    Peningkatan pemahaman siswa melalui strategi Investigasi pada materi Program Linier di SMAN 2 Madiun

    Dalam pembelajaran matematika, investigasi mempunyai peranan yang penting untuk melatih ketrampilan dan penalaran siswa melalui kajian bermakna (meaningful) yang terbuka terbatas (opened exploration). Dengan investigasi siswa akan belajar aktif dan memberi kesempatan pada siswa untuk berpikir sendiri. Tujuan pembelajaran matematika di sekolah menengah yaitu  kemampuan memahami masalah, merancang model matematika, menyelesaikan model dan menafsirkan solusi yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah pembelajaran strategi investigasi yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pada materi Program Linier siswa kelas XI MIPA SMAN 2 Madiun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Siklus Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua Siklus. Sumber data yang yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siawa kelas XI MIPA 1 SMAN 2 Madiun yang mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman siswa melalui strategi Invertigasi pada materi Program Linier di SMAN 2 Madiun mengalami peningkatan dengan prosentase aktivitas guru siklus I yaitu 84,7% dan siklus II menjadi 88,6% dan aktivitas siswa siklus I yaitu 75,4% dan siklus II menjadi 86,7% . Sedangkan pemahaman siswa yang di lihat dari hasil belajar siklus I yaitu 64,7% meningkat menjadi 86,7% pada siklus II

    Higher education is held on the basis of the spirit of discovery to orient its activities to be able to achieve great "discoveries" that are useful for changes in human life in the future. This macro-social platform raises a new paradox, to express opinions and creativity tend to be regarded as mere products, so that in higher education, the prevailing consensus is that we do not really face the same changes faced by business. Because the substantial dependence of various systems and actors in developing and implementing innovative solutions involves renegotiating tertiary institutions in a progressive or renewal manner. The purpose of this paper is to describe Integrating macro-social platforms and work practices for management of universities in the face of era disruption. The results of the discussion concluded: 1) Management of teaching and learning must be project-based in a tangible manner by utilizing an interdisciplinary and problem-based approach through collaboration with industrial and academic partners. 2) Supporting student autonomy requires support in managing their learning transitions by requiring (i) empathy awareness of the fact that individuals learn differently (ii) clarifying with students that cognitive styles are as important as their learning abilities to support them in developing attention more adaptive; (iii) support students' basic psychological needs related to intrinsic motivation to increase satisfaction and adoption of a deeper approach to learning; (iv) supporting students to develop different / more appropriate terms of reference for new learning environments; (v) work with students to increase cognitive flexibility; (vi) ensuring coherent program design; (vii) explicit introduction, and induction into the requirements of the new learning environment and the objectives of specific learning activities. 3) The aim of higher education is to equip students with the skills they need to succeed in the world of work and to make an impact on the world in general by avoiding traditional lectures and textbooks for project-based learning activities where students work in teams to solve problems without solutions clear. 4) Today's demands for higher education managers are greater than before. Effectiveness as a college leader requires managers to master four important prerequisites. They must know their environment, know their university, know their department and know themselves as individuals. 5) understanding the company creating wealth through labor investment can be complicated and a line of sight to assess company-level results is not always direct. However, developing such an understanding is key for practitioners and academics

    Ethno-religious segregation in Lombok, especially in Mataram existed because of population migration and the implication of the implemenation of the policy on the politic of Karang Asem Hinduism Mataram Kingdom that dominated this area for more than one century (1670-1820). The policy subjected to the community made the fixed social stratification in the context of community settlement, and generated two different groups, the Balinesse-Hiduism as the noble and Sasak-Muslim as the lower-level society members. Applying qualitative method and conflict study approach it was revealed that historical legacy had been become the social-psychological barrier for the two communities for making open and trustful interaction. *** Segregasi etno-religius di wilayah Lombok, khususnya di Mataram selain terjadi karena migrasi penduduk, juga merupakan implikasi dari penerapan kebijakan politik kerajaan Hindu Karangasem Mataram yang menguasai wilayah ini selama 1,5 abad, yaitu dari tahun (1670-1820 M). Kebijakan itu antara lain dalam bentuk mempertahankan stratifikasi sosial masyarakat dalam pemukiman, sehingga melahirkan komunitas Bali-Hindu sebagai kelompok bangsawan dan komunitas Sasak-Islam sebagai kelompok rakyat kelas bawah. Number of sites was reduced in the presence of acid dealumination treatment. There is no longer detectable acidity found in mordenite which has dealuminated well. Pore volume measured by the adsorption of toluene. The better stability and selectivity of the catalyst in forming various olefins in the use of the treated mordenite discussed here in terms of acidity and shape selectivity

