PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN ETOS KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (Studi pada Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo)

Yuyun Fajriani. PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN ETOS KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (STUDI PADA AL-AZHAR SYIFA BUDI SOLO). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan etos kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pada Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo secara bersama-sama, (2) Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo, (3) Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo, (4) Untuk mengkaji dan menganalisi mana yang lebih berpengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah atau etos kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh guru di sekolah Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo yang berjumlah 74 guru. Sampel diambil dengan teknik quota purposive sampling dengan jumlah 62 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket. Try out yang dilakukan terhadap 30 responden didalam populasi, dengan hasil valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression (analisis regresi linier berganda). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan etos kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru secara simultan (Fhitung > Ftabel atau 34,786 > 3,15 pada db = 2, dk = 59 dan taraf signifikansi 5 %). Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (thitung > ttabel atau 3,116 > 2,000 pada N = 62 dan taraf signifikansi 5%). Etos kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (thitung > ttabel atau 4,435 > 2,000 pada N = 62 dan taraf signifikansi 5%). Etos kerja guru lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru daripada gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (Pearson Correlation gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah = 0,623 dan Pearson Correlation etos kerja guru = 0,682) Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, etos kerja guru, kinerja guru dan multiple regression Yuyun Fajriani. The aim of this research are (1) to study and analyze The influence of the head master leadership style and teacher working ethos toward teacher working performance on Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo simultaneously, (2) to study and analyze The influence of the head master leadership style toward teacher working performance on Al- Azhar Syifa Budi Solo, (3) to study and analyze teacher working ethos toward teacher working performance on Al- Azhar Syifa Budi Solo, (4) to study and analyze which one gives more influence between the head master leadership style or teacher working ethos toward teacher working performance on Al- Azhar Syifa Budi Solo. The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative method. The population was the whole teachers in Al-Azhar Syifa Budi School Solo which consisted of 74 teachers. The sample was taken using quota purposive sampling technique with 62 teachers as participants. The technique of collecting data used was questionnaire method. Try out was done to 30 respondents in population, with the results were valid and reliable. Data analysis technique used was multiple regressions (double linear regression analysis). Based on the results of this research, it can be known that the head master leadership style and teacher working ethos influence toward teacher working performance simultaneously (Fobtain > Ftable or 34.786 > 3.15 on db = 2, dk = 59 on significance level 5%). the head master leadership style influences toward teacher working performance (tobtain > ttable or 3.116 > 2.000 on N = 62, on significance level 5%). teacher working ethos influence toward teacher working performance (tobtain > ttable or 4.435 > 2.000 on N = 62 on significance level 5%). teacher working ethos gives more influence toward teacher working performance than the head master leadership style (Pearson correlation for the head master leadership style = 0.623 and Pearson correlation for teacher working ethos = 0.682).
