    ANALISIS PENGETAHUAN ANGGOTA TENTANG KOPERASI TERHADAP SISA HASIL USAHA (SHU) DENGAN PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi pada KPRI Bakti Husada Kabupaten Bangkalan dan menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) dengan partisipasi anggota sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif-asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive dengan jumlah 202 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dan dianalisis dengan path analysis menggunakan software SPSS 17. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi pada KPRI Bakti Husada Kabupaten Bangkalan berkategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 76%. Ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan-positif pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi terhadap sisa hasil usaha sebesar 0,207. Ada pengaruh signifikan-positif pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi terhadap partisipasi anggota sebesar 0,485. Ada pengaruh signifikan-positif partisipasi anggota terhadap sisa hasil usaha sebesar 0,687. Ada pengaruh signifikan-positif pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi terhadap sisa hasil usaha dengan partisipasi anggota sebagai variabel intervening. Besarnya pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,333. Karena koefisien pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengaruh langsung maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pengaruh yang sebenarnya adalah pengaruh tidak langsung. This type of research is descriptive-associative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a number of 202 respondents. Research instrument used was a questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis using SPSS 17 software. The results showed that the level of knowledge of members of the cooperative on KPRI Bakti Husada Bangkalan is good category with an average value of 76%. There was a significant-positive direct influence knowledge of the members of the cooperative to the net income amounted to 0,207. There was a significant-positive influence on cooperative members knowledge of the participation of members of 0,485. There was a significant-positive influence on the participation of members of net income amounted to 0,687. There was a significant positive influence on cooperative members knowledge of net income on a cooperative with the participation of members as an intervening variable. The amount of indirect influence of 0,333. Because the coefficient of indirect influence is greater than the direct influence, it can be said that the actual effect is indirect influence.     This study examines whether cooperative education and service quality affect the participation of cooperative members. This study analyzes cooperative education and service quality as variables that can affect the participation of cooperative members. The analysis uses SPSS to test the hypothesis. The sample used was 75 respondents. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of cooperative education on member participation, but service quality does not affect member participation. Simultaneously, it shows that cooperative education and service quality simultaneously affect member participation

    This research aims to analyze  the influence of internal locus of control, environment and  entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students.The type of correlational research with a quantitative approach used in this research and the sample was 130 students. Technical analysis applies multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results of this research are that there is an internal locus of control influence on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students, there is no environmental influence on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students, there is an influence of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students, and there is a joint influence of Internal locus of control, environment, and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Unesa PE Study Program students. This is evidenced by the results of simultaneous tests there is an influence together with the magnitude of the significance value of 0.000<0.05. The partial test results of the internal locus of control variable have an effect with a magnitude for a value of 0.000<0.05 Environment has no effect on the magnitude for a significance value of 0.088>0.05. Entrepreneurship education has an effect with a magnitude for a significant value of 0.000<0.05. In conclusion, internal locus of control and entrepreneurship education significantly influence business interests, but the environment does not affect business interests.     Moringa leaves are rich in potential benefits and are easy to find in Sarirejo Village, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. At this location there is a community organization for Family Empowerment Development (PKK) which consists of 50 members. The professions of the PKK members in Sarirejo Village are varied,, but most of the members are housewives. Because Moringa leaves are very abundant but have not been utilized properly, we held training on processing Moringa leaves to empower PKK women so that they have the skills and are interested in exploiting the existing potential.  The method of implementing activities is carried out through several stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The PKK members were trained to process Moringa leaves into Moringa dry cakes, Moringa pudding and Moringa noodles. Based on the evaluation results of the training implementation, it can be stated that this training was very interesting, participants did not find it difficult in the product manufacturing process, this training was very useful and the participants were interested in continuing the skills they had obtained from this training into a sustainable and competitive business

    National Standards of Education affect the employment opportunities of vocational high school graduates

    This study aims to find out the National Standard of Education indicators that are the most dominant in influencing vocational schools, especially in producing the expected outcomes. The research is aimed at vocational schools in the field of economics and finance in the city of Surabaya. The data collection includes NSE assessment data from BAN-SM and employment opportunities from 22 schools. The object of further research is processed with the WARP PLS program. The study results found that there is a variable signification between the National Standard of Education on Employment Opportunities of Vocational School Graduates. Positive influence indicates that the higher/better the National Standard of Education, the higher/improved the outcome of Vocational School Graduates. Based on the results of the analysis indicator, the study found the NSE 8 indicator is the Education Assessment Standard which has the highest component weight value that indicates that the NSE's institutions are most important in producing graduates who are absorbed in the workforce. Then, the second-highest order is the NSE's indicative 2 and 1, namely process and content standards.     PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN ANYFLIP UNTUK PENYUSUNAN E-BOOK BAGI GURU MGMP EKONOMI KABUPATEN BANGKALAN

    ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan pembelajaran tingkat pendidikan SMA dilaksanakan dari rumah atau pembelajaran jarak jauh. Berdasarkan analisis survei yang telah dilakukan pada kelompok guru MGMP Ekonomi SMA Kabupaten Bangkalan dapat ditemukan fakta bahwa kurangnya keahlian guru dalam menggunakan teknologi terutama mengembangkan bahan ajar jarak jauh yang dapat membuat suasana belajar menyenangkan dan dapat dipahami oleh peserta didik. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu  dengan mengadakan pelatihan penggunaan AnyFlip untuk penyusunan e-book dalam rangka optimalisasi pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang dilakukan dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan pelatihan serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan didapatkan bahwa penyusunan e-book berbasis AnyFlip sangat mudah diaplikasikan oleh guru MGMP Ekonomi Kabupaten Bangkalan dengan peserta rata-rata berusia 44 tahun dan rata-rata mengajar selama 17 tahun. Sehingga sebanyak 57,1% menyatakan sangat setuju dan 42,9% menyatakan setuju bahwa pelatihan penyusunan e-book AnyFlip dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan para guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar berbasis teknologi agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Peserta pelatihan yaitu guru MGMP Ekonomi Bangkalan mengharapkan adanya pelatihan lanjutan yang berkesinambungan seperti pelatihan media pembelajaran interaktif agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Based on the survey analysis that has been conducted on the MGMP Economics teacher at Bangkalan High School, it can be found that there is a lack of teacher expertise in using technology, especially developing distance teaching materials that can make the learning atmosphere fun and understandable by students. The solution that can be offered to overcome these problems is by holding training on the use of AnyFlip for the preparation of e-books in the context of optimizing distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method is carried out in several stages, namely preparation, socialization, implementation of training as well as evaluation and monitoring. From the results of the training, it was found that the preparation of the AnyFlip-based e-book was very easy to apply by the MGMP Economics teacher at Bangkalan High School with an average participant of 44 years old and an average of 17 years of teaching. So as many as 57.1% strongly agree and 42.9% agree that the AnyFlip e-book preparation training can improve the knowledge and skills of participants in compiling technology-based teaching materials which are later expected to improve student learning outcomes. The training participants, namely the Bangkalan Economics MGMP teacher, hoped that there would be continuous follow-up training such as interactive learning media training to increase students' interest in learning.     PENGEMBANGAN ASESMEN DIGITAL BERBASIS HOTS PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA BAGI GURU EKONOMI

    ABSTRAKPenggunaan teknologi pada era revolusi industri 4.0 belum dapat diantisipasi sepenuhnya oleh para guru ekonomi SMA se-Kota Surabaya. Hal ini berdampak pada penerapan asesmen kurikulum merdeka yang belum optimal. Para guru ekonomi di Kota Surabaya masih banyak menggunakan instrumen paper-based test dan LOTS (Lower Order Thinking Skills). Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penilaian hasil belajar yang relevan saat ini yaitu dengan menggunakan instrumen soal HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) dan asesmen digital, perlu diadakan pelatihan pengembangan asesmen digital berbasis HOTS pada kurikulum merdeka.Melalui rangkaian pelatihan mulai dari pemaparan materi, pendampingan hingga pembuatan draft asesmen digital, sebanyak 76% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa kegiatan pelatihan memberikan manfaat bagi peserta. Kemudian, sebanyak 83% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa pelatihan tersebut dapat menambah pengetahuan mengenai asesmen kurikulum merdeka berbasis HOTS. Sementara 94% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa pelatihan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dalam membuat asesmen digital. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun asesmen digital berbasis HOTS. Para peserta mengharapkan adanya pelatihan berkesinambungan seperti pelatihan penyusunan soal AKM (Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum) dan modul ajar berbasis digital pada kurikulum merdeka untuk meningkatkan keterampilan. Kata kunci: asesmen digital; HOTS; guru ekonomi SMA Kota Surabaya; pelatihan ABSTRACTThe use of technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 cannot be fully anticipated by high school economics teachers throughout the city of Surabaya. This has an impact on the implementation of the independent curriculum assessment which is not yet optimal. Economics teachers in the city of Surabaya still use many paper-based test instruments and LOTS (Lower Order Thinking Skills). To improve current relevant learning outcome assessment skills, namely by using HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) question instruments and digital assessments, it is necessary to hold training on developing HOTS-based digital assessments in the independent curriculum. Through a series of training ranging from material presentation, mentoring to drafting digital assessment, as many as 76% of participants stated that they strongly agreed that training activities provided benefits for participants. Then, as many as 83% of participants stated that they strongly agreed that the training could increase knowledge regarding HOTS-based independent curriculum assessments. Meanwhile, 94% of participants strongly agreed that training could improve skills in making digital assessments. So it can be concluded that training activities are able to increase participants' knowledge and skills in preparing HOTS-based digital assessments.     Analisis Strategi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik: Systematic Literature Review

    Educators often have difficulty delivering effective learning when they have to deal with the diversity of learners in one class, resulting in suboptimal learner learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of differentiated learning strategies on student learning outcomes through a literature review. The research method used is systematic literature review. Data was collected through articles and scientific papers using inclusion and exclusion criteria. Articles focused on differentiated learning strategies and their impact on learning outcomes at secondary and tertiary levels. Articles were selected from 2015 to 2023 using Sinta, Google Scholar, and Scopus. Through identification, screening, and eligibility of articles based on criteria, 16 articles were obtained that met the objectives of the literature review. The analysis showed that 94% of the articles indicated that differentiated learning strategies positively influence learning outcomes. However, it cannot be ignored that 6% of the articles showed that there are situations where differentiated learning strategies do not have a significant impact on learning outcomes in a positive way