    Keberadaan pariwisata di Lombok mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat, khususnya di kawasan Senggigi. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, artikel ini berupaya mendeskripsikan bagaimana interaksi masyarakat muslim kawasan wisata Senggigi dengan kegiatan pariwisata dan bagaimana aktifitas keagamaan masyarakat muslim yang tinggal di kawasan industri pariwisata tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi masyarakat muslim kawasan wisata Senggigi dengan kegiatan pariwisata yang berlangsung di wilayah tempat tinggalnya secara umum berlangsung secara pasif. Hanya sebagaian dari mereka, khususnya para pekerja di pusat-pusat industri pariwisata yang secara  intens berinteraksi, khususnya dengan para wisatawan. Oleh karena itu pertukaran nilai-nilai budaya hanya berlangsung pada kelompok ini. Sedangkan masyarakat pada umumnya tetap berada dalam dunia mereka yang diliputi dengan keyakinan dan tradisi agama yang dianutnya. Keberadaan pariwisata yang meng-hadirkan orang dengan berbagai nilai dan budaya yang beragam tidak banyak menyentuh kehidupan keberagamaan mereka.     Penelitian yang dilakukan di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Ali bin Abi Thalib Surabaya ini berbicara tentang pengembangan buku pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara. Buku yang dikembangkan tersebut merupakan solusi dari problematika pembelajaran yang dihadapi Pembimbing dan para mahasiswa siswa di sekolah tinggi tersebut yaitu tidak adanya buku pembelajaran yang cocok dan sesuai dalam pengajaran materi Hiwar (Conversation) untuk kelas bimbingan mahasiswa lemah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan buku pembelajaran ini dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mahasiswa siswa. (2) Unutk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas penggunaan buku pembelajaran ini dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa kelas bimbingan semester2 di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Ali bin Abi Thalib Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Buku pembelajaran telah selesai dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mahasiswa kelas bimbingan semester2 di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Ali bin Abi Thalib Surabaya. Keistimewaan dari buku ini adalah kandungan isinya yang mencakup percakapan, ungkapan, susunan kata, dan latihan-latihan yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan berbicara. Dan yang menjadi kelebihan buku ini adalah berbagai pengetahuan dan istilah-istilah modern yang sering digunakan di zaman ini. (2) Penggunaan buku pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mahasiswa kelas bimbingan semester2 di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Ali bin Abi Thalib Surabaya. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil yang didapat peniliti setelah menganalisa data dari nilai tes, yang mana nilai rata-rata siswa ketika pre-test adalah 54,95 dan ketika post-test adalah 74,4. Ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam kemampuan berbicara siswa setelah penggunaan buku pembelajaran. Hal ini dikuatkan pula oleh nilai test t yang diperoleh, yang mana nilai t hasil (to) lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (tt) baik di taraf signifikasi 5% atau 1% dan nilai tersebut adalah 2,13 2,95. Begitu pula nilai dari angket dan interview mendukung semua yang telah disebutkan di atas

    The existence of majelis taklim felt increasingly important and expected to play a bigger role in addressing various problems arising in the community. However, in organizing and managing its activities, not a few problems and obstacles faced by majelis taklim. It is quite a lot of faced is the management aspects, organization, and administration are weak and less systematic review and quality of human resources (HR) is still limited. One of the root of the problem is the lack of a proselytizing missionary or ustadzah who is able to provide good, systematic and qualified congregations. The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe religious activities majelis taklim in Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi. 2) Describe the obstacles in the effectiveness of religious activities majelis taklim in Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi. This study is a research Community-based parcipatory research (CBPR) Researchers directly jumped to make changes, and see the changes that occur. The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation and observation. Data analysis in this research is done during and after data collecting by using descriptive-critical-comparative method, and content analysis method. Based on the measures that have been implemented can be concluded as follows. 1). Products developed interesting for classical learning in the classroom and independently. 2) The products of this product can ease the burden of teachers in teaching. 3) The results of expert validation and testing, it's a good learning model connectivism used for subjects.4) Judging the results of analysis of the quality of the learning model connectivism above it can be concluded that the RPP / Scenario Learning is already fit for use for the trial because the score of each component which is an indicator for the learning model connectivism no less than 3.0. 5) The results of the questionnaire data processing model of learning by using learning connectivism known that the average student's choice is 3:53, it is considered Enough with standard deviations 12:3

    A Virtual Ethnography Study: The Role of Cultural Radios in Campursari Music Proliferation in East Java

    Campursari music is a trend on the radio and a favorite of the people of East Java, so it is shifting towards popular culture. This study aims to uncover the proliferation of campursari music and the role of cultural radios. This qualitative research uses a virtual ethnography method, which focuses on the physical presence and virtual text together. The subjects are technology (radio and communication technology on the internet), humans (radio listeners), physical interactions, and virtual interactions. Data collection used participant observation through observation and interviews offline and online in the form of various texts, writings, images, and audiovisuals on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Youtube. The informants of this study were four cultural experts, namely: Sumadi, Anton Sani, Ibnu Hajar, and Juwono. This study carried out participatory involvement for one year in the virtual world and 30 days living in four cities: Surabaya, Nganjuk, Banyuwangi, and Sumenep. Manthous's campursari music is a fusion of pentatonic and diatonic scales despite the addition of various musical instruments. It has several sub-genres, including campursari janger, campursari kendang-kempul, campursari keroncong dangdut, campursari dangdut Madura, campursari jaranan dangdut, campursari dangdut koplo, campursari dangdut hip-hop, and campursari dangdut acoustic. Cultural programs and campursari music reinforce the reliability of radio to maintain local culture (Javanese, Madura, Using). They are a means of maintaining local identities to stem global culture. No matter how hard the invasion of foreign culture, can not disrupt the local tastes of people. Campursari music proliferation is a modification to traditional music to serve the tastes of the people, to avoid it from extinction. Campursari music must be able to adapt to the current era. The four radio cultures in East Java make campursari music a primary commodity to attract radio listeners and as part of the lives of local people
