The Use Of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) In Improving Pancasila And Civics Education Learning

The use of Value Clarificatin Technique (VCT) in improving Pancasila and Civics Education Learning about the theme entlitled “Health is Important”. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research conducted within two cycles consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data used were in the form of qualitative data, namely the value of the attitude of responsibility and knowledge of the contents of Pancasila and Civics Education learning. The result of this research indicated (1)the use of VCT implemented by the following steps: (a)expositon, (b)presentation of dilemmas, (c)determination of arguments, (d)testing of argument and classification of values, (e)inference, and (f)evaluation; (2)VCT learning model could improve Pancasila and Civics Education Learning as evidenced by an increase in the percentage of completeness in the value of attitude 6,12% and increasing the percentage of completeness of the value of knowledge 8,44%;and (3)the problems encountered, namely: (a)less extensive materials, (b)stimulus didn’t reach the whole class, and (c)timing was less effective; Solutions are: (a)developing material, (b)enlarging the stimulus, and (c)creating effective timing. The conclusion of this research indicated that the use of VCT could improve the attitude and knowledge of the Pancasila and Civics Education content on the theme entitled “Health is Important”.

Defamation Through Social Media as a Cyber Crime

This writing finds a strict interpretation of the criminal act of defamation through social media, where many cases criminalize a person who does not deserve to be called the perpetrator or suspect of defamation. The questions of this writing are how defamation through social media is categorized as a cyber crime and how law enforcement officials should interpret elements of defamation through social media. The results of the study show that, first, defamation through social media is part of a cyber crime. because it is in an electronic and cyberspace environment and secondly, the interpretation of the crime of defamation should be based on the guidelines of the Joint Decree regarding guidelines for the implementation of certain articles in the ITE Law between the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia, the Police of the Republic of Indonesia and the Minister of Communication and Information, Number 229 of 2021 dated June 23, 2021 which is more careful by paying attention to aspects of perpetrators and victims. PEMANFAATAN EKSTRAK KULIT PISANG KEPOK (Musa paradisiaca L) SEBAGAI BAHAN PENGAWET TELUR AYAM PETELUR

Eggs easily experience a decrease in quality caused by physical damage, as well as evaporation of water, carbon dioxide, ammonia, nitrogen, and hydrogen sulfide from inside the egg. This study aims to find out the effect of giving banana peel extract (Musa paradisiaca L). effect on egg shrinkage, egg pH, and percentage of rotten eggs. The data was analyzed using RAL with treatment 4 and repeat 5. In the extract of banana peel by spraying several doses each experiment (4, 8.5, 12, 16) gr / 100 ml. The results of the study for the best value of each variable from 0-14 days are only treated at (P2) with a value (1,57 ± 0,29 ), this indicates that the extract dose of 8.5 gr / 100 ml is better. In this study it can be concluded that egg preservation with the utilization of banana peel extract with the addition of different extracts and storage for 14 days has not been able to inhibit the quality of eggs shown by the value of egg weight shrinkage, egg pH, and percentage of rotten eggs. It can be used as a reference base for future research, and further research is needed on the use of banana peel extract as a utilization of banana skin extract as a preservative of laying breed chicken

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Kaizen terhadap Kepuasan Keja Karyawan pada PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya kaizen terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pabrik Kertas Noree Indonesia yang berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan metode pengambilan sampel berupa kuesioner model skala likert yang disebarkan kepada PT. Suzuki Idomobil Motor. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan hipotesis yaitu simultan dan parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki nilai positif sebesar 0,00 < 0,05 dan budaya kazien memiliki nilai positif sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya kaizen berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Wisata Waterpark dan Hotel di Desa Batangan Kabupaten Bangkalan

Kabupaten Bangkalan merupakan salah satu kabupaten sebagai tujuan transit utama dari Pulau Jawa melalui Selat Madura. Hal tersebut membuat Kabupaten Bangkalan sering sekali dikunjungi untuk perdangan maupun wisata sehingga dibutuhkannya sebuah sarana penunjang seperti hotel sebagai fasilitas akomodasi. Kabupaten Bangkalan memiliki sebuah desa yaitu Desa Batangan ,dimana terdapat sebuah potensi besar seperti sumber air berupa sumur bor yang belum dimanfaatkan sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah objek yang dapat memanfaatkan air dan menjadi daya tarik wisata, seperti Waterpark. Untuk beradaptasi dengan kondisi iklim sekitar Wisata Waterpark dan Hotel. Metode perancangan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan konsep arsitektur tropis dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara,dokumentasi,dan internet. Konsep arsitektur tropis ini merespon keadaan iklim dari tapak yaitu iklim tropis dengan suhu yang panas , sehingga memaksimalkan penghawaan angin dengan bukaan dan mengurangi paparan sinar matahari dengan memberi secondary skin ,agar bangunan pada tapak dapat beradaptasi dengan iklim sekitar. Perancangan Wisata Waterpark dan Hotel dirancang untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pada tapak dengan memanfaatkan dan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada serta memenuhi kebutuhan wisata dengan melengkapi sarana dan prasarana terutama di bidang akomodasi. Wisata Waterpark dan Hotel ini menerapkan tema arsitektur tropis dengan merespon iklim tropis pada tapak sehingga membuat kesan bangunan nyaman namun juga elegan pada fasad bangunan seperti pemberian secondary skin dan overstek sebagai penyaring sinar matahari. Sehingga juga dapat menjadi icon dan daya tarik wisata bagi wilayah setempat

