The study is purposed to know the condition, cost, income and profit of smallscale rubber plantation - member of Sub-unit UPP Hatungan in KecamatanHatungan, Kabupaten Tapin. Sub-unit UPP Hatungan is a rubber plantingproject conducted by Forestry and Plantation Agency of Kabupaten Tapin. Itwas started in 1992-1993 and the rubber plants was planted in 1994-1995.The government financed the plantation until year 5. Then, after start to yield, it was handed over to the farmers. As a return, farmers were obligated to repay the 5 years cost by installment. Total cost on plant age 16 year,calculated by discounted methods, is Rp. 8.383.549,99. while the revenue,income and profit is Rp. 18.400.000; Rp. 15.378.230,98,and Rp.12.081.115,94, respectively

Pengembangan Buku Panduan Pencegahan Bahaya Narkoba Bagi Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian pengembangan Borg & Gall (1983) atau penelitian pengembangan yang menghasilkan suatu produk.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku panduanpencegahan bahaya narkoba dengan latihan asertif bagi siswa menengah pertama. Produk pengembangan yang dihasilkan terdiri dari baku panduan untuk konselor dalam melakukan layanan informasi dan juga bimbingan kelompok dalam pemberian materi anti narkoba .Pengembangan buku pengembangan panduan pencegahan bahaya narkoba dengan latihan asertif bagi siswa memengah pertama mengadopsi tahapan model pengembangan Borg & Gall yang telah disederhanakan oleh Tim PuslitJaknov. Dalam proses pengembangan awal , pengembangan melakukan konsultasi dengan ahli media untuk mendapatkan panduan dan saran tentang media yang dikembangkan . Untuk memenuhi akseptabilitas produk maka dilakukan uji ahli validasi ahli media, validasi ahli materi dan uji validasi ahli lapangan konselor .Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket yang digunakan untuk mengetahui akseptabilitas produk.Adapun hasil penilaiannya dianalisis dengan menggunakanteknik analisis diskriptif presentase.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari hasil validasi uji calon pengguna konselor. menunjukkan bahwa buku pengembangan panduan pencegahan bahaya narkoba dengan latian asertif bagi siswa menengah pertama mmenuhi kriteria akseptabilitas yang sesuai dengan aspek kegunaan , kelayakan, ketepatan dan kepatutan. Skor yang diperoleh dari hasil Validasi uji ahlimateri aspek kegunaan 97,72%, aspek kelayakan 90,62%, aspek kepatutan 93,05%, dan aspek kepatutan 95,45%. Dengan demikian Buku pengembangan panduan pencegahan bahaya narkoba dengan latihan asertif bagi siswa menengah pertama dapat digunakan dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam layanan informasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang bahaya narkob

Kucing sebagai Teman Hidup dalam Film Rentaneko Karya Naoko Ogigami

Kata Kunci: kucing rental, film, rentaneko, teman hidupHewan peliharaan merupakan binatang yang dipelihara manusia, baik untuk sementara maupun dalam waktu yang lama. Seseorang biasanya memilih untuk memelihara hewan karena ia menyukai atau mencintai hewan tertentu. Selain itu dapat dikarenakan seseorang tersebut merasa kesepian dan ingin memiliki “teman” yang dapat selalu dekat dengannya. Sebagian besar warga Jepang menganggap hewan peliharaan sebagai bagian dari keluarga. Dengan menggunakan kajian sosiologi sastra dan mise en scene, serta sumber-sumber data seperti teori tentang kesepian dan tanshin funin, penelitian ini akan menjelaskan alasan seseorang menyewa kucing rental untuk dipelihara dan dijadikan teman hidup secara deskriptif melalui teks dan gambar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seseorang memiliki alasan tertentu untuk memelihara hewan peliharaan. Selain itu, dengan keberadaan hewan peliharaan disisinya, hal tersebut membuat seseorang tidak lagi merasa kesepian dan lubang dalam hati mereka bisa tertutupi. Selain menjadi hiburan, film ini dapat menjadi pembelajaran mengenai berbagai hal seperti budaya, sosial, dan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyarankan untuk meneliti film ini dengan pendekatan atau permasalahan yang berbeda, seperti mengenai Perubahan yang terjadi pada tokoh setelah memelihara kucing

Analisis Balanced Scorecard Sebagai Salah Satu Alat Pengukuran Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Pada PT. ABC Tahun 2011 – September 2014)

Nowaday's, business competition get more tight. The reason it happened because there are many companies having a competitive performance. Adynamic businesss environment makes the company should more care abaout the strategy. Performance measurement is an important factor in the company. Only the aspect of financial performance measurement company can make less good condition , because measuring performance in non financial aspects also needed. Balanced scorecards (bsc) is one of alternatives in measuring the performance of a company that aims to know the results of financial and non financial performance. BSC has four important pespectives which were a financial perspective, customer perpective, internal business process perpective, learning and growth perspective. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of the PT. ABC in 2012 – September 2014 on financial and non financial aspects. Research methotds used in research is descriptive research with research in PT. ABC. The technique of data collection is using interview and documentation. Data analysis used in performance measurement PT. ABC is using the balanced scorecard. The overall results of this study indicate that the performance of PT. ABC in 2012 – September 2014 measured on four pespectives of the balanced scorecard still do not have good performance.

