Actualización del sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa: Colectivos del Café Ltda. a la Norma ISO-9001:2015

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo elaborar la actualización realizada al sistema de gestión de calidad de la empresa Colectivos del Café Ltda, basados en la norma ISO 9001:2015, dando cumplimiento a todos los requisitos de esta. Para soporte de lo anterior, se presenta toda la documentación necesaria para que posteriormente el sistema de gestión de calidad sea implementado en la empresa. A través de la aplicación de la norma ISO 9001:2015 en la empresa, se pretende lograr la mejora del servicio prestado por la empresa Colectivos del Café Ltda y la satisfacción de sus clientes.This Project has the objective of develop an update of the Quality Management System of Colectivos del Café Ltda, based on the ISO 9001:2015, fulfilling all the requirements of that standard. In order to support this Project, all the information required for a future implementation of the Quality Management System is provided in this paper. Las relaciones civiles - militares en el Perú y la relación con la contribución a la seguridad y al desarrollo nacional año 2014

El tema en mención describe la problemática presentada por la amplia brecha existente en las relaciones civiles militares lo cual afecta el normal desarrollo de la nación como tal y la consecución del Bienestar General como fin supremo del Estado, más aún teniendo en cuenta que la historia del Perú siempre ha estado ligada al Ejército en lo que se conoció luego como la simbiosis “Pueblo – Fuerza Armada”. Es por eso que merece especial atención, ya que dentro del proceso de democratización que está dándose en nuestro país, es un aspecto de mucha importancia para su consolidación. Al termino de las encuestas realizadas podemos apreciar que existe reconocimiento y aprecio por la labor realizada por las FFAA, sin embargo también existe antagonismo por la percepción de que las FFAA representan un peligro para la estabilidad política del país, sin embargo en estos tiempos de cambios vertiginosos y globalización es necesario encontrar las herramientas que nos permitan encontrar una identidad común tanto para civiles como para militares puesto que de esa manera podremos juntos trabajar para lograr el gran cambio que el Perú necesita.The subject in mention describes the problematic one presented/displayed by the ample existing breach in the military civil relations which so affects the normal development of the nation like and the attainment of the General Well-being like supreme aim of the State, but considering that the history of Peru always been has bound to army in which Town even knew soon like the symbiosis " – Armed Forces ". It is why it deserves special attention, since within the democratization process that this occurring in our country, is an aspect of much importance for its consolidation; to I finish of the made surveys we can appreciate that it exists recognition and esteem by the work made by the FFAA, nevertheless also exists antagonism by the perception of which the FFAA represent a danger for the political stability of the country, nevertheless in these times of vertiginous changes and globalización is necessary to find the tools that allow to as much find a common identity us for civilians as for the military since of that way we will be able together to work to obtain the great change that Peru needs

Posible aporte de la regulación metacognitiva al cambio en los modelos explicativos del concepto de onda mecánica

El informe presentado a continuación, de naturaleza descriptiva, aborda dos temas esencialmente importantes para la didáctica de las ciencias: la regulación metacognitiva y el estudio del cambio en los modelos explicativos del concepto de onda mecánica. La intención específica es responder a la pregunta: ¿Cuál es el posible aporte de la regulación metacognitiva al cambio en los modelos explicativos del concepto de onda mecánica? En las siguientes páginas se abordarán los temas y etapas articuladoras del proyecto como respuesta a dicha pregunta: En el capítulo 1 se describe el problema de investigación, la justificación y objetivos del trabajo investigativo; en el capítulo 2 se presenta un amplio rastreo de los autores representativos que han descrito la regulación metacognitiva y los modelos explicativos del concepto de onda mecánica; en el capítulo 3 se describe con detalle la metodología de investigación, en la que se propuso hacer un antes, durante y después para cada una de las categorías estudiadas. Por último, en el capítulo 4 se describen los análisis de las respuestas de los estudiantes, en la que se muestra que pareciera ser que aunque implementar actividades enfocadas en la regulación metacognitiva, aporta al cambio positivo en los modelos explicativos del concepto de onda mecánica, el avance o retroceso en la regulación metacognitiva no tiene una relación directa con el avance o retroceso en los modelos explicativos.The report presented below, of a descriptive nature, addresses two essentially important topics for the didactics of the sciences: metacognitive regulation and the study of the change in explanatory models of the mechanical wave concept. The specific intention is to answer the question: What is the possible contribution of metacognitive regulation to the change in explanatory models of the mechanical wave concept? In the following pages, the themes and articulating stages of the project will be addressed in response to this question: Chapter 1 describes the research problem, the justification and objectives of the research work; In Chapter 2, a broad overview of the representative authors who have described the metacognitive regulation and explanatory models of the mechanical wave concept is presented; In chapter 3 the research methodology is described in detail, in which it was proposed to do a before, during and after for each of the categories studied. Finally, chapter 4 describes the analysis of student responses, which shows that it seems that while implementing activities focused on metacognitive regulation, provides a positive change in explanatory models of the concept of mechanical wave, the Progress or regression in metacognitive regulation does not have a direct relationship with the advance or regression in the explanatory models