Analisis Pemberian Kompensasi Islami terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia

Karyawan merupakan aset utama di dalam perusahaan dan menjadi penggerak setiap kegiatan dan rutinitas yang ada di dalam perusahaan, oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perlu diperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan melalui pemberian kompensasi yang adil sesuai dengan tugas, fungsi, jabatan, dan prestasi kerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompensasi yang di terapkan di PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompensasi islami terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan proses teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah obsevasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia memberikan kompensasi secara langsung yang meliputi (upah, tunjangan, insentif, penghargaan) dan kompensasi tidak langsung yang meliputi (bantuan sosial dan kesejahteraan, pemeliharaan kesehatan) serta penerapan kompensasi islami pada PT. Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan kompensasi islami di lihat dari upah (penetapan dan pembayaran), bantuan sosial, pemeliharaan kesehatan, gaji, insentif, bonus, tunjangan dan fasilitas sesuai dengan kaidah dan dasar hukum kompensasi islami

Analisis Perspektif Praktisi Advokat dan Penyidik Dalam Penunjukan Kekuatan Pembuktian Pada Kasus Kekerasan Seksual Dalam Rangka Program Magang Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka

Ide-ide kreatif dari program studi maupun mahasiswa selama ini terkadang hanya tersimpan tanpa ada kesempatan untuk menjadi kegiatan yang mendukung Program Magang Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Untuk itulah pada program hibah MBKM UNS tahun 2022 ini, dibuka peluang bagi seluruh Program Studi di UNS dan himpunan mahasiswa untuk mendapat dukungan implementasi aktivitas merdeka belajar. Dari program Hibah ini kami membawakan hasil penelitian dari analisis kami mengenai pembuktian dalam tindak pidana kekerasan seksual. Pengaturan mengenai alat bukti tindak pidana kekerasan seksual diatur dalam Pasal 24 dan Pasal 25 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual. Pasal 24 ayat (1) menyebutkan bahwa, alat bukti yang sah dalam pembuktian tindak pidana kekerasan seksual terdiri atas pertama alat bukti yang dimaksud dalam hukum acara pidana, kedua alat bukti lain berupa informasi elektronik dan/atau dokumen elektronik sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, dan ketiga barang bukti yang digunakan untuk melakukan tindak pidana atau sebagai hasil tindak pidana kekerasan seksual dan/atau benda atau barang yang berhubungan dengan tindak pidana tersebut

APPLICATION OF DIVERSION PENAL MEDIATION ON SEXUAL VIOLENCE CASES TO REALIZE CHILD PROTECTION FOR VICTIMS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE

Diversion is the granting of the authority of law enforcers to transfer the settlement of Child cases from the criminal justice process to the criminal justice process, with the aim of achieving peace between the victim and the child who commits a crime. This research is to find out about: how to apply diversion to cases of sexual violence against children, and whether diversion penal mediation can be applied to cases of sexual violence to realize the protection of children victims of sexual violence. Based on research in Central Java, barriers to the application of diversion system are from legislative factors, structural factors as well as community legal cultural factors. Along with the application of reasoning mediation diversion, these obstacles can be avoided. The application of the diversion penal mediation as a means to protect children of perpetrators and children of victims of child sexual violence. THE INFLUENCE RISK FACTORS OF STROKE ON DIABETES MELLITUS IN DR H. MOH ANWAR SUMENEP HOSPITAL

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic diseases characterized with hiperglikemia happens because aberration secretion insulin, insulin work or both. Diabetes mellitus often caused many complications, one of which was stroke. With the cases number of diabetes, to be sure the number of stroke events will also be increased. Installation in the In a patient disease in dr H. Moh Anwar Sumenep Hospital. Diabetes mellitus was a disease with the highest visits increasing from year to year. Knowledge about the stroke incidence risk factors in people with diabetes mellitus is very important as a precaution against the occurrence stroke incident in people with diabetes mellitus. The objective of this research was to study the influence risk factors of stroke on diabetes mellitus. The research used method with a case control comparison of 1:1. Number of cases as many as 40 people (people with diabetes mellitus with stroke complications) and control as many as 40 people (people with diabetes mellitus without stroke complications). Data collected with the medical record and the laboratory examination results. Variables examined included age, sex, total cholesterol level, HDL level, LDL level, Trigliserida level, and hypertension history. Data analyzed using logistic regression test to see which factors affect the stroke incidence in people with diabetes mellitus. The result obtained that there were not influence of gender, HDL and LDL level and hypertension history to stroke occurrence in people with diabetes mellitus. The significant influence variables obtained age, total cholesterol level and Trigliserida level. the model if regression is = 1,103 - 0,564 (age) + 0,490 (total cholesterol level) + 0,258 (Trigliserida level). Based on the results of this study, patients needed counseling on diabetes mellitus on the efforts of the diabetes mellitus management that do not cause complications, one of which was stroke complication.  Key words : diabetes mellitus, stroke, risk factors, dr.
