Prehrana dojenÄadi i male djece na hrvatskim studijima sestrinstva: presjeÄna studija
Introduction. Breastfeeding rates in Croatia are far from WHO recommendations, with only 8% of women exclusively breastfeeding at 6 months. Nurses play a key role in supporting optimal infant feeding; therefore, their undergraduate training should cover this topic.
Aim. The aim of this study was to determine if infant feeding is part of undergraduate nursing programs in Croatia, and to analyse relevant textbooks.
Methods. Between January and March 2019, all pulicly available nursing undergraduate curricula (N=9) for the 2018/2019 academic year were assessed. Required textbooks were analysed by two independent assessors using the WHO Infant and Young Child Feeding: Model Chapter for textbooks for medical students and allied health professionals.
Results. Infant feeding was included in all the curricula. The mean number of topics from the Model Chapter covered in the four evaluated textbooks was 30.4%, of which 2.7% were classified as correct and thorough, 21% as correct and brief, and 6.7% as incorrect. Fields most poorly covered were: āPolicy, health system and community actionsā and āAppropriate feeding in exceptionally difficult circumstancesā.
Discussion. This is one of only a few published studies looking at nursing textbook content related to infant feeding. Less than a third of topics, considered mandatory for health professional education, were covered in the required textbooks.
Conclusion. Even though infant feeding was part of all assessed nursing curricula in Croatia, the required textbooks were largely outdated, incomplete and at times incorrect.Uvod. Stope dojenja u Hrvatskoj daleko su od preporuka SZO-a, pri Äemu samo 8% žena iskljuÄivo doji djecu u dobi od sĢest mjeseci. Medicinske sestre igraju kljuÄnu ulogu u pružanju potpore optimalnoj prehrani dojenÄadi, stoga bi njihovo preddiplomsko obrazovanje trebalo obuhvaÄati navedenu temu.
Cilj. Ciljevi ove studije bili su utvrditi je li prehrana dojenÄadi dio preddiplomskog kurikuluma sestrinstva u Hrvatskoj te analizirati relevantne udžbenike.
Metode. IzmeÄu sijeÄnja i ožujka 2019. ocjenjivani su javno dostupni preddiplomski kurikulumi studija sestrinstva (N=9) za akademsku godinu 2018./2019. Relevantne udžbenike analizirala su dva neovisna ocjenjivaÄa koji su se koristili PriruÄnikom SZO-a o prehrani dojenÄadi i male djece za zdravstvene djelatnike.
Rezultati. Prehrana dojenÄadi bila je zastupljena u svim nastavnim kurikulumima. ProsjeÄan broj tema iz PriruÄnika SZO-a obuhvaÄenih u Äetiri evaluirana udžbenika iznosio je 30,4%, od Äega je 2,7% ocijenjeno kao prisutno i potpuno navedeno, 21% prisutno i djelomiÄno navedeno, a 6,7% kao netoÄno. Slabo zastupljene teme bile su: āPolitika, zdravstveni sustav i akcije u zajedniciā i āOdgovarajuÄa prehrana u iznimno tesĢkim okolnostimaā.
Rasprava. Ovo je jedna od rijetkih studija i prva u Hrvatskoj koja se bavi temom prehrane dojenÄadi na preddiplomskim studijima sestrinstva kroz procjenu kurikuluma i sadržaja u relevantnim udžbenicima. Analizom udžbenika ustanovljeno je manje od treÄine preporuÄenog sadržaja na temu prehrane dojenÄadi.
ZakljuÄak. Iako su svi javno dostupni kurikulumi u Hrvatskoj imali zastupljenu temu o prehrani dojenÄadi, ocjenjivani udžbenici uglavnom su zastarjeli, a navedeni sadržaj nepotpun i ponekad pogresĢan
Klijentske web-aplikacije i vue.js
U ovom radu smo predstavili i objasnili JavaScript aplikacijski okvir pod nazivom Vue.js koji se koristi za izradu modernih web-aplikacija. Objasnili smo njegove znaÄajke i glavne prednosti. Izradom prvo vrlo jednostavne, a potom i naprednije web-aplikacije na primjerima smo objasnili moguÄnosti aplikacijskog okvira Vue.js. Glavna prednost Vue.js okvira je moguÄnost izrade modernih SPA (Single-Page Applications) aplikacija i vrlo dobra optimiziranost same biblioteke. Samim time aplikacije izraÄene pomoÄu Vue.js aplikacijskog okvira imaju vrlo dobre predispozicije da budu brze i bez zastajkivanja.In this graduate thesis we have introduced and explained JavaScript framework Vue.js which is used for building modern web-applications. Weāve explained its core features and main advantages. Building one simple and one more complex sample web-application gave us an opportunity to show all feature possibilities of Vue.js through examples. Vueās main advantage is the possibility of building modern SPA applications and a nicely optimized core library. With these properties of the framework, applications built with Vue.js are more likely to be fast and smooth
Pre-reading Skills in Kindregarten
