    Теоретичні аспекти розробки мобільного додатка для прогнозування ймовірної вартості земельної ділянки

    Forecasting the value of land is time-consuming and costly. Automating or optimizing this process saves time and money. The availability of paper documents is not convenient in today's world, it is more appropriate to use electronic services to obtain appropriate services. The article considers the theoretical aspects of developing a mobile application for forecasting the probable value of the land. Quantitative and qualitative forecasting methods in practice are given. Forecasting using time series analysis requires sufficient information in the past to predict the future state. The method of time series analysis is considered in detail. It is established that the popular and widely used statistical method of time series prediction is the ARIMA model – autoregressive integrated moving average. To implement the analysis of data by the method of time strings and to further form a model of forecasting and its integration into a mobile application, the Python programming language was chosen. After analyzing the data, forming time series, their seasonality, and forecasting, using the ARIMA model, you can proceed to convert the forecasting data model into the Core ML model, for further use (integration) in the mobile application to predict the probable value of the land. The article describes the development of forecasting using modern tools on the example of a mobile application with the following tasks: data generation for the date set; research of methods and algorithms; data mining; designing forecasting logic; implementation of forecasting the probable value of the land plot; application design and development; application testing. The result is a mobile application developed using modern forecasting tools, which at the request of the user gives the result of forecasting the probable monetary value of the land for the needs of the user.Рассмотрены теоретические аспекты разработки мобильного приложения для прогнозирования возможной стоимости земельного участка. Приведены количественные и качественные методы прогнозирования в практической деятельности. Подробно рассмотрен метод анализа временных рядов. Установлено, что популярным и широко применяемым статистическим методом прогнозирования временных рядов является модель ARIMA – авторегрессивная интегрированная скользящая средняя. Для реализации анализа данных методом временных строк и для дальнейшего формирования модели прогнозирования и интеграции ее в мобильное приложение был избран язык программирования Python. Изложены разработка и прогнозирование с использованием современных средств на примере мобильного приложения с выполнением следующих задач: генерация данных для датасета; исследования методов и алгоритмов; интеллектуальный анализ данных; проектирование логики прогнозирования; реализация прогнозирования вероятной стоимости земельного участка; проектирование и разработка приложения; тестирование приложения. Результатом является мобильное приложение, разработанное с использованием современных средств прогнозирования, которое по запросу пользователя выдает результат прогнозирования вероятной денежной стоимости земельного участка по требованию пользователя.Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти розробки мобільного додатка для прогнозування ймовірної вартості земельної ділянки. Наведено кількісні і якісні методи прогнозування у практичній діяльності. Детально розглянуто метод аналізу часових рядів. Встановлено, що популярним і широко застосовуваним статистичним методом прогнозування часових рядів є модель ARIMA – авторегресивна інтегрована ковзаюча середня. Для реалізації аналізу даних методом часових рядів та для подальшого формування моделі прогнозування, а також інтеграції її в мобільний додаток, було обрано мову програмування Python. Викладено розробку прогнозування із використанням сучасних засобів на прикладі мобільного додатка із виконанням таких завдань: генерація даних для датасету; дослідження методів та алгоритмів; інтелектуальний аналіз даних; проєктування логіки прогнозування; реалізація прогнозування імовірної вартості земельної ділянки; проєктування та розробка додатка; тестування додатку. Результатом є мобільний додаток, що розроблений із використанням сучасних засобів прогнозування, який за запитом користувача видає результат прогнозування ймовірної грошової вартості земельної ділянки за потреби користувача

    Varespladib and cardiovascular events in patients with an acute coronary syndrome: the VISTA-16 randomized clinical trial

    IMPORTANCE: Secretory phospholipase A2(sPLA2) generates bioactive phospholipid products implicated in atherosclerosis. The sPLA2inhibitor varespladib has favorable effects on lipid and inflammatory markers; however, its effect on cardiovascular outcomes is unknown. OBJECTIVE: To determine the effects of sPLA2inhibition with varespladib on cardiovascular outcomes. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS: A double-blind, randomized, multicenter trial at 362 academic and community hospitals in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, India, and North America of 5145 patients randomized within 96 hours of presentation of an acute coronary syndrome (ACS) to either varespladib (n = 2572) or placebo (n = 2573) with enrollment between June 1, 2010, and March 7, 2012 (study termination on March 9, 2012). INTERVENTIONS: Participants were randomized to receive varespladib (500 mg) or placebo daily for 16 weeks, in addition to atorvastatin and other established therapies. MAIN OUTCOMES AND MEASURES: The primary efficacy measurewas a composite of cardiovascular mortality, nonfatal myocardial infarction (MI), nonfatal stroke, or unstable angina with evidence of ischemia requiring hospitalization at 16 weeks. Six-month survival status was also evaluated. RESULTS: At a prespecified interim analysis, including 212 primary end point events, the independent data and safety monitoring board recommended termination of the trial for futility and possible harm. The primary end point occurred in 136 patients (6.1%) treated with varespladib compared with 109 patients (5.1%) treated with placebo (hazard ratio [HR], 1.25; 95%CI, 0.97-1.61; log-rank P = .08). Varespladib was associated with a greater risk of MI (78 [3.4%] vs 47 [2.2%]; HR, 1.66; 95%CI, 1.16-2.39; log-rank P = .005). The composite secondary end point of cardiovascular mortality, MI, and stroke was observed in 107 patients (4.6%) in the varespladib group and 79 patients (3.8%) in the placebo group (HR, 1.36; 95% CI, 1.02-1.82; P = .04). CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: In patients with recent ACS, varespladib did not reduce the risk of recurrent cardiovascular events and significantly increased the risk of MI. The sPLA2inhibition with varespladib may be harmful and is not a useful strategy to reduce adverse cardiovascular outcomes after ACS. TRIAL REGISTRATION: clinicaltrials.gov Identifier: NCT01130246.     Extended Thromboprophylaxis with Betrixaban in Acutely Ill Medical Patients