“El otorgamiento indebido de beneficios penitenciarios a internos primarios peligrosos como fuente generadora de inseguridad ciudadana en el Perú”

El presente trabajo de investigación es de tipo jurídico dogmático que ha tenido por objeto determinar los criterios que tienen los Magistrados al momento de otorgar Beneficios Penitenciarios a reos de alta peligrosidad, generando inseguridad ciudadana en el Perú; posee cuatro capítulos: el Primer Capítulo de Planteamiento de Investigación, que contiene la problemática y los objetivos trazados, el Segundo Capítulo de Fundamentos Teóricos que desarrolla las principales instituciones jurídicas analizadas como Los Beneficios Penitenciarios, la motivación judicial, así como el marco normativo, generalidades, marco histórico y conceptual; el Tercer Capítulo referido a la Metodología de ésta Investigación, la cual es de Tipo Descriptivo – Explicativo, con método Cuantitativo – Cualitativo (Mixto); y el Cuarto Capítulo referido al Análisis de Resultados donde se describe e interpreta los resultados obtenidos, se comprobó la hipótesis, se establecieron las conclusiones y se efectuaron las recomendaciones

Two-step BEC coming from a temperature dependent energy gap

We report the effects on the thermodynamic properties of a 3D Bose gas caused by a temperature dependent energy gap $\Delta (T)$ at the lower edge of the energy spectrum of the particles constituting the Bose gas which behaves like an ideal Bose gas when the gap is removed. Explicit formulae are given for the critical temperature, the condensate fraction, the internal energy and the isochoric specific heat, which are calculated for three different gaps that abruptly go to zero at temperature $T_B$, as well as for the damped counterparts whose drop to zero we have smoothed. In particular, for the undamped BCS (Bardeen, Cooper and Schrieffer) gap it is observed that the Bose-Einstein condensation (BEC) critical temperature $T_c$ is equal to that of the ideal Bose gas $T_0$, for all $T_B \leq T_0$; surprisingly, the condensate fraction presents two different filling rates of the ground state at $T_c = T_0$ and at $T_B < T_0$; while the specific heat shows a finite jump at $T_c$ as well as a divergence at $T_B$. Three-dimensional infinite Bose gas results are recovered when the temperature independent gap is either a constant or equal to zero.Comment: 10 pages, 17 figure

Síntesis de zeolita beta

Referencia OEPM: P9501552.-- Fecha de solicitud: 01/08/1995.-- Titular: Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV).En la presente invención se reivindica un nuevo método de síntesis de zeolita Beta, caracterizado porque en la preparación de la mezcla de síntesis se evita la presencia de cationes alcalinos. La zeolita Beta obtenida se caracteriza por su pequeño tamaño de cristal, su capacidad de formar suspensiones coloidales estables y porque su calcinación permite obtener la forma ácida sin recurrir a procesos de intercambio catiónico. Se reivindica también el uso del material obtenido en procesos catalíticos de transformación de hidrocarburos, para preparación de membranas zeolíticas y como activador de otras síntesis de zeolitas. El método consiste en el calentamiento a 363-473K de una mezcla de reacción que contiene una fuente de silicio, una fuente de aluminio, un catión orgánico director de estructura como hidróxido y agua, evitándose la presencia de cationes alcalinos. Se obtiene una suspensión coloidal de zeolita Beta de la que puede separarse la zeolita.Peer reviewe

