Arti Penting Strategi Perang Toyotomi Hideyoshi dalam Mempersatukan Jepang Tahun 1554-1598

This study aims: 1) to know the background of Toyotomi Hideyoshi to unite Japan, 2) to know Toyotomi Hideyoshi's war strategy to unite Japan 3) to know the political policies initiated by Toyotomi Hideyoshi The method used is the literature method. Collecting data by collecting sources in books, journals, theses and the internet. The steps in the research are as follows, heuristics, source criticism and interpretation and historiography. The research results describe that 1) Toyotomi dedicates himself to Oda Nobunaga who has a vision, and is innovative in various fields, making Toyotomi Hideyoshi a factor in becoming a leader who later replaced Oda Nobunaga as the unifier of Japan. 2) Toyotomi strategy, namely the strategy of balancing, control and command, intelligence and maturity to reap. 3) Political policies initiated by Toyotomi Hideyoshi: Forming a board of 5 administrators, 1588 enforcing a policy of confiscating weapons, holding a national census and cleaning up Rounin, measuring land ownership, improving infrastructure, reforming currencies and prohibiting slave trade

KETERCAPAIAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMK PADA PRAKTIK PEMELIHARAAN AC SPLIT

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh hasil belajar praktik pemeliharaan AC split siswa SMK ditinjau dari proses kerja ,hasil kerja dan ketercapaian waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one shot case study dimana peneliti memberikan perlakuan kepada sejumlah objek penelitian dan kemudian dianalisis hasilnya yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ketercapaian siswa pada praktik pemeliharaan AC split dilihat dari proses kerja dan hasil kerja telah sesuai dengan standar industri. Hasil belajar peserta didik dilihat dari segi langkah kerja, hasil kerja dan ketercapaian waktu menunjukan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan peserta didik adalah 63 dengan dua orang peserta didik dinyatakan tidak tercapai dan empat orang lainnya tercapai.;--- The objectives of this research is to gain vocational student learning outcomes in a split air conditioning maintenance practices in terms of the work process, the work and achievement of the time. This study used an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The design of this study using a one shot case study in which researchers provide treatment to a number of research objects and then analyzed the results obtained by observation. The results of this study indicate student achievement in the practice of split air-conditioning maintenance seen from the work process and work in accordance with industry standards, but when viewed from the average of the time there are two learners do not meet the specified standards. Learners can complete the work in accordance with the standards of the time after doing the experiment three times but there’s a found that the time average is not in accordance with the standards

PELANGGARAN HAM TERHADAP KEBEBASAN BERAGAMA: STUDI KASUS KONFLIK ANTAR AGAMA DI INDIA DAN INDONESIA

Freedom of religion is something that is protected because it involves human rights. Human rights are contained in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. However, some regulations regulate the fact that violations of freedom of religion have not only occurred once or twice but have occurred many times. India is one of several countries that experience conflicts regarding freedom of religion, especially between religions, namely Islam and Hinduism. This conflict culminated with the emergence of the ratification of the Amendment to the Indian Citizenship Act (CAB) in 2019 and caused a polemic of riots between Muslims and Hindus. The method of analysis used is a qualitative data analysis method. The research method carried out on the problem this time is the statute approach (statutory approach), case approach (case approach), and explorative research (things that have not been known before), which are all related to this research. Based on the findings of the research conducted and the data obtained that there is still discrimination against religious minorities both in India and Indonesia, the existence of human rights is very concerning. The implications can be achieved by increasing religious tolerance and increasing the importance of human rights, especially freedom of religion, providing a deterrent effect on human rights violators

Tindak Pidana Penyelundupan Manusia Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 Tentang Keimigrasian (Analisis Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Wonosari Nomor: 135/Pid.Sus/2014/PN.Wno)

TINDAK PIDANA PENYELUNDUPAN MANUSIA BERDASARKAN UNDANG -UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2011 TENTANG KEIMIGRASIAN (Analisis Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Wonosari Nomor : 135/Pid.Sus/2014/PN.Wno) Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang penerapan peraturan mengenai penyelundupan manusia pada kasus tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh Ahmad Zia. Peraturan hukum tindak pidana penyelundupan manusia di Indonesia yang berlaku adalah Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian. Peraturan ini merupakan merupakan perkembangan signifikan dari Undang-Undang Nomor 9 Tahun 1992 tentang keimigrasian. Terbitnya undang-undang baru tersebut menyebabkan penyelundupan manusia di wilayah NKRI sudah dianggap sebagai tindak pidana. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian hukum yuridis normatif. Penelitian hukum yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti data sekunder atau bahan pustaka sebagai bahan dasar untuk diteliti dengan cara melakukan penelusuran terhadap peraturan-peraturan dan literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan maka disimpulkan bahwa yang menjadi dasar hukum pertimbangan Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Wonosari dalam menjatuhkan putusan dalam perkara tindak pidana penyelundupan manusia dengan terdakwa Ahmad Zia adalah Pasal 124 Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 Tentang Keimigrasian dimana unsur-unsur yang ada di dalamnya telah terpenuhi. Terdakwa dijatuhi sanksi berupa pidana penjara 6 (enam) bulan dan pidana denda sebesar Rp. 5.000.000,00 (lima juta rupiah) dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 2 (dua) bulan. Majelis hakim Pengadilan Negeri Wonosari tidak sesuai dalam menerapkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 dalam memeriksa dan memutus perkara tindak pidana penyelundupan manusia di wilayah Wonosari. Putusan yang dijatuhkan Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Wonosari seharusnya mengacu kepada Pasal 120 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 karena fakta hukum yang muncul di persidangan sesuai dengan unsur-unsur pasal tersebut. HUBUNGAN ANTARA INSENTIF DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ARMADA AUTO TARA

This study aims to determine the relationship between intensif with employee productivity on employee of PT. ARMADA AUTO TARA. This research was conducted for three months starting from March until May 2011. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. The population is employee of PT ARMADA AUTO TARA. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling with 44 respondents. The instrument used to obtain data on variable X (Intensives) and variable Y (Employee Productivity) was measured using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Y= 49,37 + 0,408 X, while the test requirements of the analysis are the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with L obtained Liliefors test count (0,052) F table table (4,02) which states that the regression is very significant and regressions that produce linierity test F (1,05) t table xy table from the above study, the researcher can conclude that there is a significant relationship between Stress with employee productivity on employee of PT.
