    THE STUDENT LEARNING DIFFICULTY FACTOR XI CLASS BUILDING DRAWING LESSONS OF EXPERTISE BUILDING SMK NEGERI 3 YOGYAKARTA

    This study aims at determine the influence of the most dominant factor OF learning difficulties of the students in Grade XI Subject Areas Building Drawing Building SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta, learning difficulties were factors include: (1) Internal factors consist of: (a) Physical factors, (b) Factors Psychology, and (2) External factors consist of: (a) Family environmental factors, (b) and School of Environmental Factors (c) Environmental factors Society. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta. The sample of this research is the Department of Building class XI student of 85 students drawn from a population of 113 students who are of 4 classes namely GB1, GB2, GB3, and KK. The sampling technique using a proportional sampling. Techniques of data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Validation test by consulting with the lecturers and experts to test the validity items using application programs excel 2007, while the reliability of the instrument using Cronbach Alpha coefficient. Data analysis techniques performed descriptively by finding the mean (M) score of learning difficulties experienced by students to draw a building subjects. The results of this study indicate that a class XI student of building expertise SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta to draw a building subjects have difficulty learning from a selected number of samples, the results obtained (1) learning difficulties physical factor 8.23%, (2) learning difficulty factor Psychology of 21.18%, (3) difficulty learning environment factors family 15.29%, (4) difficulty learning school environment factors 11.76%, (5) difficulty learning community environment factors 12.94%. So the class XI students building area of expertise to learn the dominant factor is the difficulty factor of Psychology. Key words: Learning Difficulties, Drawing Buildings, SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakart

    The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has created new pressures on the world, particularly in the field of economy. Previously, the global economy was optimistic about improvement, but the virus quickly spread and caused many casualties. Unprecedented mitigation efforts have brought about many changes in interactions at both individual and institutional/national levels. Measures such as lockdowns, physical distancing, and travel bans/restrictions have resulted in a significant decline in economic activities, with substantial impacts. Therefore, Indonesia and China have agreed to jointly carry out bilateral cooperation to restore the economic effects of the pandemic. This study is a qualitative descriptive research that outlines the agreed-upon cooperation between Indonesia and the People's Republic of China as a form of bilateral collaboration to recover from the economic impact of the pandemic. The research findings reveal that within this bilateral cooperation, several international collaborations have been agreed upon, including cooperation on COVID-19 vaccines, provision of healthcare equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE), and agreements to enhance digital economic cooperation

    This study aims to evaluate the child-friendly school program (SRA) in Public Elementary Schools in Pekanbaru. Evaluation research in this study uses a discrepancy model of evaluation. The population of this study were all teachers and education personnel at SDN Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City who carried out the SRA program as many as 6 schools.     Traditional marriage is a hereditary tradition that is still maintained by the community in Mada Oi U'a Hamlet, Woja District, Dompu Regency. There is a series of processes or rituals for the implementation of marriage that must be passed by someone in carrying out a marriage, starting with wearing traditional clothes equipped with a sash and a head covering or skullcap by the prospective groom. In the implementation, accompanied by Ompu Panati (traditional leaders) and village tribal heads, through several stages of custom starting with Panati (application), Wi, i nggahi (application has been received), Mbolo weki (Deliberation), Teka ra ne'e( description of donations), Map of Kapanca (sticking henna leaves), Marriage contract, Boho oi ndeu (siraman), Pamanco (reception). If you compare traditional marriage ceremonies and religious marriage ceremonies, the review of religious ceremonies is simpler. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method.     Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan turunnya hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan, serta menurunnya produktivitas sphygmomanometers (tensi darah). Keadaan tersebut harus segera ditangani karena karyawan memiliki peranan sebagai pengelola sistem serta merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dijadikan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sugih Instrumendo Abadi. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Sugih Instrumendo Abadi. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi, serta variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu eksplanatori survei dengan teknik stratifield random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 64,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 42,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 43,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan sebagai dasar untuk dilakukannya penelitian lain mengenai gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi dengan indikator dan objek yang berbeda