    Background Patients with acute medical illnesses are at prolonged risk for venous thrombosis. However, the appropriate duration of thromboprophylaxis remains unknown. Methods Patients who were hospitalized for acute medical illnesses were randomly assigned to receive subcutaneous enoxaparin (at a dose of 40 mg once daily) for 10±4 days plus oral betrixaban placebo for 35 to 42 days or subcutaneous enoxaparin placebo for 10±4 days plus oral betrixaban (at a dose of 80 mg once daily) for 35 to 42 days. We performed sequential analyses in three prespecified, progressively inclusive cohorts: patients with an elevated d-dimer level (cohort 1), patients with an elevated d-dimer level or an age of at least 75 years (cohort 2), and all the enrolled patients (overall population cohort). The statistical analysis plan specified that if the between-group difference in any analysis in this sequence was not significant, the other analyses would be considered exploratory. The primary efficacy outcome was a composite of asymptomatic proximal deep-vein thrombosis and symptomatic venous thromboembolism. The principal safety outcome was major bleeding. Results A total of 7513 patients underwent randomization. In cohort 1, the primary efficacy outcome occurred in 6.9% of patients receiving betrixaban and 8.5% receiving enoxaparin (relative risk in the betrixaban group, 0.81; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.65 to 1.00; P=0.054). The rates were 5.6% and 7.1%, respectively (relative risk, 0.80; 95% CI, 0.66 to 0.98; P=0.03) in cohort 2 and 5.3% and 7.0% (relative risk, 0.76; 95% CI, 0.63 to 0.92; P=0.006) in the overall population. (The last two analyses were considered to be exploratory owing to the result in cohort 1.) In the overall population, major bleeding occurred in 0.7% of the betrixaban group and 0.6% of the enoxaparin group (relative risk, 1.19; 95% CI, 0.67 to 2.12; P=0.55). Conclusions Among acutely ill medical patients with an elevated d-dimer level, there was no significant difference between extended-duration betrixaban and a standard regimen of enoxaparin in the prespecified primary efficacy outcome. However, prespecified exploratory analyses provided evidence suggesting a benefit for betrixaban in the two larger cohorts.     У статті визначено цілі навчання дисципліни «Інформатика». Встановлено, що основною метою навчання розділу «Основи алгоритмізації та програмування» є розвиток логічного мислення. Розглядаються етапи підготовки майбутніх учителів інформатики до розвитку логічного мислення школярів: засвоєння загальної схеми розв’язування задач з програмування; застосування методу покрокової деталізації «зверху-донизу»; удосконалення розв’язку задачі з програмування за часом виконання алгоритму; розв'язування творчих задач з програмування; формування мислительних операцій у процесі розв’язання задач з програмування.The article outlines the learning objectives of the subject «Informatics». It is found out that the main purpose of teaching the section «Basics of algorithms and programming» is to develop logical thinking. In this context the important assignment is to develop in students the skills of construction of algorithms, which contribute to the development of logical thinking. When constructing algorithms for solving problems students learn to perform such mental operations, as synthesis, analysis, comparison, also learn to describe action plans, draw conclusions; they develop the skills to express their own thoughts in a logical sequence. The stages of preparation of future informatics teachers to develop logical thinking of students are considered: learning a framework for solving programming tasks; application of the step by step detailing «top-down» method; improving the solution of the programming task by the time of the algorithm execution; solving creative programming tasks; forming thinking operations in the process of solution programming tasks. As experience testifies, the platform for learning meaningful lines bases of algorithmization, there are procedural programming languages including Pascal. This is due to the fact that this programming language was created N. Wirth for learning the fundamentals of algorithmization and programming, and is optimal and convenient for your learning in this section. To determine which programming language for learning theme «Bases of algorithmization and programming» course «Informatics» teachers enjoy, conducted a survey of school teachers in the city of Zhitomir region. The survey confirmed that the most widely used programming language for teaching the above topics is the programming language Pascal. The majority of the teachers explained their choice by the fact that this language is the most simple for students during learning the basics of algorithmization
