Crisis of cultural patterns and new trends in alimentation in terms of Anthropology of Food

Jídlo hrálo vždy zásadní roli v evoluci lidstva. Historicky se zformovaly kulturní vzorce ve stravování a potravní strategie přežití, které jsou v současné době v krizi především v důsledku industrializace výroby jídla a její globalizace. Nastupuje strach z nečistého, který v korelaci s dalšími determinantami ekologického, sociálního, ekonomického i morálního typu zásadně mění vztah lidí k jídlu. Tato odborná studie si klade za cíl analyzovat a popsat nové možné podoby vztahu člověka k jídlu z hlediska Antropologie jídla.Food has always had a fundamental role in the evolution of humankind.  Cultural patterns and food survival strategies have been formed historically, but are currently in crisis mainly due to the industrialization of food production and its globalization. There is a fear of the unclean, which, in correlation with other determinants of ecological, social, economic and moral type, fundamentally changes the relationship of people to food. Interpretation of local culture haritage through information panels on exemple of Prokopské údolí in Prague

This thesis focuses on nature trails and information panels and their role in the interpretation of local cultural heritage. Based on a literature search, it describes the theoretical basis of interpretation as such, the history of nature trails in the Czech Republic and worldwide, visitor issues and the educational and interpretive use of trails and panels. The main objective of this thesis is to map the current situation of nature trails in the Prokopské údolí in Prague, to evaluate their thematic focus, functionality, usability, and educational and interpretive potential. Part of the work is also a proposal for its own nature trail, which maps the industrial history of the Prokopské údolí in Prague. Analysis of a New Information System of a Company Working with Electrical Components

Tato práce zkoumá možnosti analýzy informačních systémů a podnikových procesů a jejich aplikaci na konkrétní instalaci informačního systému abas v nejmenované firmě A s.r.o. K analýze byla použita metoda SWOT, která umožňuje popsat IS/ICT zázemí firmy. Dále byla použita metoda PQM k procesní analýze podniku a identifikaci cílů firmy a kritických procesů, které jsou vhodné k optimalizaci. K popisu ekonomického dopadu zavedení abasu byly použity metody TCO a ROI. Pro získání názoru uživatelů systému na jeho funkčnost bylo použito dotazníkové šetření. Výsledkem práce jsou doporučení pro investice do rozšíření informačního systému k dosažení efektivnějšího chodu podniku.ObhájenoThis thesis explores methods of analyzing information systems and business processes and applies those methods on the specific installation of abas information system in an unnamed company A s.r.o. To analyse the IS/ICT background SWOT IT analysis was used. Furthermore, the PQM method was used to analyze business processes and to identify company's goals and critical processes, that are in need of optimization. To illustrate the economical impact implementing abas has made, the TCO and ROI methods were used. To gain the user's perspective on functionality of the system a survey has been used. The outcome of this thesis consists of recommendations for expansions of the information system to achieve a more efficiently running business

Transfer of six wooden churches in Czech Republic and their current use

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the transfer of six historical wooden churches form Subcarpathian Ruthenia and east Slovakia to the territory of today's Czech Republic. This study concerns St. Michael's church of Prague, St. Procopius and St. Barbara 's church of Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem, St. Paraskeva church of Blansko, St. Nicolas' church of Hradec Králové, St. Nicolas'church in Nová Paka and the church in Dobříkov. Stemming from historical literature, this work examines methods used to design the transfer protocol of these churches, as well as their real life circumstances, implications and outcomes. Main objective of this research paper is to evaluate current conditions of these churches, as well as their current use. Methods used for data collection were interviews with vicars and other community members closely tied to each particular church.
