EXPECTATIVAS PROFESIONALES EN ESTUDIANTES DE NIVEL MEDIO SUPERIOR EN LOS CANTONES SUCRE Y SAN VICENTE

La demanda de educación superior en la provincia de Manabí cada vez es mayor y las instituciones encargadas de preparar profesionistas de calidad van creciendo, sin embargo, las carreras que se ofrecen no satisfacen las necesidades de un buen número de egresados de bachillerato y pocas veces cumplen con las expectativas de los empleadores. Se realizó un diagnóstico en los cantones (Sucre y San Vicente) fue importante para definir dos momentos, uno las condiciones existente de los estudiantes de bachilleratos y un segundo momento conocer sus expectativas para cursar estudios universitarios en las Universidades ubicadas en el entorno de la zona costa, este estudio se realizó a través del software REDATAM que nos permitió segmentar el mercado. Basado en el SSPS 20.0 se determinó la confiabilidad de la encuesta aplicada a la investigación arrojo un 95% para un tamaño de muestra de 17,75% en relación con el universo de estudiantes de nivel medio superior en cada institución objeto estudio.PALABRAS CLAVE: Aprendizaje; enseñanza; educación; expectativas; confiabilidad.PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS IN HIGHER MIDDLE LEVEL STUDENTS IN THE CITIES OF SUCRE AND SAN VICENTEABSTRACTThe demand for higher education in the province of Manabí is increasing and the institutions responsible for preparing quality professionals are growing, however, the careers offered do not meet the needs of a number of high school graduates and rarely meet the expectations of employers. LA APLICACIÓN DE LAS TECNOLOGIAS DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y LA COMUNICACIÓN EN EL PROCESO DE ENSEÑANZA - APRENDIZAJE DEL IDIOMA INGLÉS

RESUMEN El propósito fue analizar la aplicación de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TICS) y su influencia en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje del idioma inglés, en el octavo año de educación básica del centro de educación básica José Velléz Gonzáles. En la primera etapa se relata sobre la fundamentación teórica, referencial y conceptual de la aplicación de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en inglés. Se llevó a efecto a la investigación de la información en la institución educativa investigada como son los estudiantes y docentes del centro de educación básica José Velléz Gonzáles, mediante entrevistas, encuestas para profesores y estudiantes. La aplicación de los instrumentos de investigación permitió recabar una serie de información de base para estructurar la propuesta de solución. Finalmente se planteó la propuesta de solución en el uso del Power Point como método didáctico para mejorar las destrezas visuales que fueron esenciales para lograr la certificación que tiene este centro, para esto fue imprescindible realizar la propuesta y su aplicación en el centro de educación básica para su respectiva aplicación por sus docentes. NIVELACIÓN EN BACHILLERES PARA ELEVAR EL NIVEL DE INGRESO A LA ENSEÑANZA SUPERIOR

La investigación fundamentada en el desarrollo del aprendizaje de estudiantes de Bachillerato para lograr un cupo en la enseñanza universitaria fue el objeto de estudio con la finalidad de obtener un mayor índice de ingreso a la enseñanza superior. En el diagnostico se obtuvo que más del 11% de los egresados del bachillerato quedaban sin alcanzar estudios universitarios por lo cual el índice de desempleado crecía a un 15% principalmente en la zona rural y en la urbana a un 20% en el año lectivo del 2015. El software REDATAM permitió realizar un estudio del estado situacional de los egresados de los cantones Sucre y San Vicente, evaluando además las variables de tipo de actividades y rama de actividad de los pobladores. Se diseñaron tres metodologías de capacitación continua partiendo del programa de evaluación del SENESCYT sobre las temáticas de: razonamiento oral y escrito, razonamiento numérico y abstracto, esto con una estructura didáctica y evaluaciones simultaneas para medir el nivel de evolución de los estudiantes, donde el 98% de los estudiantes alcanzaron un cupo en la enseñanza universitaria elevando el índice de matrícula de la Universidad laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí.PALABRAS CLAVE: Aprendizaje; razonamiento; metodología; capacitación; egresados.PLACEMENT IN GRADUATES TO RAISE ADMISSION LEVEL TO HIGHER EDUCATIONABSTRACTResearch based on the development of high school students learning to achieve an opportunity in higher education was the object of study in order to obtain a higher rate of admission to higher education. Based on a diagnosis it was obtained more than 11% of graduates of high schools were not able to reach university studies for which the rate of unemployed grew 15% mainly in rural and urban areas to 20% in the school year 2015. REDATAM software allowed to carry out a study of situational status of graduates of Sucre and San Vicente cantons, it was determined the number of students who did not obtain an opportunity for the admission to public universities, also evaluating variables of kind of activities and branch of activity of the population. Los graduados de las carreras de Administración en Ecuador, en su entorno socioeconómico [Graduates in Business Administration majors in Ecuador, in their socioeconomic environment]