Ovaj rad govori o znaÄajnosti usvajanja predÄitaÄkih vjeÅ”tina u predÅ”kolskoj dobi te kako ih razvijati i poticati. Najprije su definirane predÄitaÄke vjeÅ”tine te kako teÄe njihov proces usvajanja. Kao najbolji prediktor izdvaja se fonoloÅ”ka svjesnost koja se oÄituje kroz prepoznavanje rijeÄi koje se rimuju, prebrojavanje slogova, odvajanje poÄetka rijeÄi od kraja te izdvajanje glasova u rijeÄi. PredÄitaÄke vjeÅ”tine razvijaju se pod utjecajem razliÄitih unutarnjih i vanjskih Äimbenika. Kada se govori unutarnjim Äimbenicima, njih Äine genska funkcija i neoÅ”teÄenost funkcije i graÄa živÄanih puteva, dok se vanjski Äimbenici pojavljuju u prenatalnom razdoblju, materijalnoj i socijalnoj okolini ranog djetinjstva te kulturnim Äimbenicima. Rad se dotiÄe i kvalitetnog djetetovog okruženja koje je naroÄito potrebno u poticanju predÄitaÄkih vjeÅ”tina. Zatim, navedeno je kako teÄe proces usvajanja Äitanja te koje su faze potrebne kako bi uÄenje Äitanja bilo uspjeÅ”no. MeÄutim, postoje i simptomi koji mogu ukazivati na pojavu teÅ”koÄe u uÄenju Äitanja. Jedan od tih simptoma je usporeni razvoj Äitanja. PraktiÄni dio obavljen je u djeÄjem vrtiÄu āIzvorā u Samoboru. Djeci su ponuÄene aktivnosti koje potiÄu predÄitaÄke vjeÅ”tine kao Å”to je prepoznavanje prvog i zadnjeg glasa u rijeÄi. Provedenim aktivnostima i promatranjem djece u radu, primijetila sam kako veÄina djece razumiju da se rijeÄ sastoji od glasova i da svaki glas ima odreÄeno slovo.This work is talking about the importance of adopting pre-reading skills in pre-school age and how to develop and encourage them. At first are defined pre-reading skills and how their adopting process is going on. The best predictor is the phonological awareness which is manifested through the recognition of the words being rhymed, counting the slogans, separating the beginning of the word from the end and separating the voices into words. Pre-reading skills are developed under the influence of various internal and external factors. When it comes to internal factors, they are made up of genomic function and undeserved function and texture of nerve paths, while external factors appear in the prenatal period, material and social environment of early childhood and cultural factors. Work is also concerned with the quality of the child's environment which is especially needed in promoting pre-arts skills. Then, it is stated that the reading process is being followed and and what phases are needed to read the reading successfully. However, there are also symptoms which may indicate the difficulty of learning how to read reading. One of these symptoms is the slow development of reading. Practical part was done at the kindergarten "Izvor" in Samobor. Children are offered activities that stimulate pre-reading skills such as recognizing the first and last voice in words. Conducted activities and observation of children in work, I noticed that most children understand that the word consists of voices and that each voice has a specified letter

Listening to music as an inevitable activity in music class
Ovaj diplomski rad govori o zastupljenosti sadržaja za sluÅ”anje glazbe u udžbenicima za glazbenu kulturu za prva tri razreda osnovne Å”kole. DotiÄe se povijesti uvoÄenja glazbenog odgoja od samih poÄetaka do danas, istiÄe važnost uÄitelja kao voditelja kroz glazbenu edukaciju, kao osobe od bitne važnosti za rast uÄenikovog samopouzdanja, glazbenih vjeÅ”tina i odgoja. Glazbeni odgoj, odnosno sati glazbene kulture u Å”kolama Äesto padaju u drugi plan i zanemareni su zbog ostalih nastavnih predmeta, tako i sluÅ”anje glazbe na samom satu Glazbene kulture. U ovom radu analizirali smo jesu li udžbenici prikladni i koristeÄi se njima hoÄe li aktivnost sluÅ”anja glazbe biti najzastupljenija aktivnost na satu Glazbene kulture. U jednom od poglavlja naveden je propisani program (HNOS) koji je osnova planiranja i stvaranja udžbenika. U radu je prikazano i Å”to je sluÅ”anje glazbe i kakvo sve ono može biti te podudaraju li se preferencije uÄenika i ponuÄeni program.This graduate work is talking about the representation of material for music listening in textbooks for music class in first three grades of primary school. It concerns the history of introduction of music education from the very beginning to today and highlights the importance of teachers as guides through music education, as persons of importance for the growth of pupilās self-confidence, music skills and education. Music education, aka music classes in schools are often less important and neglected because of other school subjects and therefore even listen to music during the class itself is disregarded and overlooked. In this paper, we analysed whether or not textbooks are appropriate, and by using them, will the activity of listening to music be the prevalent activity during music class. In one of the chapters curriculum (HNOS) is listed, which is the foundation of planning and creating textbooks. In the paper it is also shown what listening to music is, how it can be, and whether the preferences of students coincide with the curriculum available
