    ABSTRAKAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca siswa kelas II di SDN Petir 4 Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas II. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi yang digunakan guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan membaca yaitu dengan bimbingan belajar menggunakan media yang menarik, melakukan pendekatan dan memberikan perhatian khusus kepada siswa, menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi untuk mengatasi kesulitan membaca, memberikan pengarahan dan motivasi serta mengadakan program khusus remedial membaca

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak penggunaan brand ambassador dalam strategi pemasaran perusahaan, terutama dalam kasus Nature Republic, sebuah brand kosmetik populer asal Korea Selatan yang baru-baru ini menggaet NCT 127 sebagai brand ambassador. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perubahan sosial masyarakat yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman, termasuk dalam hal pemasaran dengan menggunakan berbagai elemen mix marketing, termasuk iklan dengan brand ambassador. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana pengaruh brand ambassador dalam hal ini NCT 127 terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa dalam industri kosmetik, konsumen cenderung mempertimbangkan sejumlah faktor sebelum membuat keputusan pembelian. Faktor-faktor ini termasuk aspek-aspek praktis seperti jenis kulit dan kemudahan penggunaan produk, serta faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan citra merek, termasuk kepopuleran dan peran brand ambassador. Dalam kasus ini, peran NCT 127 sebagai brand ambassador memberikan kontribusi yang positif terhadap citra merek dan keputusan pembelian produk Nature Republic.Lebih penting lagi, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara brand ambassador, khususnya Idol (NCT 127), dan keputusan pembelian produk Nature Republic. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan Idol sebagai brand ambassador berdampak positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya peran brand ambassador dalam mempromosikan dan memperkuat citra merek, serta memberikan dorongan kepada konsumen untuk memilih produk tertentu. Kata Kunci : Duta Merek, Idol, konsumen, kosmetik, Strategi bauran jasa, Pemasaran ABSTRACT This research analyzes the impact of using a brand ambassador in a company's marketing strategy, especially in the case of Nature Republic, a popular cosmetic brand from South Korea that recently enlisted NCT 127 as its brand ambassador. The background of this research is the societal changes following the development of the era, including marketing aspects that involve various elements of mixed marketing, including advertisements with brand ambassadors. This study aims to understand the extent of the influence of the brand ambassador, in this case, NCT 127, on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used is quantitative, with the goal of describing and testing established hypotheses. The results of this research highlight that in the cosmetic industry, consumers tend to consider several factors before making purchasing decisions. These factors include practical aspects such as skin type compatibility and product ease of use, as well as factors related to brand image, including popularity and the role of the brand ambassador. In this case, the role of NCT 127 as a brand ambassador positively contributes to the brand image and purchasing decisions for Nature Republic products. More importantly, this research indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between the brand ambassador, especially Idol (NCT 127), and the purchasing decisions for Nature Republic products. This suggests that the use of an Idol as a brand ambassador has a positive impact on consumer purchasing decisions. It emphasizes the importance of the brand ambassador's role in promoting and strengthening the brand image, as well as encouraging consumers to choose specific products.     Pengaruh bokashi kulit kopi dan pupuk kascing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit (capsicum frutescens l.) varietas dewata F1

    Cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.) varietas Dewata F1 merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang digemari masyarakat dan memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Permintaan pasar terhadap cabai rawit yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, tentu tidak sebanding dengan produksi cabai rawit yang masih mengalami penurunan. Upaya peningkatan produksi cabai rawit dapat dilakukan dengan pemupukan. Pemberian pupuk organik seperti bokashi kulit kopi dan pupuk kascing menjadi solusi alternatif untuk meningkatkan hasil tanaman cabai rawit. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi bokashi kulit kopi dan pupuk kascing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit dan dapat menentukan dosis optimum bokashi kulit kopi pada setiap taraf pupuk kascing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu: Bokashi kulit kopi dengan 4 taraf, 0 t ha-1 (k0), 5 t ha-1 (k1), 10 t ha-1 (k2), dan 15 t ha-1 (k3). Faktor kedua yaitu: Pupuk kascing dengan 3 taraf, 0 t ha-1 (p0), 5 t ha-1 (p1), 10 t ha-1 (p2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan bokashi kulit kopi dan pupuk kascing terahadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai rawit. Pemberian bokashi kulit kopi dengan dosis 10 t ha-1 berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, sedangkan pemberian pupuk kascing dengan dosis 10 t ha-1 berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman, dan bobot buah per tanaman