Resumen: La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el empoderamiento laboral de los graduados de las carreras de Administración Pública (A.P) y de Empresas Agroindustriales y Agropecuarias (A.E) de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López en su entorno socioeconómico; la muestra fueron los graduados en Administración cuya población fue de 98 profesionales; haciendo uso de una muestra estadística de población finita empleando un nivel de confianza de 95,5% y un error deseado del 4,5% se determinó una muestra de 42 graduados; para obtener mejores resultados la muestra se incrementó en un 25% para obtener una muestra de 60 graduados; se utilizaron encuestas abiertas y cerradas de tipo presencial y también con la ayuda de una herramienta informática para los que no se tuvieron acceso. La información solicitada mediante las encuestas entregadas presencialmente e informáticamente permitió obtener como resultado que el 68,4% de los graduados están laborando y el 82,04% están satisfechos y consideran que la educación en la ESPAM MFL es la indicada para formarse como profesionales.Palabras clave: Evaluación, empoderamiento, inserción laboral, seguimiento de graduados, carrera de administración, socioeconómico, entorno.  Abstract:The present study aimed to assess empowerment of graduates of racing Public Administration and Agribusiness and Agricultural Business of the Polytechnic School of Manabí Agricultural Felix Manuel Lopez in their socio-economic environment, the sample was management graduates whose population was 98 professionals; making use of a statistical sample of finite population using a confidence level of 95.5% and 4.5% desired error identified a sample of 42 graduates, to get better sample results increased by 25% for a sample of 60 graduates, surveys were used open and closed-face type and with the help of a software tool for those who do not have access, interviews with employers and an array of satisfaction survey, the variables studied were the level of acceptability and satisfaction with work instruction received. The information requested by the surveys delivered in person and by computer yielded results that 68.4% of graduates are working and 82.04% are satisfied and consider education in MFL ESPAM is right to train as a professional; SWOT analysis was carried out of the race which allowed the construction of strategies were proposed to them that can help them to continuous improvement if the race decides to implement.Keywords: skills, business administration, small and medium-size enterprises

LOS JUEGOS DIDÁCTICOS PARA EL DESARROLLO DE LA EXPRESIÓN ORAL EN EL APRENDIZAJE DEL IDIOMA INGLÉS

The objective of this research is to analyze the didactic games and their relevance for the development of memorization and oral expression with pre-school children of the Educational Unit "Pinceladas" in the year 2016-2017”. Exploratory and descriptive research were applied in order to analyze the role of games within the educational sphere, since they function as a pedagogical tool that integrates not only students, but also teachers involved in the formation of the same. . Surveys applied to pre-school teachers of the Pinceladas Educational Unit, whose most significant results will be reflected in this study showed that the influence of games on oral expression and memorization of pre-school students today is a of the main techniques used in education due to its great scope in the development that students achieve in different areas. The observation sheet was created by a group of experts in the area of pedagogical training in district 13D11 of zone 4 of Sucre-San Vicente structured by five elements and five evaluation scale, as shown in the table below. It is concluded that the didactic learning games help to improve the memorization and oral expression of the English language and facilitate easy and fun communication.El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar los juegos didácticos y su relevancia para el desarrollo de la memorización y expresión oral con niños de pre-escolar de la Unidad Educativa “Pinceladas” en el año 2016-2017”. Se aplicaron la investigación exploratoria y la descriptiva con la finalidad de analizar el rol de los juegos dentro del ámbito educativo, ya que funcionan como una herramienta pedagógica que integra no solo a los estudiantes, sino también a los maestros involucrados en la formación de los mismos. Encuestas aplicadas a los docentes de pre-escolar de la Unidad Educativa Pinceladas, cuyos resultados más significativos será reflejado en este estudio demostró que la influencia de los juegos en la expresión oral y la memorización de los estudiantes de pre-escolar hoy en día es una de las principales técnicas utilizadas en la educación debido a sus grandes alcances en el desarrollo que los estudiantes alcanzan en diferentes áreas. La ficha de observación fue creada por un colectivo de experto en el área de formación pedagógica del distrito 13D11 de la zona 4 de Sucre- San Vicente estructurado por cinco elementos y cinco escala de evaluación, tal como se muestra en la tabla que a continuación se muestra. BLENDED LEARNING COMO ESTRATEGIA DE ENSEÑANZA-APRENDIZAJE DEL IDIOMA INGLÉS EN ESTUDIANTES DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA

The present research was carried out due to the advantages offered by b-learning or hybrid learning, are palpable and the progress that can be achieved in the educational experience of the student are favorable. The use of techniques allowed defining the role that allows the student and teacher to have technological resources (TIC’s) and unlimited interactive online programs that help develop and strengthen the skills needed to communicate with other individuals such as: listening, speaking, reading and writing. As a relevant result it was obtained that 67% of the teachers indicated that they frequently use edmodo and 33% use another platform. With this information it can be interpreted that all teachers are familiar with the use of interactive platforms even though they do not use the same in the teaching-learning process. What is contradictory is that 34% of teachers use ICT mainly for information, 33% for entertainment and 33% for work. It is demonstrated in the cross - analysis that the implementation of blended learning is fundamental and feasible for the improvement of the teaching - learning process in basic level students. Designing a methodological strategy for the implementation of the blearning in the teaching-learning process of the students' educational units of the sector will allow enhancing the learning of the English language.El presente trabajo investigativo se realizó debido a las ventajas que ofrece el b-learning o aprendizaje híbrido, son palpables y los progresos que se pueden lograr en la experiencia educativa del estudiante son favorecedores. El uso de técnicas permitió definir el papel que hace posible que el alumno y docente dispongan de recursos tecnológicos (TIC’s) y programas interactivos ilimitados en línea que ayudan a desarrollar y fortalecer las destrezas necesarias para comunicarse con otros individuos como son: listening, speaking, reading y writing. Como resultado relevante se obtuvo que el 67% de los maestro indicaron que usan frecuentemente edmodo y el 33% utiliza otra plataforma. Con esta información se puede interpretar que todos los docentes están familiarizados con el uso de plataformas interactivas a pesar de que no utilizan la misma en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Lo que resulta contradictorio que el 34% de los maestros utilizan las TIC’s principalmente para información, el 33% para entretenimiento y el 33% por trabajo. Se demostrar en el análisis cruzado que la implementación del blended learning es fundamental y factible para el mejoramiento del proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje en estudiante de nivel básico. Diseñar una estrategia metodológica para la implementación del blearning en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes unidades educativa del sector permitirá potencializar el aprendizaje del idioma inglés

LA MOTIVACIÓN POR EL IDIOMA INGLÉS A TRAVÉS DE LA MÚSICA POP EN ESTUDIANTES DE BACHILLERATO DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA “FANNY S. DE BAIRD” DE MANABÍ, ECUADOR

THE MOTIVATION OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE THROUGH POP MUSIC IN BACCALAUREATE STUDENTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT "FANNY S. DE BAIRD", MANABÍ. ECUADOR   RESUMEN El objetivo de la investigación está dirigido a realizar un diagnóstico sobre el estado actual del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la comprensión auditiva en inglés de los estudiantes de tercero de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa “Fanny s. de Baird”Partiendo un análisis del estado del arte referente a la música como recurso didáctico orientada a mejorar la comprensión auditiva en inglés a través de la música Pop como elemento integrador. El diagnóstico a través de encuestas y observación a clases constató las insuficiencias que persisten en la enseñanza de la comprensión auditiva: la falta de motivación de los alumnos, dificultades en la orientación de las tareas, ausencia de tareas previas o después de la audición entre otras. La matriz de ponderación de 7 parámetros y de 4 permitió medir el nivel de cumplimiento de los docentes y el uso de metodología y didáctica de enseñanza en el aprendizaje del idioma, donde se prepondera como resultado que la motivación a los alumnos antes de escuchar la canción fue del 75%, evaluada de regular. Por lo que no apreciable resultaron el intercambio del profesor con los alumnos y no se orientas tareas antes de escuchar el texto. Se concluye que la música Pop por su características hará mas motivador el aprendizaje colaborativo, significativo y desarrollador. ABSTRACT The objective of the research is aimed at making a diagnosis about the current state of the teaching-learning process of listening comprehension in English of third-year students of the Baccalaureate of the Educational Unit "Fanny s. of Baird”. Starting an analysis of the state of the art referring to music as a didactic resource aimed at improving listening comprehension in English through Pop music as an integrating element. The diagnosis through surveys and observation of classes found the insufficiencies that persist in the teaching of listening comprehension: the lack of motivation of the students, difficulties in the orientation of the tasks, absence of previous tasks or after the audition among others. The weighting matrix of 7 parameters and 4 allowed to measure the level of compliance of teachers and the use of teaching methodology and teaching in language learning, which highlights as a result that motivation to students before listening to the song It was 75%, rated regular. Therefore, the exchange of the teacher with the students was not noticeable and they did not start assignments before listening to the text.