    Proses pembelajaran merupakan proses komunikasi. Dalam proses komunikasi selalu melibatkan tiga komponen pokok yaitu komponen pengirim pesan, komponen penerima pesan dan komponen pesan itu sendiri. Terkadang dalam proses pembelajaran terjadi kegagalan komunikasi. Untuk menghindari semua itu, maka guru harus menyusun strategi pembelajaran salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan media. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas penggunaan media model dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena pada kenyataanya dalam proses pembelajaran guru lebih mendominasi dan masih menggunakan metode ceramah, sehingga siswa cenderung pasif, bosan dan pada akhirnya tidak memiliki ketertarikan terhadap pembelajaran Biologi. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan empat macam instrument yaitu lembar observasi, test berupa pretest-posttest, kuesioner, dan lembar wawancara. Adapun siswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 72 siswa dari dua kelas yang dijadikan sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen pembelajarannya menggunakan media model pembentukan urin sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional berupa ceramah ditambah dengan powerpoint. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran telah sesuai dengan perencanaan pada RPP. Selain itu, hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol, dan media mendapatkan respon positif oleh beberapa pihak, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media model pembentukan urin efektif dalam pembelajaran sistem ekskresi. ;---The learning process is a process of communication. In the communication process always involves three main components, namely components of the message sender, message receiver component and a component of the message itself. Sometimes the learning process takes a communications failure. To avoid all that, then the teacher should develop learning strategies one of them by the media. In general, this study aims to measure the effectiveness of media usage models in the learning process. The research was conducted since the fact that the teacher in the learning process more dominating and still use the lecture method, so that students tend to be passive, bored and in the end has no interest in learning biology. This experimental study using four different instruments namely observation sheets, test pretest-posttest form, questionnaire and interview sheet. The students involved in this study as many as 72 students from two classes that serve as experimental class and control class. Classroom learning experiment using the model of the formation of urine while media control class using conventional learning in the form of lectures plus powerpoint. The results showed that the implementation of learning in accordance with planning on the RPP. In addition, the experimental class student learning outcomes is higher than the control class, and media get a positive response from other parties, so it can be said that learning to use the media effectively in the model of the formation of urine excretion system of learning

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh guru di sekolah Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo yang berjumlah 74 guru. Sampel diambil dengan teknik quota purposive sampling dengan jumlah 62 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket. Try out yang dilakukan terhadap 30 responden didalam populasi, dengan hasil valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression (analisis regresi linier berganda). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan etos kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru secara simultan (Fhitung > Ftabel atau 34,786 > 3,15 pada db = 2, dk = 59 dan taraf signifikansi 5 %). Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (thitung > ttabel atau 3,116 > 2,000 pada N = 62 dan taraf signifikansi 5%). Etos kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (thitung > ttabel atau 4,435 > 2,000 pada N = 62 dan taraf signifikansi 5%). Try out was done to 30 respondents in population, with the results were valid and reliable. Data analysis technique used was multiple regressions (double linear regression analysis).     METODE SIDIK JARI DNA DENGAN REP-PCR

    Analisis repetitive genomic sequences- Polymerase Chain Reaction (rep-PCR) adalah metode pelipatgandaan DNA menggunakan primer oligonukleotida untuk mengamplifikasi urutan nukleotida repetitif dalam genom mikrobia. Setiap mikroorganisme memiliki sekuen berulang (repetitive sequence) dengan jumlah dan ukuran yang sangat bervariasi. Sidik jari genomik rep-PCR yang sering digunakan ada tiga macam yaitu REPPCR, ERIC-PCR, dan BOX-PCR. Tiga macam sekuen repetitif yang telah diidentifikasi, yaitu elemen REP (Repetitive Extragenic Palindromic), ERIC (Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus), dan elemen BOX. Primer rep-PCR didesain untuk mengamplifikasi DNA diantara dua perbatasan fragmen DNA berulang pada genom bakteri. Teknik rep-PCR merupakan salah satu teknik untuk menghasilkan sidik jari genom bakteri yang dapat digunakan untuk membedakan keragaman mikrobia berdasarkan jumlah dan ukuran sekuen repetitif bakteri. Metode ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode penapisan awal isolat-isolat bakteri yang belum teridentifikasi.