Parallel simulation of Population Dynamics P systems: updates and roadmap

Population Dynamics P systems are a type of multienvironment P systems that serve as a formal modeling framework for real ecosystems. The accurate simulation of these probabilisticmodels, e.g. with Direct distribution based on Consistent Blocks Algorithm, entails large run times. Hence, parallel platforms such as GPUs have been employed to speedup the simulation. In 2012, the first GPU simulator of PDP systems was presented. However, it was able to run only randomly generated PDP systems. In this paper, we present current updates made on this simulator, involving an input modu le for binary files and an output module for CSV files. Finally, the simulator has been experimentally validated with a real ecosystem model, and its performance has been tested with two high-end GPUs: Tesla C1060 and K40.Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad TIN2012-37434Junta de Andalucía P08-TIC-0420

Instant messaging-based dialog system for device control in the Internet of things

La finalidad del proyecto im4Things es el desarrollo de una herramienta que proporcione una interfaz de comunicación entre humanos y dispositivos en la Internet de las cosas mediante diálogo en lenguaje natural escrito a través de servicios de mensajería instantánea. Esta comunicación puede ser de distintos tipos tales como el envío de órdenes, la consulta del estado e incluso se permite que sean los mismos dispositivos los encargados de alertar al usuario, si se ha producido un cambio del estado en los sensores de los dispositivos. Este proyecto está siendo desarrollado conjuntamente por la empresa Proasistech y el grupo TECNOMOD de la Universidad de Murcia y ha sido financiado por los fondos propios de la empresa Proasistech y con un contrato de I+D+i de asesoría tecnológica con el citado grupo de la Universidad de Murcia.The im4Things project aims to develop a communication interface to devices on the Internet of the Things (IoT) through intelligent dialogue based on written natural language over instant messaging services. This communication can be established in different ways such as order sending, status querying and even the devices themselves are responsible for alert users when a change has been produced in the devices sensors. Open Idea: an intelligent platform for managing innovative ideas

La finalidad del proyecto OPEN IDEA es el desarrollo de una herramienta que permita gestionar de manera eficiente las ideas innovadoras dentro de una organización, mediante el uso de tecnologías semánticas y del procesamiento del lenguaje natural. El objetivo central del sistema es fomentar el concepto de innovación abierta facilitando, durante todo el proceso de gestión de ideas, la interacción entre usuarios de la organización con las ideas innovadoras aportadas. Este proyecto está siendo desarrollado conjuntamente por la empresa QualityObjects y el grupo TECNOMOD de la Universidad de Murcia y ha sido financiado por el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo a través de la convocatoria de Avanza Competitividad I+D de 2012.The main goal of the OPEN IDEA Project is the development of a platform which efficiently manages the innovative ideas within an organization by using semantic technologies and natural language processing. Influence of elastomeric matrix and particle volume fraction on the mechanical response of magneto-active polymers

Magneto-active polymers (MAPs) are revolutionising the fields of material science and solid mechanics as well as having an important presence in the bioengineering community. These composites consist of a polymeric matrix (i.e., elastomer) filled with magnetic particles (i.e., iron particles). When bonded together, these two phases form a continuum solid that, under the application of an external magnetic field, mechanically reacts leading to changes in shape and volume or/and alterations in its rheological properties. Such a magneto-mechanical response is determined by the material properties of the polymeric matrix and magnetic particles. In this work, we present the mechanical characterisation of MAPs constituted by PDMS filled with carbonyl iron powder (CIP) particles. To this end, sixteen different combinations of elastomeric base/crosslinker mixing ratio (from 5:1 to 20:1) and particles' volume fraction (from 0% to 30%) are tested under tensile loading. These results are analysed and provide the bases for the formulation of a nonlinear constitutive model that accounts for these dependencies. The modelling approach is extended to incorporate magneto-mechanical effects.