This is due to a lack of correlation of Corporate Social Responsibility with the necessary profit in the calculation of Return on Equity for profit is influenced by other outside business income and expenses outside the business.     Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a program carried out by universities as an implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. KKN aims to apply knowledge and theory during lectures by providing support to the community in managing local resources. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected various sectors of life. One sector that experienced a very large impact was the economic sector. Sidoarjo Regency is one of the districts with high positive cases of Covid-19 and has become a red zone. Based on the survey results, it was found several problems caused by the Covid-19 case, namely the economic impact, especially the MSME actors who have an important role for the economy in the Sarirogo village, Sidoarjo Regency. The pandemic has also resulted in restrictions on activities outside the home. So we need a solution so that people can still meet their needs. One solution is to develop urban farming vegetable cultivation, namely microgreen. The purpose of this microgreen socialization is expected to be able to provide education to Sarirogo villagers about how to cultivate microgreen vegetables, help solve problems that arise from microgreen vegetable cultivation activities and optimize the use of vacant land so that it can provide a nutritious food source. The output is a microgreen socialization video and its stages as well as a training module. The existence of this socialization increases public knowledge about the form of urban farming, especially microgreen vegetable cultivation

    CREDIT CARD FRAUD DETECTION USING LINEAR DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS (LDA), RANDOM FOREST, AND BINARY LOGISTIC REGRESSION

    The growth of electronic payment usage makes the monetary tension of credit-card deception is changing into major defiance for finance and technology companies. Therefore, pressuring them to continuously advance their fraud detection system is crucial. In this research, we describe fraud detection as a classification issue by comparing three methods. The method used is Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), Random Forest, and Binary Logistic Regression. The dataset used is a dataset containing transactions made by credit cards. The challenge in this analysis is that the dataset is highly unbalanced, so SMOTE must perform better on the data. The dataset contains only continuous features that are transformed into Principal Component Scores (PCs). The results show that the binary regression algorithm, the Random Forest algorithm, and the Linear Discriminant Analysis with variables that have SMOTE have AUC values greater than using the original variables. The largest AUC value was obtained by binary logistic regression with 90:10 separation data and Random Forest Algorithm with 60:40 separation data

This research was conducted with the 4th grade homeroom teacher with interview techniques. From the result of the interview can be obtained that 1) Learning models use in science subjects in Petir 4 Elementary School are inquiry learning models 2) The obstacles faced in using this learning model are lack of adequate teaching aids differences in the characteristic of different students who are slow in accepting and understanding the information conveyed 3) Student learning out cones inquiry learning depends on the learning media and learning method in thematic learning more children who are active in the classroom, while the teacher only prevides further information the children who complete, of course different from KTSP. In KTSP teachers are more active than students grade four 4) Student responses in use of inquiry learning model that is good response, if the teacher is active his child also actively follows the teacher, whereas if the child is left in the classroom are not condutive 5) Effort to overcome obstacles in the use of inquiry learning models, namely by providing motivation and adding props to make it more interesting when learning takes place

    Analisis Risiko Penyebaran COVID-19 di Surabaya Raya Menggunakan Inhomogeneous Thomas Cluster Process

