ANALISIS PUSPAGA BHAKTI PERTIWI SEBAGAI KOMUNIKASI PEMERINTAH DALAM UPAYA PENANGANAN KEKERASAN TERHADAP PEREMPUAN DAN ANAK DI KOTA BATU

The Batu City Government through the P3AP2KB Service in its commitment through Batu City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2013 concerning the Implementation of Protection for Women and Children Victims of Violence, where handling cases of violence against women and children should be a priority program for the Batu City government. However, during its implementation, the number of cases of violence was still found to have increased significantly from the previous year and there was a lack of publicity of PUSPAGA Bhakti Pertiwi to the public who were reluctant to report cases of violence. In this case, government communication through PUSPAGA Bhakti Pertiwi can be used as an alternative in handling violence against women and children in Batu City. The aim of this research is to find out government communication regarding the PUSPAGA Bhakti Pertiwi mechanism as an effort to handle violence against women and children in Batu City. The research method used is a qualitative approach and analytical descriptive research. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The results of research on government communications that have been established between PUSPAGA Bhatkti Pertiwi and the P3AP2KB Service, especially the PPPA sector, have been established effectively in the sense that the government communications that have been established have been running well, effectively and communicatively, so PUSPAGA Bhakti Pertiwi is the right step as a government communication medium in handling violence against women in Batu City

THE THESIS ADVISORS EXPECTATION OF THE STUDENTS IN WRITING THESIS

Expectation is the act state of expecting or looking forward to an event as about to happen. The thesis advisors expectation sometimes match with the students expectation and sometimes does not. So, the writer formulates a statement of problem that is: What is the thesis advisor expectation of the students in writing thesis? The purpose of this study is to investigate the thesis advisors expectation of the students in writing thesis. This study also uses the descriptive qualitative research. The population of this study is the teacher of English Department full-time in academic years 2001/2002 in Muhammadiyah University of Malang. This research uses non-probability sampling, exactly, purposive sampling because the writer only chooses 14 full-time thesis advisors as a sample. In this case, the writer uses a structured interview to collecting the data because before interviewing, the writer construct some questions to the respondents. The result of this study are the majority of the thesis advisors expect their students have capability in research’s topic and research methodology obey the thesis guidance schedule (100%), high motivation (81,8%), be more independent (63,6%), grammatically correct (36,3%), discuss with friend (27,3%), obey the thesis advisor (18,2%), and 9,09% the thesis advisors expectation are the students should write a good thesis, be more patient, read a lot of books, be consistent with the thesis purposes. However, not all thesis advisors can achieve their expectations. It is caused by several factors and the majority of the thesis advsiors would like to find out the cause of problem and ask the students to do a concrete action. The thesis advisor expectation should be compatible with the student level of ability. To much ideal expectation that is not line with the students capability will make them frustrated

ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF MSMES AT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTITY (SAK EMKM)

This study aims to encourage SMEs that do not yet have a record of financial statements to apply their financial statements in accordance with the Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities, in presenting simple reports with an accounting financial report preparation system that can help and simplify. The study was conducted on the MSME business of Nasi Pecel Food Stall Madiun Dika Bolo. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. As well as collecting data by means of interviews, documentation and direct observation. This study was conducted to analyze the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the statement of SAK EMKM. It is known that Warung Nasi Pecel Madiun Dika Bolo has problems in preparing financial statements, including the lack of manpower and bookkeeping to make financial reports, only recording income and expenses in order to find the profit side due to lack of knowledge related to how to make financial reports so that according to SAK EMKM

ANALISIS KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN DALAM MEMBELI MINYAK GORENG MEREK SUNCO

ABSTRACT             "Analysis of consumer purchasing decisions in buying Sunco cooking oil (Case study: Women of Bebesen sub-district, Central Aceh district)" This research was guided by Mrs. Myrna Pratiwi Nasution, SP, M P. This study aims to analyze consumer purchasing decisions in buying Sunco cooking oil, This research was conducted in Bebesen sub-district, Central Aceh district, the respondents used were 100 women, the community of Bebesen sub-district, Central Aceh district. Then the test tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that the product has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Sunco cooking oil, the promotion has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Sunco cooking oil, the price has no significant effect on the purchase decision for Sunco cooking oil, and the place has no significant effect on the decision to purchase Sunco cooking oil. So products and promotions have a significant effect on Sunco cooking oil.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan pembelian konsumen dalam membeli minyak goreng Sunco, Penelitian ini dilakukan di kecamatan bebesen kabupaten aceh tengah, responden yang di gunakan sebanyak 100 ibu masyarakat kecamatan bebesen kabupaten aceh tengah. Kemudian alat uji yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan mengunakan prangkat lunak SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng Sunco, promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng Sunco, harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng Sunco, dan tempat tidak brpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng Sunco. Maka produk dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minyak goreng Sunco. Kata kunci : minyak goreng Sunco, Analisis regresi linier berganda

Anak dengan ADHD membutuhkan penanganan khusus yang sesuai. Untuk menentukan bentuk layanan yang sesuai dalam menangani anak dengan ADHD, diperlukan adanya asesmen terhadap kondisi dan kemampuan anak. Asesmen perlu dilakukan secara berkala untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan kemampuan 3 terkini yang dimiliki oleh anak. Dengan begitu, layanan yang diberikan akan saling berkesinambungan dan sesuai dengan kondisi anak terkini. Penyusunan program pembelajaran bagi anak dengan ADHD harus dilandaskan pada hasil asesmen sebagai langkah menentukan layanan yang sesuai bagi anak. Program pembelajaran yang telah disusun perlu dilaksanakan secara tegas, tertib, dan disiplin. Dengan pelaksanaan yang tegas, tertib, dan disiplin, maka target-target pembelajaran akan tercapai secara maksimal