Why is the Number of Patients of Methadone Maintenance Therapy in Indonesia Stagnant? Improvement of Service

At first, Methadone Maintenance Therapy Program (MMTP) was created to handle the increasing problem of HIV caused by used drug through injection. The spread of HIV through the needle is so fast that requires a comprehensive therapy effort. In 2003, Indonesia made a project pilot at drug dependence hospital in Jakarta and public hospital in Bali. The results of the project had positive impacts. There was behaviorchanging to stop using drugs. MMTP was firstly launched in 2006. The program used methadone dosage of liquid by drinking. The implementation of MMTP in Indonesia wasn’t maximized. Based on data from the Ministry of Health in 2015, the number of active patients was 2,300 and in 2013, there was 2,457. There was a decrease in the number of patients in the two years amounted to 6.38%. The research method used quality research by literature review and an in-depth interview with IDUs. The subjects of study had improvements of methadone services and evaluation of the therapeutic program implementation. The results of the research had a non-compliance with service guidelines, lack of psychosocial services, the performance of officers not optimal, and there were external influences on the adherence of patients — the conclusion neededcapacity building, the involvement of stakeholders in this program, monitoring client through task shifting of an officer. Analisis Hubungan Biaya Promosi dengan Pendapatan pada PT. Bank Xyz

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion costs on income at PT. Bank XYZ. The study was conducted by linear regression that was processed by means of statistical program SPSS16.00. The analysis shows the regression equation as follows: Y = -162982.754 + 247.964X. The result of research shows that there is influence between variable X that is promotion cost with variable Y that is income. Analisa Kinerja Ruas Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, DKI Jakarta

DKI Jakarta sebagai kota paling terbesar di Indonesia memiliki karakteristik jalan raya dengan tingkat kemacetan yang tinggi, salah satunya terjadi pada Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja ruas Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian mengikuti analisis yang terdapat pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Penelitian ini meninjau ruas Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat yang terbagi menjadi 2 segmen, yaitu segmen 1 adalah ruas Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat dengan arus lalu lintas dari arah utara dan segmen 2 adalah ruas Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat dengan arus lalu lintas dari arah selatan. Pengumpulan data arus lalu lintas dilakukan dengan survey lalu lintas untuk setiap arah. Survey dilakukan selama 2 (dua) hari, yaitu hari kerja (weekdays) dan hari libur (weekends) untuk satu jam puncak pagi, siang dan sore. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis adalah tingkat pelayanan ruas Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat dengan arus lalu lintas dari arah utara (segmen 1) adalah D dengannilai V/C ratio 0,84 dan kecepatan rata-rata sebesar 48 km/jam. Sedangkan tingkat pelayanan ruas Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat dengan arus lalu lintas dari arah selatan (segmen 2) adalah C dengan nilai V/C ratio 0,45 dan kecepatan rata-rata sebesar 41 km/jam

(Correlation Between Family Social Economy Status and Exclusive Breastfeeding in Tanah Kali Kedinding Public Health Centre, Surabaya)

Background: The result of Basic Health Research (Riskesdas 2010) showed that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding until 6 months were lower than the exclusive breastfeeding coverage target in Indonesia that is 80%. One of the factor that assumed can affect the continuity of exclusive breastfeeding is social economy condition. Methods: This study was a descriptive research with cross sectional design. Samples were taken from population who were mothers with 6-12 months old children within the area of Puskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding on 2011. Closed quistionnaire was used to collect data and analyzed with Chi Square. The aim of the study was described the correlation between social economy factors and exclusive breastfeeding on babies. Result: Only a small portion of respondents that had good knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding. There was a significant correlation between good knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding with exclusive breastfeeding practice. There was a significant correlation between vocational status of mother and knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding with exclusive breastfeeding practice. There was no significant correlation between education level and family income with exclusive breastfeeding practice. Conclusions: The scope of exclusive breastfeeding must be enhanced. Poor of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and working mothers influence the low level of exclusive breastfeeding practice. Recomendation: Increasing knowledge of mothers and families about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding, preparation and technical, as well as how storage and giving stored breastfeeding to the baby. Working mothers should try to give the exclusive breastfeeding which it must be facilitated by the company

The world of children is full of surprises, and the world of play is abundant with the sparks of a child's imagination in expressions that are so genuine, spontaneous, and astonishing. Children's imagination develops concurrently with their cognitive and linguistic abilities. And serve as a method for children to comprehend the reality of their existence and their surroundings. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology, which, in addition to utilizing available literature, makes observations on the research object. Creativity is the capacity to conceive of things in novel and uncommon ways and to generate original solutions to children's issues. Children who are creative are insatiably inquisitive, have many interests, and are enthusiastic about their hobbies and activities. The answer to a child's curiosity is creativity.