    COVID-19 menyebar cepat di Jawa Timur khususnya daerah Surabaya Raya yang memiliki jumlah pasien terkonfirmasi positif tertinggi dibandingkan kota/kabupaten lainnya di Jawa Timur. Kota Surabaya merupakan kota dengan jumlah pasien terkonfirmasi positif terbanyak dibandingkan Sidoarjo dan Gresik, dimana pada tanggal 20 Maret hingga 9 Juli 2020 68% dari jumlah kasus di Surabaya Raya merupakan kasus COVID-19 di Kota Surabaya. Hasil eksplorasi data menunjukkan bahwa data COVID-19 di Surabaya Raya tidak homogen dan cenderung membentuk kelompok. Pemodelan kasus COVID-19 dengan Inhomogeneous Thomas Cluster Process menunjukkan kepadatan pabrik dan kepadatan tempat ibadah secara signifikan mempengaruhi persebaran COVID-19 di Surabaya Raya, dimana setiap penambahan 1 pabrik dalam 1 km2 akan meningkatkan risiko COVID-19 sebanyak 2 kali lipat. Sedangkan jika dalam 1 km2 terjadi penambahan sebanyak 1 tempat ibadah maka risiko meningkatnya kasus COVID-19 di Surabaya Raya sebesar 4 kali lipat jika dibandingkan dengan tidak ada penambahan tempat ibadah. Estimasi jumlah kasus positif COVID-19 di Surabaya Raya adalah sebesar 161 kasus dengan standar deviasi kasus positif COVID-19 baru tersebar disekitar lokasi early case adalah sebesar 1,21 km. Validasi model dengan plot envelope K-Function menunjukkan bahwa Inhomogeneous Thomas Cluster Process baik digunakan untuk memodelkan data COVID-19 di Surabaya Raya pada 20 Maret 2020 hingga 9 Juli 2020. =============================================================================================== COVID-19 is spreading rapidly in East Java, especially in the Greater Surabaya area which has the highest number of confirmed positive patients compared to other cities / districts in East Java. The city of Surabaya is the city with the highest number of confirmed positive patients compared to Sidoarjo and Gresik, where from March 20 to July 9 2020 68% of the cases in Greater Surabaya were COVID-19 cases in the city of Surabaya. The results of data exploration show that the COVID-19 data in Greater Surabaya is not homogeneous and tends to form groups. Modeling the COVID-19 case with the Inhomogeneous Thomas Cluster Process shows that factory density and density of places of worship significantly affect the spread of COVID-19 in Greater Surabaya, where every addition of 1 factory in 1 km2 will increase the risk of COVID-19 by 2 times. Meanwhile, if in 1 km2 there is an addition of 1 place of worship, the risk of increasing COVID-19 cases in Greater Surabaya is 4 times compared to no addition of places of worship, so that between the two variables has a major influence on the risk of increasing positive cases of COVID-19. 19 in Surabaya Raya is the density of places of worship. The estimated number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Surabaya Raya is 161 cases with a standard deviation of new positive cases of COVID-19 scattered around the early case locations of 1.21 km. Model validation with the K-Function envelope plot shows that the Inhomogeneous Thomas Cluster Process is good for modeling COVID-19 data in Surabaya Raya from March 20, 2020 to July 9, 2020

This affects Indonesian’s youth on many aspects, especially in fashion. This could be proven due to a lot of designs bears resemblance to Korean’s design themes, such as Korean patchwork or jogakbo. Jogakbo is a form of traditional patchwork from Korea which is usually used by Koreans as a wrapper for various objects or a form of clothing. Nowadays at the moment, Jogakbo is re-introduced/ re-invented in fashion world as a wearable art which the patchwork was made as if it is an art. By analyzing the market demand in Indonesia, which is quite large, Vira Puspita brand decided to take on jogakbo as a main concept which will be presented in ready to wear collection for fall/winter 2018/2019.     In the initial research, it was found that the problems of members of the Police were related to workloads that were too heavy, not as desired with their passion, and personal problems that caused them not to enter the service, certainly affect the performance of these members, in this case it became a problem that had to be found a solution. One of the factors that is asume to impact is organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of police personnel. This research is a quantitative research with a survey model. The subjects are 200 members of the Indonesian National Police. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results show β = 0.413, and from the t-test results, which is t-count 6.381 > than t- table 1.6525 and a significance ≤ 0.001, the results of this study prove that the hypothesis which states that there is a significant positive impact between organizational citizenship behavior on performance is accepted. This shows that the higher organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the performance of police personnel
