pemberian surat teguran dari Pengurus daerah masing-masing Kabupaten/Kota barulah kemudian Pengurus Wilayah yang akan memberikan surat sanksi selanjutnya jika akan diberikan dari organisasi IPPAT di Pengurus Wilayah

EVALUASI PROGRAM SCHOOL OF MASTER TEACHER SEKOLAH GURU INDONESIA DOMPET DHUAFA WILAYAH KABUPATEN BEKASI

This study aims to evaluate the training program of the school of master teachers in Indonesian teachers’ schools of the poor. School of master teacher program is one of the intensive Indonesian teachers school programs and aims to form teachers who have the spirit of educators, teachers and leaders.This non-formal training program, which I under the auspices of the Dhuafa Wallet Education Network, is held once a week for three months. This study uses qualitative research by selecting case studies in the implementation of the school of master teacher program in the Indonesian teacher school district of Bekasi. The results of the research show that the School of Master Teacher (SMT) is one of the Indonesian Teacher School programs that focuses on increasing teacher competency to become teachers who are educators, educators and have social leadership. The implementation of the SMT program in general has been good, but of course it cannot be separated from the other side that there are still various shortcomings that still need to be corrected in several aspects so that it can provide wider and much better benefits in the coming period

Factors Affecting Mudaraba Deposits in Indonesia

The aim of this study is to figure out the factors affecting mudaraba deposits in Indonesia using a well known econometric’s cointegration method. It uses quarterly time series in the period of 1993 – 2003. Four variables, GDP, number of Islamic bank’s branch offices, profit sharing rate, and interest rate are thought to have influence on the volume of mudaraba deposits. The cointegration test indicates that the number of Islamic bank’s branch offices and profit sharing rate are significantly affects the volume of mudaraba deposits in Indonesia in the long run, while GDP and interest rate are not. It may be concluded that the volume of mudaraba deposits in Indonesia does not depend on income or interest rate, but depend on profit sharing rate and the number of branch offices of the Islamic commercial banks. This finding supported the view that depositors are attracted to put their money in Indonesian Islamic banks partly due to welfare maximisation reasons, not only because of their religious considerations. Moreover, in order to increase the volume of mudaraba deposits in Indonesia, it is suggested that more branch offices of Islamic commercial banks are built. Lastly, Indonesian Islamic commercial banks should also provide an optimal profit sharing rate in order to attract more depositors.Islamic Banking, Indonesia

PENGARUH ACAK EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN PERANGKAT MATEMATIKA AUGMENTED REALITY PADA MATERI BANGUN RUANG

Bangun ruang merupakan kajian materi yang bersifat abstrak sehingga membutuhkan proyeksi obyek bangun ruang.selanjutnya dikembangkan perangkat MAR, yaitu Matematika Augmented Reality . perangkat mar di uji coba di sd kedung pedaringan, uji coba menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran MAR untuk materi bangun ruang kelas V SD terbukti secara statistik berpengaruh pada hasil belajar
